Dr. Ley Is an absolute superstar of a dentist, Because he truly cares about his patients long-term dental health. Whenever I have something major to attend to, despite living hours away, he is my go to guy. Shout out to Kim (my Kimmy Boo) Who is a rockstar dental assistant and Dr. Kataria is gem too. All of the lovely women staff made sure I understood everything. I told her I was very nervous and they gave me some gas my first time to make sure I was calm. They can have all my money! They will definitely be my dentist as long as I am local to Vallejo.

She has a soft touch but thorough and always explains what she is going to do and what to expect. As part of my cleaning, Dr. Lee will do a general oral exam. “I’m in good hands“ is How I feel when Dr. Lee is doing the exam. No one likes going to the dentist, but can’t say enough good things about Vallejo Family Dentistry.

I misunderstood the process- comprehensive exam and then come back for cleaning. My father uses a wheelchair so multiple appointments are a bit difficult. They made it work. We were able to get the full story on his teeth and he still got his cleaning all in one go. They were wonderful. 10/10

Everyone—and I mean everyone—I’ve interacted with here has been courteous and professional. (Forgive me if I’ve misspelled names) Tiara is always friendly and cheerful, whether she’s checking you in at the front desk or calling after an appointment to make sure you’re doing okay following a procedure. Mary does my quarterly cleanings, and she is one of the most upbeat, positive people I’ve met in a long time. She gives me helpful tips to improve my oral hygiene and doesn’t hesitate to tell it like it is when I’ve slacked off on daily flossing. Yvette and Kim always make sure I’m comfortable during every procedure. Whether it’s taking X-rays or prepping a crown, they keep me informed about each step and help everything go quickly, efficiently, and smoothly. Dr. Priyanka Kataria has been exceptional throughout my entire time at this office. She takes the time to clearly explain every option available, making sure I understand the “why” behind each recommendation. Her attention to detail and gentle approach have made every procedure—from fillings to crown work—truly stress-free. The quality of the work she has done on my teeth has been outstanding, and I trust her completely with my dental care. In addition to regular cleanings and checkups, I’m also using Invisalign through their office. I’m in the final stages now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and care throughout. My only regret is not doing it sooner. Overall, this is an exceptional team, and I truly appreciate the level of care they provide.

If you are looking for a dentist who truly cares and will go above and beyond to do it the right way please don’t waste any time to switch your dentist. Dr Priyanka is very knowledgeable ,detailed , thorough and passionate about her work. She worked on my teeth for almost 2 hours and I had no discomfort after the anesthetic wore off.she takes the time to explain the details of the treatment plan and will patiently answer all your questions. Experiencia fantástica: Had a not so pleasant experience with my previous dentist, who was good...but recently had some miscommunication issues which led me to Vallejo Family Dentistry! I had an extraction, but the tooth next to the extracted one became worse over the last month, increasingly painful within the last couple of days! My previous dentist referred me to an oral surgeon who couldn't fit me in until next week. This pain couldn't wait, I couldn't eat, drink, or even talk without excruciating pain.I said a prayer and started searching. I called and spoke with Tiara who walked me through the protocol. I arrived and was greeted by the ladies and Yvette MA was comforting and understanding! Every part of this experience was exceptional, they took images and I met Dr Kataria who was equally amazing and extracted my tooth explaining each step. I know this business is successful because of this AMAZING team of dental professionals! I'm home now and finally relaxing after dealing with this excruciating pain! Needless to say I found my new Dental provider! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Exceptional service, there are no words for how happy I am with this clinic! Experiencia fantástica: I’m 55 so I’ve seen many a dentist. Recently I was seen by one in Benicia and one in Vallejo and was treated very poorly and wouldn’t return if my life depended on it. I unfortunately have anxiety around dental care so any negative encounters add to that. So the night before my appointment, I said a prayer and ask God to allow this work to be done. Allow my nerves to be calmed because Needless to say I have work that needs done. I was referred to Vallejo Family dentistry and immediately upon arrival was treated with kindness and calm. The office was warm clean and inviting. The first encounter was Yvette for my introduction and x-rays. X-ray is unfortunately have to be done every time you go to a new dentist which I understand that said it’s very painful and triggering for me. I have to say that Dr Prianka Katarina and Yvette were the epitome of compassion and understanding. I absolutely couldn’t have made it through the whole entire procedure if it weren’t for this alone. When the doctor came in, she was calm and confident, and so incredibly patient and informative about insurances as well As procedures. She explained that the major part of the issue I have is genetic and not a lack of personal hygiene. Considering that that previous dentist that I mentioned was super rude and degrading unnecessarily very unprofessional this made a huge impression on me. Wishing ten minutes I was given a positive outlook on my situation as well and a comprehensive plan to move forward. I was able to have a deep cleaning that day and I will tell you that I was 100% relaxed and felt safer than I ever have. OK I cannot express how warm and kind Dr was she will now forever be my entire families Dentist. I wholeheartedly recommend for all.

They also provided a visual 3d imaging of my teeth while they explained everything about what work needed to be done. I felt I had a better understanding of dentistry after my first visit. They broke down prices of everything and had many different payment methods to choose from. I felt that the prices were reasonable and fair. Overall I give the staff and doctors a 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to Vallejo Family Dentistry since 2003 when it was owned by Dr. Gordon. I didn’t go for about two years during the pandemic. Once I returned Dr K was the primary dentist and there were a lot of new hygienists. The new staff has been great. The hygienist I’ve seen almost every appt has been Mary. She is awesome. Very kind, very thorough. She explains everything and is great at showing me new techniques for cleaning my teeth. I definitely seeing myself going here for the long haul, especially with people like Mary working there.
