Experiencia negativa: If I could give one star I would. My son has been going here for years and we've never had a problem until recently. I took him in for a routine dental cleaning. They asked if I wanted to do the sealants on his teeth and that it was covered by insurance. I replied if it's covered by insurance sure. A month later I get a bill stating I owe $300. I called the billing department and was informed that all of the sealants were not covered. The total bill was over $1700.00. That is insane for a routine dental cleaning. I will never take my son to this place again!!

Experiencia fantástica: I don't review often, but I had to let it be known how happy I was with the service and how well they handled my kids (2,10, and 8). I was expecting a very hectic and stressful day for my three children's dental and vision appts, (they got us in for vision last minute, all three of them. Cannot express my gratitude enough. ) but our appointments were over well before any timeframe I expected, Dental assistants were friendly and helpful, the front desk staff also super friendly and understanding, and the dentist and optometrist, (everyone we encountered, really!) were kind and patient. All three kiddos left with big smiles and an eagerness to be back! 10/10 would recommend everytime!

My daughter had her eye appt and didn't need glasses but mentioned she wants them so the doctor gave her a pair of frames and a glasses case just because! Made her whole month! We always make appointments for dental and vision and it's so convenient to knock out both things at once!

Both of my boys are a little bit of a handful but Xóchitl was able to talk them through there cleaning and X-rays. Dr. Jen was amazing as well, she was very patient and caring. It was a great visit. Experiencia negativa: A few years ago I used to take my children to this dentist. It started out OK when they were young because they did well with toddlers, but as the children grew and needed less attention, it became a speed bump of an office to go to. I ended up taking my children to another dentist where I was seeing much quicker and it was much easier to get an appointment that actually went through.. Adventure Dental had rescheduled appointments on me a couple times before despite me taking off work because they overbooked, and recently, I decided to give them a chance and took my youngest back to them. I made the appointment two weeks in advance took two hours off of work, hold my kid out of school early to make it to his 3 o’clock, but after arriving and checking in, we sat for 45 minutes without anyone saying anything to us about what the delay was before finally getting up. Places like this will charge you if you cancel on them without notice, but they don’t seem to respect your time the same way. If your child is a toddler, it would be OK to bring them here, but if they know how to behave themselves without being coached, a regular dentist would be more appropriate.

Experiencia fantástica: Loved the vision side for my toddlers. The Dr gave my babies her phone, so they would sit still during the eye exam. My oldest baby got eyeglasses as this was his first exam ever, and the pair was free with our insurance! The dental side of the clinic was a bit crowded. There are not rooms, but most patients are all in one room together with multiple chairs and hygienists working on them individually. My oldest child recently had a cleaning here, and when the staff learned he is autistic, they asked if I would like a private room for his exam since he was not wanting to sit still and could have been overstimulated. Nonetheless, staff members held him while the dentist completed his exam, and they were so helpful, supportive, and understanding enough to accommodate us the entire time. Great clinic, and I do recommend so far!

I am also so thankful that dental and vision are done in one office. The convenience makes my life as a working mom so much easier to juggle.

Experiencia negativa: I had just gotten braces and an expander a little over a month ago. I had a dentist appointment a couple days ago and during the appointment I noticed the dentist having trouble with flossing with the wires and the expander arms being in the way. Instead of the dentist going through the expander arms to floss, they decide to floss and pull down on the expander arm, which moves the arm and spacer a certain way where it is at like a 45 degree angle, with one side poking further into my gums. And now every time I bite down I am biting the metal to the expander arm. I understand it may be difficult to floss with this situation but they are professionals and should be able to not be sloppy to try to get the job done faster. Ever since I got braces and an expander I am able to floss every night without any complications. Now I have to go to my orthodontist and find a time where they can help me out.

Experiencia negativa: I spent over 40 minutes scheduling an appointment and specifically confirmed that the office accepted my insurance. I also verified this through my insurance provider, both online and over the phone. I received two confirmation calls and two text messages to confirm the appointment, to which I confirmed. On the day of the appointment, I arrived 30 minutes early after pulling my child out of school, only to be told that they do not accept my insurance and that a $250 per child membership fee would be required. I was told they attempted to contact me the day before, but I only received one missed call after business hours at 6:30 PM with no voicemail. The appointment was scheduled two weeks in advance, and this last-minute communication was insufficient. We traveled 30 minutes each way, resulting in over an hour of wasted time. The situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. Even with thorough verification on my part, it appears I would have ended up in this situation regardless. I would recommend that others verify all details carefully and be prepared for possible inconsistencies.

Experiencia negativa: I took my daughter here last week and was shocked by the unprofessionalism and lack of security. They required court documentation and refused to see my daughter unless I provided proof of our relationship, which was both unnecessary and highly unusual. Additionally, the facility appeared to be staffed by inexperienced individuals, and I noticed personal identifying information left out in plain sight, demonstrating a serious disregard for privacy and data security. The front desk staff was also unhelpful and unfriendly. Given these concerns, I would strongly advise parents to take their children elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: I normally have a great experience here but when I came to pick up my daughter’s glasses today the lady at the front counter seemed very uninterested. Firstly I was not told metal frames couldn’t be adjusted when she picked out her glasses and during pick up the lady with red highlights didn’t offer my 6 year old an option to choose the color of her glasses case I had to ask and she just handed them over with no adjustments to the face I had to ask aren’t you suppose to adjust them she then acted like it wasn’t going to work being adjusted with metal frames and seemed like i was asking her for the world to adjust them, all I really want to say is you should not hire people who have no desire to interact with children and there parents and if you don’t want to at least try and do your job, please go find a different one where you actually want to be, so everyone including yourself can have a good experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Wait time was a little long this last visit, but they all work well together and create an ideal environment for the kiddos. They are consistent in their practices and don’t cut corners no matter what staff are working. I would recommend☺️

Experiencia negativa: They don't listen to the parent when given instructions such as no floride. They also refuse to let the step parent bring the child to appointments without having the birth parent there to sign a specific form. It's pretty sad when you can take them to the hospital for treatment and surgery but not to get their teeth cleaned. Threw a fit when we brought our adopted son in for his first dental appointment ever and tried telling us they needed all of his adoption paperwork and permission from the birth parents which is not true when the adoption is long finalized. They bombard you with texts and emails for like a week before the appointment. Multiple messages every single day. I will never bring another child here. Very unprofessional

Experiencia positiva: Your system texted me every single day- including Christmas day. Sometimes I also received a call and email on top of the texts. It's too much, especially since I had more than 1 kid going. The cleaning was fine, I guess. It was REALLY fast so I'm not sure they are as thorough as our regular dentist. The hygienist was super sweet. I'll definitely acknowledge that. Overall, the experience ce was just "fine."

Experiencia negativa: About 15 years ago, I went to Adventure, for the eye exam. They insisted on my getting bifocals, due to my age. I said they should rate my eyes, based on how good or bad my vision may be. Not my age. I'm now 62 years old, and my last 3 exams were elsewhere, and reflect my exams, when I was in 2nd grade. Not all eye doctors are honest or accurate. I've passed my last 3 drivers tests 2010 2016 and 2022 without glasses at all. Clean drivers licenses. Would hate to be on the end explaining that one. Would also hate what bifocals did to me (ruin my eyesight). I took a stand and steered clear of all that. Never returned to adventure vision.
