For this visit, it was an exam to determine why my bite was off, and I had tenderness in a tooth. My doctor determined the cause of the pain and designed the plan to remedy it. Experiencia negativa: Implant nightmare . Been having problems with my implants since the beginning. In order to make the implants fit properly they shaved my bottom teeth without taking in consideration the look. 1 of the 5 implants failed and they charge for everything. It's been over 5 yrs and the job still isn't complete. I paid a lot of money for these implants and I've never gotten any compliments on them. This whole ordeal has made isolate myself from the world at times it gets very depressing .

Experiencia fantástica: OMG, the BEST dental procedure experience I've ever had in my life! DR. MARK and his team, including Christina and the oral hygiene doctor, are the absolute BEST. Blindly trust their expertise and get the procedure done. I had an incredibly bad, actually the worst experience in the past with Plaza Dental Clinic (Dr. Bangalore and her team, Sri). They mishandled my tooth with injections, failing to numb me and leaving me in severe pain. I was terrified to return to them after that ordeal, but a friend recommended Arbor Dental Clinic, and it's been a game-changer. I highly recommend this place for anyone with dental issues. Their front-office team is surprisingly friendly and cheerful, instead of being impatient and angry with patients. Lastly, I want to thank Dr. Mark Ajlouni and his assistant, Christina, for their patience and excellent work. Pain after surgery is common, but a doctor should strive to operate without causing pain to the patient, and Dr. Mark succeeded in doing just that. #1 dental place in Evergreen.

And I am glad as they were so quick to test and in referring me to an endodontist as an emergency referral and also referred me quickly to a. Orthodontics to rule out cracks and fractures. It’s been only 6 months but am happy with them. The office is on 2nd floor 211, it’s so warmly decorated for the holidays

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you, Dr. Kais, for seeing me on short notice on 11.21 2023, regarding a new crown placed by a dentist at Plaza Dental on 11.16.2023. The crown caused me discomfort. The dentist hammered it into the jaw to adjust the height (protrusion) problem. I have never experienced that before when getting a crown. I was shocked/dismayed it happened. You showed me on an X-RAY that the Plaza dentist had added a band of filling material around the crown that shouldn't have been there. You drilled on the crown surface, which alleviated some of the discomfort i was experiencing. The new crown will need to be replaced because, as you said during the exam, the band of filling material is an area for potential caries (cavities). I'm grateful and thankful to you for seeing and helping me on short notice and for taking me and a family member on as new patients.

There must be hundreds of dentist between San Jose and Sacramento but I still go to Arbor. Drs. Ajlouni and Kaiz are so wonderful and great dentists. Their staff take the best care of me and make you feel so welcomed like you are part of the family. They must see thousands of patients but when I call or when I arrive they make the experience personal. The practice has changed. No look. No logo. New decoration. Great job on the remodeling and dental technologies! But it still feels like home. It definitely harder on my schedule now but I'll keep making it work. Great job Arbor!
