Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this dental clinic in Natomas! Dr. Sheila Harris and her staff are all very friendly and professional and the quality of service is top notch. It was very easy to schedule a new patient appointment here, and Dr. Harris spent a lot of time on my comprehensive exam and listening to my personal dental needs. Office environment is very clean with modern technology to help you feel comfortable during cleaning and there seems to be an abundance of parking and no wait time for your appointment. Great experience and I look forward to coming back as much as anyone can realistically look forward to a dental cleaning.

Experiencia negativa: My daughter a year ago transitioned from a pediatric dentist to Natomas crossing. She was due for her first appointment for this year a few weeks back but got the flu and couldn't make it for her appt. We called the day before to let them know she has the flu. They went ahead and asked for her credit card number to put on file. Which was ok in case she does not show for her next appt. However they let her know that they are booked out for the whole year. So if she cant get her first cleaning how the heck is she supposed to get her second cleaning? They told us we can be on ASAP list by chance if they have an appt. We'll what is the point of waiting to be called when the clock is ticking for first cleaning. We were referred to this place and my husband also goes here. The front desk was very rude and had an attitude to say you should have made your appt. Well life happens and we all wish we could have made the appt. Ta Ta to this place since they have too many customers to care! I dont care that they didnt have an appt but the way they made me and my daughter feel was horrible!! Experiencia fantástica: 2021>>Our son had his first procedure done and he did great. The dentist was comforting and he had a great experience. Years later 2025>> our son had 3 fillings done and I have nothing but good things to say about this office. It just sucks to have to pay the $50 fee if you reschedule an appointment. I tested positive for the Flu and had to cancel my appointment the day before and had to pay the $50 fee. (only con I have) Even after letting them know I was sick they still asked and insisted I keep my appointment to avoid the fee. (had a new born baby and tested positive for the flu) So at that time I didn't care and paid the fee.

Experiencia fantástica: Best ever! My family have been patients for 17 years and they are amazing professionals who truly care. There are plenty of dentists to choose from in the Sacramento area but this office is far and away the best.

Experiencia fantástica: Today I was in for a follow up on a root canal that wasI done by an endodonist in another office. Jocelyn did a great job putting in a permanent filling on my existing crown. Dr. Harris came in to check everything out. Good work ladies.

Experiencia negativa: Great staff and place but what they were not professional at was letting me know about my dental coverage. My insurance is covered at 100% and I was told I have a co pay. I called another place to verified my plan, I was told I have no copay, covered at 100%. I was disappointed because I had told them to recheck my insurance and they didn’t.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr Bravo and Zachary are fantastic. I had some overdue dental work done and was very embarrassed at how long it had taken me to get it taken care of. They took wonderful care of me and made me feel so comfortable. I am incredibly grateful, my mouth feels so much cleaner and though I’ve always had anxiety about going to the dentist I am actually looking forward to my next appointment.

Experiencia negativa: The office staff, reminder emails, and texts all ask for you to be there 15 min before appointment time but never do they call you back at your appointment time. Waited 45 min for a 9am appointment. Front desk/Benefits does not seem to understand insurance coverage or how to write a note to excuse the visit for school. I was over charged last year and they never refunded my money or let me know. In fact when the Account Manager came out said “it’s company policy to keep the money on the account as a credit’ I asked why wasn’t I informed she replied that it wasn’t “company policy” After that I asked for my refund. However she said “company policy required them to run an audit” Feels like they are retaliating and holding onto money that I was over charged for last year. They want payment upfront but don’t refund you when the company over charges you!! Feels corrupt and shady. Buyer beware. They will screw you over, smile while they are doing it and quote “company policy” The dental cleaning service was okay but I’ve had better cleanings. Definitely not worth it I won’t be back.

Experiencia fantástica: The best dentist I ever seen. Very patient staff very very attentive dentist! The staff was very caring and empathetic, respectful, and accommodating. The dentists and the DA that seen and treated me were ideal! Very attentive and immediately rushed in to address pain before actual treatment, offered me a warm blanket ice pack and etc. I can’t say enough how much they calmed my dental anxiety and I can say with confidence that I no longer have that anxiety! Perfect place to go if you want to be cared for because sometimes that’s missing when it comes to healthcare. Being cared for and being treated are totally opposite of one another. My preferred dentist!!! I can’t think you all enough!! You will be taken care of the moment you enter the building.

The location and atmosphere has a luxury feel. There are donation programs to give back to the community and raffle prizes as well. Will be recommending and returning!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Basheer and his team, including Sierra and two others, were amazing at patient comfort and professional results. For three hours and forty minutes they worked diligently at removing my ten-year-old bridge, repairing a cavity that had caused failure under said bridge, creating impressions for a new bridge, X-rays, and then SCULPTING a temporary bridge. Sierra patiently worked away at refining that temp, endlessly fitting it in place in my mouth, removing and perfecting it with her drill set—sort of like a very precisely engineered micro-sized Dremel set of tools. Dr. Harris has also been saving a tooth in my mouth. She is doing an implant for a tooth that finally gave up the battle. I highly recommend this dental practice.

