My son still didn't like getting his teeth looked at, but they tried to make him as comfortable as possible. Everyone was so kind, and the waiting room is a lot of fun. I plan on coming here with my kid for as long as we live here.

Grateful to the docs who take after hour calls and are so kind in doing so! Grateful for the two staff members who did the actual repair! This practice is top notch, and I highly recommend!

Experiencia negativa: Appointment was late then was rushed. I do not like the set up of this office. It's difficult to discuss treatment plans with drills and other conversations right next to you. They could do alot better educating parents of little one's with how to win the battle to brush their teeth.

Experiencia fantástica: I would recommend Children's Dental Professionals to any family with children. The staff there is amazing. From the ladies at the front desk that greet you, to the dental hygienist, to the dentist themselves its a great dental experience. I wish adult offices were set up this way. When you walk in, its light and airy. With a wall of I pads for the kids to play with while they wait. This humongous tree stands tall in the waiting room. When you're escorted back, there is a tv over every chair. The regular cleaning area is open air .There are also procedure rooms, these have a large tv too.

That happened on a Friday....Dr. Frazier called me the next day (a SATURDAY!) and got us in first thing that Monday morning to extract his tooth. In her words, "I want to help him feel better so let's get him in as soon as possible". Her and the assistant were so very kind, patient, and informative. I am so happy we were reffered to Dr. Frazier! Wonderful wonderful practice! Thank you!

Even after some not so fun appointments he still can’t wait to go back to the “monkey place” and talks about going there often.

Dr Pringle and staff explain what they are doing and answer questions with lots of knowledge and compassion. We love the dentist! My daughter was so excited to see the dentist that she was upset when we couldn't go on Monday or Tuesday because our appointment was Wednesday.

Aside from a kid-friendly building with movies to watch during cleanings and fun games to play while waiting, the staff are kind and professional. Worth the extra drive for me to come from out of town so they have a positive dental experience.

We definitely recommend Children’s Dental Professionals, but especially Dr. Frazier!

Experiencia fantástica: I have taken my children to this off for over 8 years. The doctors are amazing! The back staff efficient and kind. I always feel safe bringing my kids here! Let me tell you something…. The front staff is amazing. They are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The insurance coordinator Hannah was a hug life saver. She knows her job inside and out. She cares for each and every patient and she helped our family out in ways that went above and beyond any standard work ethic requires. She helped us find ways to make ends meet so our bill was manageable. This office a perfect example of how to glorify God in business!

Experiencia negativa: The dentist my kids use is great. However billing is a mess … billed multiple times after paying “full balance”. Also at the time of paying almost 300 for one child they said they messed up on insurance and I also owe another almost 700$ for my other child’s visit LAST YEAR. I said not true. They said let me look..and magically the bill was then zero and covered by insurance. Hannah was the person in billing, very sweet but condescending…little miss I’ve worked here for 15 years. And still can’t get it right. Not Cooool

The doctor and all staff members treated us with kindness. Listened carefully to all of my concerns and where very respectful of my daughters special needs. I am so glad we finally found a dentist my daughter is not terrified of!

My family is very appreciative for what her and her assistant were able to do for my three year year-old at that time of night. My daughter is only a few weeks old (came in for lip/tongue tie evaluation), but I heard older kids leaving saying they couldn't wait to come back--it was adorable! They must be doing something right if 4 yr olds are looking forward to their next cleaning and excited about brushing their teeth. We did have a bit of a wait, but baby was sleeping so it wasn't a problem. Update: have been back a few times and am continually pleased with the personable dentists and hygienist. They are always so helpful and patient with the kiddos!

Cass was so gentle and informative while brushing and talking about Charlee’s oral health. Dr. Walker was warm and comforting in keeping Charlee calm and relaxed. I highly recommend this dental office for the one on one care your child deserves!

Experiencia fantástica: I had an absolutely fantastic experience here. I am not a big fan of doctor offices and how they function in general, but this dental office was just awesome. I came in with a newborn needing a lip tie cut. I had gone to the wrong office and was late after a crazy morning, but this office was still able to squeeze me in and they were so transparent about price. They were more transparent about cost than any other healthcare provider I have ever interacted with. The Dentist I worked with was also fantastic. I had Dr. Pringle and she thoroughly explained everything to me, comforted me, gave me options, gave me a moment to think about it, and even went to her lunch break late to fit me in. I live about an hour and a half away, but am seriously considering driving all the way to this office for my children's dental work in the future. They were that great!

Experiencia positiva: Great appointment for the most part. Very kind and gentle with my son and also accommodating when we said no floride. The only downside is that they kept repeating themselves multiple times over about what he needs to be eating and drinking and when and about dental care almost like they were scolding or lecturing us as his parents. I wasn't pleased with that aspect. One big things we do appreciate is that they have after hours emergency number to call. Many dentists don't have that now days and that is a huge plus for them.

From the receptionist, to every other person he saw had a smile and made him feel so comfortable. The atmosphere is kid friendly, clean, and very welcoming. Experiencia fantástica: I honestly didn’t know what to expect coming here, I saw the photos of the lobby online and thought “wow this is super cute and looks fun” so I took my 1 year old. I immediately felt welcomed as I walked in the door. There are tablets lined on a wall locked for kids to play games. They’re a tree that has stools to sit on and a coffee bar for the parents! Don’t even get me started on the employees! They are the sweetest, kindest women! I haven’t seen any male dr yet! I highly suggest taking your little one here!

Now we return for his regularly scheduled dentist appointments and we have met each doctor. I can say that each one was absolutely amazing. They know how to interact with such young kids and address any and all concerns parents may have. It's a 2 hour drive for us but it is well worth it!
