Experiencia negativa: I was a patient for years, prior front office staff and dentists/assistants were great. When the staff changed in the front office, HORRIBLE! Phone calls unanswered, no returned calls, constant rescheduling of patients appts over and over and over. Was listening to front office staff talk about not believing in vaccinating her children which was concerning when I personally have an autoimmune disease. The billing dept, that is a whole disaster and will not return calls let alone answer them or correct anything. The EOB's show that all services are paid in full but Wheatland continue to send out bills and my 29 year old daughter is showing on my account under my name. We have tried to get this corrected for years with the "we will get that corrected" and it has NEVER been corrected! Getting bills over and over and no one will correct anything, incorrect information of "phone calls" made with dates, calls that were never made. So deceptive. This billing is harassment and causing emotional distress every time I receive this and cannot get anyone to answer or call back. This is abusive acts/practices by this company and staff. Deceptive billing. Current front office staff has destroyed their reputation as far as I am concerned. I am being forced to hire an atty to file a cease and desist and a tort claim against this company. And the turnover of dentists...I have moved to another Family Dentist and I would suggest you all do your research before you contract with this company due to the front office staff issues, billing issues ect. Patient beware! The care is just not there anymore, love the ladies in the back but some many come and go, they do the care and are professional but the turn over is not for me. I also am having issues with the past root canals, crowns that I had done a few years ago. Hope this helps you choose your dentist wisely.

Experiencia negativa: This place is a scam...They sent me a mail flyer for a new patient special . Includes exam and x rays, fluoride and oral cancer screening. After I got the xrays the dental hygienist told me they suggest a cancer screening once a year and it cost $67 and asked i wanted it that day I declined because I knew it was included in the new patient mail flyer they sent to me then she said they suggest a fluoride treatment for $40 i declined then she said I had some gum resistance and not to brush so hard and would get they build up i had removed in my cleaning that day then all of assuden she said I needed a deep cleaning that required 2 treatments which required numbing and would cost $3000 so they couldn't do the cleaning mentioned in the mail flyer sent to me that I had went in for and already paid for that day. They operate like a used car dealership when I was in the lobby they were going back and forth with another patient basically trying to say they told her a price she didn't coincidentally didn't remember either.....im currently in the process of still waiting for their office manager to call me back about getting a refund...I have a dentist appointment next Friday with a real dentist who comes highly recommended against haggling patients....I used to work at a dentist office this was by far an unusual experience

Experiencia negativa: Absolute garbage. Cancelled my appointment at the last minute multiple times which meant losing pay at work. Everything they did had some problem or problems associated with every procedure. I’ll never go back.

Experiencia negativa: Not sure what has happened, billing is a nightmare and returned calls, non existent let alone follow through that you are told they will do. False claim filed for a cleaning that was NOT done, told to disregard the bill and will be fixed on their end, then get the bill again most likely for the false charge as well as the 15% discount that was given due to treatment delay during visit due to equipment failure. Calling about it, always get stuck in voicemail and don't get called back. This bill is somehow under my name when it is actually my adult daughters account. It states that it is 90 days past due! Uhm, excuse me? The full amount that was "due" and owed was paid at the date of service. What a mess, I have changed dentists personally due to this problem and looks like I'm still stuck in their problem being billing is billing me! It seems every time I went, new staff, new dentists, now new billing, new mess that takes months and so much extra time to try to figure out and when they say they fixed it, months later, here we are AGAIN!!!!!!!! I personally would NOT recommend at this point.

Experiencia negativa: I was not happy with the front end people. First I had to wait 45 minutes to be seen and the first thing I was told was they were running a x-ray special for $99.00. Since I was private pay and I was there to replace a crown, I didn't think much of it. So once I got in to the chair, they took 3 x-rays and glued my crown back on. At the front to pay ,they charged me $234.00. And, that was with the $99.00 special. When I called to make an appointment, I was told the whole appointment would be $99.00. Then I asked what would a regular cleaning cost. The answer was anywhere from $200.00 to $400.00. It seems like the prices are up to debate. So, between the wrong amount discussed, the long wait time, 3 x-rays for $99.00, and not a standard cleaning price, I will not return.