The hygienist and dentist explained treatment in plain language, they were friendly and really listened to what I had to say. The treatment plan did not suggest anything extra or over the top. Just had a crown and fitting for dental guard (in hopes of avoiding more broken teeth) at Natomas Crossing Dental and am very happy with the service. Each staff member acknowledged my presence and was very respectful. This was also the most time any dentist has spent with me at an appointment! She focused on my oral health and did not focus on cosmetics, which was my preference. This was so refreshing because I have been to offices where they recommend cosmetic procedures every visit, even after declining… every visit. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic!

I briefly left the practice after moving away from Natomas five years ago but after trying a clinic in Woodland I decided the quality did not compare favorably and so I make the drive to receive the high level of care.

I had did not have a problem with it. No big deal. But, when I arrived at the new time slot. I was not in there system for that specific time. On their end it was showing at a later time. It’s cool, it happens. Everything else is pretty much close to flawless. Who would have ever knew going to a dental facility would be so enjoyable. Experiencia positiva: We are new to this practice. When I was looking to join a new practice I wanted it to be Family and kid friendly. One of the things that drew my patronage was the fact that they had a kids corner w pads and TV room. I went today with my 2 year old, and the kids corner no longer exists. The attendant said the TV doesn't work and they removed the pads bc they didn't work either. I asked if they would be replacing them and she said no. I'm so new here I haven't had a chance to experience much more than a cleaning here, but in my experience I felt rushed. The dental hygienist was wearing an ear piece asking for breaks, I felt as though I was in a retail store. Then the dentist came in, did a quick cleaning, meaning less than 15 min, and was standing up while asking if I had any other questions as if he was hoping my answer would be no. So he could just run off. I may give it another chance, but I haven't been impressed thus far.

I went to another office in Woodland a couple weeks ago and they were a straight rip off!! Coming here to natomas dental was a huge relief. I definitely recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 star) I am very disappointed with the whitening service I received. The results were extremely poor, and the process was very uncomfortable. I spent two hours in discomfort, only to end up with an unsatisfactory outcome. To make matters worse, Dr. Harris was chatting and laughing with someone about unimportant things while I was left in pain. The technician called her twice for help, but she did not respond. The person performing the whitening also did not know how to properly attach Invisalign attachments, making the experience even worse. Given this experience, I expected much better quality and professionalism. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations at all. I had a very disappointing experience at this office. A technician who primarily handles whitening was assigned to place my Invisalign attachment, and the result was poor. The attachment was not properly adhered, causing discomfort and poking my mouth. This should have been done by a trained orthodontic professional, but instead, I was left in pain due to improper placement. This level of care is unacceptable, and I expected better oversight from the office. Patients trust their providers to assign qualified staff for specialized procedures, and this was a clear failure. I hope the office improves its standards to prevent this from happening to others. I do not recommend this service.

Dr. Harris was very professional, gentle (which is rare for a dentist), and did an excellent job. The tooth looks perfect! If you are looking for a dentist in the greater Sacramento area, I recommend Dr. Harris and her team at Natomas Crossing Dental Care.

Experiencia positiva: Update: The dentist I was unhappy with in my original review below is no longer there. The office has also assigned to me the same dentist to oversee my exams every time. I've been able to request the hygienist that I like for each cleaning as well. So I've updated the rating from 2 stars to 4. ----------- I've been coming to this dental office for a few years. Recently had a terrible experience with Dr. Hsu. He did my routine cleaning one afternoon and it was THE most uncomfortable cleaning I've ever had in my life. I have very good dental hygiene and have had cleanings done by hygienists and dentists throughout the country during my adult life. Never had any dentist been so heavy handed. When I brushed and flossed my teeth that night, I ended up spitting out an entire mouthful of blood. Dr. Hsu also engaged in irrelevant chit chat with the dental assistant during my cleaning. It had nothing to do with my care and was quite unprofessional. It also made me wonder if Dr. Hsu would've done a better job if he had been focused on my teeth rather than distracted by chit chat. Up till this visit, I had found the services at this dental office to be sufficient, even if not impressive. The office is clean and the staff courteous. I very much dislike their business model, however. You don't get your own dentist. Each time I've visited, some random doctor (usually someone quite young) would supervise my care. As such, you don't develop a relationship with a dentist. They can't properly monitor your teeth, its patterns or history. Almost every time, a new dentist would ask me questions that had been asked and answered at a previous visit. The office says you can request the same dentist each time. I tried that, except they seem to have a pretty high turnover rate. So the doctor I liked left after I saw her for two visits. I plan to look for a new dentist.
