Experiencia negativa: Zero stars but it would not let me post this review without giving it a star. My husband had a confirmed 1:00 PM appointment with Dr. Riley today. When we arrived, both doors were locked, and a receptionist told us the doctors were not in because of an event. No one had contacted us to cancel or reschedule. We were later told they didn’t have a phone number on file, which is concerning for a medical office. We both took time off work for this appointment, only to find out upon arrival that it wasn’t happening. Very unprofessional front office management. Patients’ time should be respected. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this office. They didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience.

I had no idea the appointment was for a tooth extraction. She fully explained the who, what, when, and why. After, all of that I confirmed the appointment which was the fortunately the next day. I came back and brought my 7 year old daughter this time to get 2 teeth extractions from an injury she had. The process was painless and quick! She was not even scared! She was so happy to finally have it be over with. She woke up and was kept comfortable with a warm fleece blanket provided by the office staff. I will go elsewhere! this is an inconvenience.