Experiencia negativa: I am in the process of finding a new dentist. Not because I don't love my current dentist but because they don't accept my current insurance. I was very happy and familiar with their office and staff. They treated me like family. Wheatland is nothing like them. It is large and impersonal with multiple hygienists working in one room. I don't care for the lack of privacy. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. Check in was quick and easy. Then began the wait. I wasn't called back until 35 minutes past my appt time. Then I was put thru 45 minutes of scans and x-rays. The tech was polite but unable to do the x-rays without cutting the inside of my mouth multiple times, pushing my tongue down my throat and sticking her nails in my gums. After all of this I was ready to leave and never look back. Then the hygienist along with the dentist came over to introduce themselves. Both seemed very nice and sincere when apologizing for the long wait and began taking more scans (much more gently than before). The dentist did a quick exam and then explained that they could go no further because my blood pressure was so high. Could that have anything to do with the last hour and a half of torture they had put me thru? I was annoyed at the long wait, my mouth hurt and I had a headache from being left lying in a head down tilt for too long. I was thrilled to leave at that point. I still need to get my teeth cleaned so I'm trying to decide if having insurance pay for it outweighs the horrible experience I had.

Experiencia negativa: When I first came people were nice acted like they cared. I have now been waiting a year to get my crowns done. I have been rescheduled 7 times. I have temporary crowns in and have been eating soft foods now for 2 months so be aware they really dont care about you they can't even finish doing my crowns so I can get my partials. If it takes a year to do 2 crowns is it going to take 5 years to get my partials? So this means no eating real food for the next 5 years.

He has several health challenges, including dementia, Korsakoff’s syndrome (a rare form of amnesia), and significant hearing loss. The staff handled everything with an extraordinary level of professionalism, patience, and compassion. From the front desk receptionists (please forgive me for not remembering these 2 delightful ladies names), to the x-ray technician, to Sarah the hygienist, and Dr. Roybal—every single person went above and beyond. The x-ray technician worked so hard to get the images we needed, even though it was very difficult, and she never once showed frustration. Sarah was kind, gentle, and attentive. And Dr. Roybal connected with my situation on such a profound level, having gone through something similar with a loved one of her own. That personal connection gave me such peace of mind, because I knew my dad was in safe, understanding, and truly caring hands. This is, without a doubt, the warmest and most patient-centered office I have ever visited. If you come here, I can’t imagine leaving any other way than completely satisfied and grateful for the care you’ve received.

Experiencia negativa: Absolute disaster of a place. I was a new patient - thought I may have had a cavity. Had to go in and pay $50 for some dentist to look at my mouth for five minutes and say I was fine, so that I could then schedule a cleaning. Earliest they could schedule a cleaning was four months out. Fine. Four months later (the day before my appointment) they canceled it via text. Had to call them and reschedule twice (because of them needing to reschedule, not me). Then they canceled it again the day before and I could only get scheduled in five months. Excuses given: "on-going" staff changes, office closed for "continuing education", and system is down. Do not recommend.

After speaking with someone, was put on hold and call was dropped. I called again and gave them the information needed and have not received a call back. Very disappointed!

After waiting 3 months for the appointment my husband arrived and was told it was canceled due to an outstanding payment. Okay fine, a phone call would have been nice, we would have happily resolved this with no issue. He was told they sent an email to me. No email in my junk or inbox besides my confirmation for June appointment. He can't get another appointment until August. Another 3 months. I am very disappointed. Both of us will no longer go to this dentist office.

I called this dental clinic on the 03/3 and asked if they could remove 4 of my teeth and put braces on, the lady that made my appointment told me they do all of that at the clinic and when I got there I payed $100 for my appointment and the lady just walked in the room and told me they don’t do it. I feel horrible because I was so excited that I was going to get braces that they told me they do, but just ended up arriving there paying $100 and for them just to tell me they don’t do that. On the phone we had an agreement , I did everything I was supposed to. They need to be clear and let people know they don’t do braces instead of wasting peoples time and money.

Experiencia negativa: The practice has serious problems w/ New Patient intake. It started w/ the coldest Front Desk "greeting" I've ever experienced. No communication for half an hour followed. I can't see referring family and friends, especially given the numerous local options.

They were handing out hot sauce though My orthodontist Nancy was very friendly and helpful with my questions and even gave me some feedback based off her personal experiences with braces.
