Timely appointment with the doctor who closely examined my troubled tooth, provided immediate relief of pain, and then proceeded with fixing the cavity, taking the mold of my tooth for a crown, timely creation and notification to come to a second appointment for crown placement, Dr V handled the matter so professionally and with unmatchable expertise. I am established with this office for all my dental needs and recommend it to everyone. The office also has endodontic speciality service which I also took advantage of.

Experiencia fantástica: Finding Dr. Mustapha Hotait at Smilehaus in West Hills, CA truly felt like a miracle for both me and my mother. About four years ago, my mom underwent a nine-hour heart surgery at the age of 82. As part of the preparation, five of her teeth were extracted while she was in the hospital. Since then, I spent years going from one dentist and oral surgeon to another—mostly in Beverly Hills—thinking that the location or ZIP code would make a difference. Unfortunately, many of those experiences were disappointing. Some providers didn’t take the time to connect with my mom, and at times I paid hundreds of dollars for just a few minutes of consultation, leaving without any clear direction. She eventually ended up with expensive but plastic partial dentures that were uncomfortable and ineffective. Then, a friend recommended Dr. Hotait. From the very first visit, I could immediately could tell he was different. He is extremely professional, detail-oriented, and truly passionate about his work. More importantly, he genuinely cares about his patients. He immediately recognized my mom’s fear and her inability to tolerate major dental implant procedures. Also like to add since I’ve been going to them the past couple years my teeth have been the cleanest they’ve ever been and I completed my orthodontic work with braces to straighten my teeth well under the timeframe I was given and couldn’t be happier. I chose Smile Haus as they lured me in with their marketing and the experience has been excellent from top to bottom. Brenda at the front desk is super friendly and accommodating and Mayra, who cleaned my teeth did an excellent job and offered excellent tips I was unaware of. Dr. Hotait was also very friendly and gave me a thorough examination and offered great dental care. The is an A1 staff and I wish I could remember everyone's name as they all are deserving and go above and beyond. The office is very clean and modern looking to boot.

Experiencia negativa: A trip to the dentist can be painful enough on its own. I went to have a simple veneer reaffixed. If you have them you know it happens time to time and it’s no big deal. Even opting out of all there scare tactics to spend more. Declining a full set of X-rays for the third time (as I just had them at my regular dentist). I was met with a deliberate animosity and contempt. They gouged me for $330 for a dab of adhesive and 13 minutes total time in the chair including waiting and explaining the charges. when I expressed concern. The receptionist face validated my question. I was told the adhesive is expensive thats why the high price. complete Hustlers! Just warning everyone that high-pressure sales and scare tactics are common practices above care and treatment.They knew what they were doing when the "specialist" couldn't stop boasting about him self the whole time. I wish I had the nerve to walk out and forfeited my exam fee. I didn't see a lot of smiles at Smile Haus. In response to the reply below: Yes I am certain. The office is conveniently located at the corner of Roscoe Blvd and Valley Circle and you can schedule your appointment as early as 7am on some days, which is very convenient for me so I don’t have to take time off from work.

Most of all she is meticulous, making sure everything is perfect. She is a highly skilled dentist who will provide exceptional care to you. The dental assistants, hygienists and other staff are warm, friendly, patient and know their stuff. I do not have dental insurance, however, this dental group has a plan for that. For a yearly fee, cleanings, checkups and whitening are covered. Other work is provided at a 15% discount. Last year I needed a lot of dental work and saved a substantial amount with this special plan. I have only good things to say about Smile Haus dental practice.

I feel after several visits my teeth have improved in terms of strength and sensitivity. I have followed their recommendations for a night guard and prescription based high fluoride toothpaste. They take pictures of my teeth to discuss any possible cracks or issues.

The whole staff was excellent including Dr. Altman who was a real professional. The dental assistants, Rochelle (I hope I spelled her name right!) and Jazz were very friendly, efficient and empathic.
