Experiencia positiva: Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly my work was done, which was removing all my upper teeth due to some bone disease under previous dental work. Only complaint I would have is that they did not suction out my mouth often enough but that is a minor issue. As long as the work lasts, I am good. Better than what was happening in my mouth at the moment. Of course, I would still rather have my own teeth but a choice had to be made and I feel I made the correct decision.

Experiencia positiva: Not sure what to think. I expected honesty from the staff when asked what they thought. Not one them noticed that the top was off center. My daughter noticed immediately. I was disappointed in the response when I asked for them to fix it. I purchased the most expensive package 100% satisfaction.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had problems with my teeth for a couple of years. I have gotten estimates to get them fixed and the estimates were unbelievable high. My sister recommended affordable dental in Colonie. She had a great experience and her teeth looked great.I finally went over and got a estimate and it was very reasonable. I was very nervous about getting all my teeth removed but it had to be done. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.From the front desk assistant to the dental assistant were so helpful.Dr Sara was great. She explained the whole process throughly. On my third day of recovery and just had another visit which went very well. Excited about my temporary dentures. The end result has really changed my life. It will be nice to smile and eat without pain. Overall thank you .Great staff and teamwork. I will recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you so much.

Experiencia negativa: I was very dissatisfied with this practice. I had made this appointment 2 months in advance. Someone reached out to me 2 days prior to the appointment to discuss insurance and I said I would be paying out of pocket. When I first got their the technician made me feel very uncomfortable and she seemed very snippy and rude. I expressed that I was looking for implants. The dentist said it looked like I had some inflammation in my sinuses and refused to treat me. I explained that I had already saw an ENT and they did a CT scan and it is as NOT an issue. I could tell she wasn't interested in doing the work from the second she walked into the room and I truly do not know why. It was very odd. She was rude and arrogant! It was very very odd! I could tell by her demeanor that she was not going to treat me. So why waste my time and have me come in! If she was truly concerned about my sinuses the fact that I was actively seeing an ENT she could have collaborated with the ENT but she didn't even want to do that. This lady is very rude and I wouldn't recommend this place. It's very very shady!

Experiencia negativa: New management be ware i want my money back now giving customers dirty yelliw nasty dentures for 865.00 I wont go through this nonsense with Affordable Dental FYI i lost my bottom denture but i purchased the top and bottom at Affordable Dental dental probably two years ago so now i misplaced the lower denture they telling me they cant match the color white with the top denture so im recieving dirt dirty yellow dentures on the bottom I do t want their dentures they are a liar Just return my money back on my card ASAP

Experiencia fantástica: Honestly I love affordable denture I just got a temporary set cuz i just got my teeth pulled but im so happy that instead of having my insurance pay for denturws in 8 months threw my dentist im gonna spend my own money( because affordable dentures doesn't except my insurance) and get the ultimate fit i went there on a Monday and left wearing dentures on a wed 2 days thats it they fit amazing everyone was so nice and im so excited to get the ultimate fit in November I can't speak highly enough about them.. please keep in mind I never leave reviews they are legit the best so happy I was recommended to go to them

Experiencia fantástica: I'm old. I've been to dozens and dozens of professionals. Especially with dentists, like auto mechanics, there is always some lingering feeling about their profit motive. This place is not like that. They do a very particular set of dental procedures (not cleaning or regular exams) and they do them reasonably and professionally. They will not jam you into their profit schedule. If you are in the need of implants or dentures, they will be the cheapest and the best. It's what they do.

Experiencia fantástica: After going to another dentist in Delmar I came to affordable dentures in colony for a denture estimate and I have to say dealing with Dr hashmi I was extremely impressed her knowledge, honestly and integrity were extremely apparent I knew right away I could trust her and I can promise you that was not the case in Delmar and at more than double the price.after receiving my denture I was very pleased with the comfort and fit and I highly recommend affordable dentures

I have only completed the first step and adjusting to dentures and have had nothing but a good experience with affordable dentures so far and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I got a bridge and it took 2 appointments with about 10 days in between. The price was half the average cost at my private dentist or Aspen. The quality is of the implant is exceptional and actually better then a similar work that I had done before. No upsell or ridiculously overpriced services like cleaning. The staff is excellent and the doctor was nice for my appointment. The place is clean and the parking is right in front of the door. I judge my dentist by how fast they are and she was pretty fast and I just had the same procedure for comparison. So I would recommend AD&I for any bridge work, implants or dentures if you have a regular dentist and want to save a lot on these procedures. Albany office was Great, thank you.

Advertise extractions then molding for temp dentures to get teeth the same day.. didn’t happen for me, was told I needed to come back a week later to do the process which is now prolonging me from having teeth. No pain during procedure and was very kind, however left disappointed.

I was told today that the only way to get them to fit was to have surgical implants There was NEVER any mention of these not fitting, my mouth hasn't changed shape that quickly, So frustrated as I dont have the cash to go elsewhere and start thr process all over again. And now I have to littlerally use glue everytime I eat as they just fall out This is so unfair

In & out in about 2 hours, Ended up having to have 3 teeth extracted. Painless easy & fast!!!! Dr was very friendly as well. Only downfall I will say is the 109.00 extraction cost only applies if you are getting dentures, I wish they would inform people so they know before coming into office, but then again can’t be upset because they are definitely the most AFFORDABLE OUT THERE!
