Experiencia negativa: Company has not updated their office hours for this location. Would of been useful Saturday when I boright my 6 year old with a broken tooth. They have a sign on the door... in the digital age... Way to go.

Experiencia negativa: This office states that they have Sunday hours but they do not. Drove a half hour on a Sunday morning in need of an emergency root canal only to find them closed. They need to update their office days/hours.

Experiencia negativa: I have a huge fear of dentist and Urgent Dental made me comfortable and calm. I had to get a cavity filled and it was a great experience. It was fast, and done perfectly and painless! Defiantly recommend. Update: every single filling this office did had to be redone. Thanks for wasting my money :)

Experiencia negativa: Had a tooth crack in the middle of the night and needed it pulled asap. I went here as they did have fast appointments, but I wish I hadn’t. The staff were rude, the place was dirty, I wasn’t fully numbed but was told they already had given me 2 doses… So I went through the pull being able to feel a good 50% of it. I was told it would take 15-20 minutes (I had someone waiting for me outside as my ride home), I was in there for at least 45 as they had to dig out what I’m assuming were pieces of my tooth. Im not mad that they had to do it, but that I had to endure it all as the numbing wore off and knowing I would get no relief. Regrettably, I had to return because I thought I developed dry socket; the receptionist was nice but the guy in my room was rather rude. He was the same one who was with me my first time and was rude then as well. Going as far as to try to dissuade me from having my tooth pulled even after I had already approved and paid for the procedure and they were actively setting up for it! All is to say, even though I now have pieces of tooth/bone (I’m honestly not sure) poking through my gums, I won’t be returning. I’d rather pay extra and get some quality care… Ps. Picture is of one of the weird fragments I had to dig out at work today as it was cutting through my gums. Wasn’t warned about any of this.

Experiencia negativa: If I can give this place negative, I would and they definitely deserve it . Do not waste your time or money with this place . Horrible customer service. I’ve had an issue that I needed to get resolved immediately and I have been getting lied to about getting my phone returned and or they would fix my issue . I have been calling of the past week and my issue has still not been resolved. Neither do they have any respect for patients. Once again DO NOT WATE YOUR TIME AND MONEY to be at this place .

Experiencia fantástica: Dentist dr Owen is fast and amazing, hope her medical procedure goes well.. I highly recommend this place for all insurances, her staff was very professional and sweet!! Two teeth pulled in less than 5mins, yes busy and waited in waiting room a cpl hours but worth fast and over with once in the back! Good luck mrs Owen, I will return and highly recommend! 9/10 stars

Experiencia fantástica: They were fantastic. My 12 son broke his tooth on a Saturday evening. Walked in on Sunday and they were so great with him. Explained each step they were doing to repair his tooth. He was so happy and smiling again when we left. I truly can't thank them enough.

Experiencia negativa: What an awful experience. My cheek is swollen. You can see I’m in pain. I’m near tears and I’m given a script for ibuprofen for 2 days. I’ve been taking mega amounts of ibuprofen at home already and it’s not helping. Then we get to the evaluation part. I don’t remember signing up for humiliation. The male dentist was only seeing dollar signs. He insulted me then told me no dentist around would take my insurance. He kept saying I needed this and that. I need 2 teeth pulled and he said I needed IV sedation. Are you kidding me. I had 2 teeth pulled at 16 years old just fine without IV sedation. Just anything to try to make a dollar. So disgusting. I heard him doing the same thing to the guy I front of me. No wonder people hate going to the dentist.

Experiencia positiva: The staff was able to get me & my throbbing tooth that I’d lost a filling on right away! I was nearly in tears from the pain & they numbed me up before I had to do anything else. Very professional & friendly! UPDATE! I continued going to this office & the office with the same owner located off Buttermilk Pike & for almost every visit I later received a statement from my insurance company & realized I was overcharged. Upon calling the office, I was told to provide the insurance statement & overpayments would be refunded to me. It’d been at least 6 months since the first overpayment & received no refund of the overpayment or notification whatsoever from the office notifying me of it. Had I not ever called & ASKED about the overpayment, I would’ve never gotten what I overpaid back!! PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU PAY THIS OFFICE & WHAT YOUR INSURANCE COVERS!!! THEY WILL NOT REFUND WHATEVER YOU OVERPAY UNLESS YOU REQUEST IT!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I been thur it with dentist ,ok dentist, and really bad ones, this office and dentist were awsum got me in very next day after first call it wasn't over booked were you sit and sit till they show up they up they took me right in and got my x-rays and I had a bad cavity thought might have to have a root canal but she saved my tooth and only filled it,and was very gentle on my with the numbing no pain with that so nice when they know how to do the injection right dr. was gentle and very precise on placing filling on extra debris let to linger for later smooth tooth Iam going back because she was great and office staff were exceptional too looking for my permanent dentist if you want a dental office and dentist that treat you right and quickly this is the place

Vickie at the front desk set down with me and went over the treatment plan and explained all my options.. she was very nice and concerned for my comfort as she set through my exam with the doctor and could tell I was in pain.. I want to thank every one for there assistance today.. I would highly recommend this dentist office...

Her and Dr.K were so amazing and nice also it was fast! Even while i was waiting on the numbing to kick it Krisden talked to me the whole time and eased my mind. Experiencia negativa: Updating because of the multiple cancellations on their end. If you saw my previous review for them it was positive. But time tells all. Its frustrating when I get text asking me to confirm appointment and if miss the appointment it would be a $100 fee. But I take off work and they rescheduled that doesn’t mean anything. FYI I never canceled on them once. I am no longer going to use this place and I would have to warn people of their cancellation issues . Two of my last three appointments have been canceled by them. I will not give them a chance to cancel on me a 3rd time. I will probably not get my second teeth cleaning of the year. Thanks Mall Road Dental Center for helping me not be able to take advantage of the dental coverage/insurance I pay for. It won’t happen again. Thanks, Eddie Hunt

The business owner of this nail group had work done here and said that dropping good reviews will enter them in a raffle. she’s free to do as she pleases however, i just don’t think it’s entirely fair when none of these girls have seen the work in person

I explained and Dr. Kulkarni called in a prescription to hold me over until Monday morning. The staff met me with empathy and sincerity. They were all helpful and reassuring. I really appreciate their care and dedication that seems to have taken a back seat in this carnal world. The bottom line is caring for one another, and they exemplify that character trait. Dr. Jay told me to come on in at 2pm.I get to the office and all of their computers went down.Everyone was super nice and went out of their way to make me feel at ease.I was having pain from a broken tooth and was feeling a little frustrated with my luck. Then Dr. Shraddha kulkarni said she would look at my tooth anyway to see if she could help today at all without x-rays. She "plucked" the piece out and had me come back in the morning to the mall road office. I cannot stress enough how helpful this was. She could have just sent me home til the next day but took the time to help me. I will be a back to see her again and would recommend her and her staff to anyone.I have been very apprehensive in the past to see dentists because of a bad past experience.
