Fantastic experience: The vibrating tool used in the process of injecting the Novacaine nearly eliminated the feeling of the needle entering the mouth tissue. That was a wonderful experience. The root canal was done quickly with verbal updates and encouragement by the Dr Stulen on the process as we were going through it. Post procedure care was covered well. I was out of the office in less time than I expected, one hour. I experienced no discomfort or pain the 2nd day after the procedure. My experience was extremely good ...... for a root canal.

Fantastic experience: At a previous appointment, Dr Johnston examined a molar with a VERY old root canal which was failing. So the most recent appointment was to remove the molar and perform a bone graft, in preparation for an implant and crown. Never something you look forward to, but Dr. Johnston kept me very comfortable during the procedure, and I felt no pain. He is an excellent MD, and the entire office staff and other dentists are all highly skilled. Having moved to Williamsburg from CT, it took my wife and I a while to find a dental practice that we were comfortable with. Once we found Dr. Johnston and the Norge Dental Center, we are now huge fans of his practice and refer friends and family knowing they are in great hands..

Fantastic experience: I needed my bottom 2nd molar extracted due to a deep crack. I was a bit anxious as usual but I felt extremely calm and comfortable with dr Johnston and his assistant. He was finished very quickly and I did not feel anything with just local numbing. I am very confident in this team and their facility is top notch. His hygienist was also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

Positive experience: Having been a patient for almost 10 years at Norge Dental Center I have come to really appreciate Dr. Johnston and his staff's expertise. In my opinion they are expert at explaining in clear and quite concise language the procedure they will be using during my visit, they clarify any concerns I might have and that is before a procedure begins; they do it all over again when they explain the aftercare I must follow following the procedure. I think over the years I have been treated by Dr. Johnston and his staff for many of the procedures that have greatly improved my health, and all treatments have been successful.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with my treatments over 5 years. Recently I had a tooth implant not succeed and not grow in firmly enough to finish the implant procedure. Because I did not get the benefit of the new implant Dr. Johnston refunded 100% of the money I had paid to date for the series of implant steps already completed.
