Fantastic experience: This office is amazing! It’s very clean, has a calm setting, and felt welcoming from the first call to set my appointment. It has a lot of natural sun from the windows (it sounds silly but alot of dentist offices can feel like operating rooms lol, this office is the complete opposite). Dr. Luke and his dental assistant made me feel super comfortable and calm during my appointment. I’m someone who struggles with anxiety and embarrassment when it comes to my teeth. Fantastic experience: 3.10.2026 - Another year has passed...and I remain a loyal patient to both the clinic and the people. It seems like trust is a hard thing to find these days - I have that here. Always looking out for the patient & the person. Coordinating visits in the winter months can be challenging (leaving Central NY to Moon Township) with weather - the staff was so accommodating to reschedule my appointment when snowmageddon hit making travel nearly impossible (and unsafe). I wasn't just a patient, I was a person. And for that, I'll always be back. I was a client of Moon Dental when I had to move to NY for work. I have made the decision to continue to use Moon Dental - that’s a 5-hr drive each way. I don’t think there is anything more I can say to express my positive opinion of the entire staff at Moon Dental. Patient care and customer service (along with ease of booking, available parking and clean office) makes my drive worth every mile!

Fantastic experience: I am a retired Dental Hygienist from a family of dentists (also now retired) so I am very particular about my dental care as well as my husband's. I have been in many offices that do not practice correct sterile technique, touching everything with their gloves on, protecting only their hands, and not protecting the patient. Their sterile technique is great. It is also very difficult to find an office that wants the hygienists to do their job correctly and not just worry about production. We are never pushed to have treatment that we do not need. We are never rushed out of the office and our needs are always addressed as well as our concerns. The work that we have had is done well. Dentistry can be a very stressful thing for some patients but everyone is very nice and enjoyable. They are great at making it as great an experience as possible. We feel like family. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: In for my bi-annual checkup & cleaning, and as usual my visit was a pleasant experience from the moment, I was greeted at the front desk to the work performed by my hygienist Catie, to the check up by Dr. Luke. I will need some follow up work & am never rushed or pressured into any decisions. I am presented with the information & provided with options to fix the issue, all done with care, compassion & my wellbeing taken into account. My visit concluded with Jill happily setting up my appointment at my convenience for the next visit & I look forward to fixing my issues at the time. My treatment is how any patient would like & should be treated, and I only wish that more medical professionals would treat their patients as well as Moon Dental & it's entire staff.

Fantastic experience: These guys really know what they are doing. Never a long wait before they get started. I am particularly impressed with Katy and how well she does the cleaning. I told her about a bad taste when I floss and she was very diligent in getting to the source-some debris stuck between a molar. She did a great job getting everything perfect. Dr Luke has a great “chairside manor” checks everything out carefully and makes the whole experience good.

I could tell that this was an intricate and challenging task given my history with this tooth, but Dr David and assistant Mary made it easy and painless. Dr David calmly talked me through the entire process from start to finish and, before I knew it, we were done! 9/26/21 I am not afraid to go to the dentist anymore! Earlier in 2020....... Just had a temp crown put on and will be back for the permanent. Fantastic experience: Once again moon family delivers the BEST dental experience! Dr luke referred me to get a root canal and I was extremely nervous. It went great and I then followed up with him for the crown placement. I was so nervous about every step of this process. He is so relaxed and confident in his work that he put me at ease. He updated me with where he was in the process and what he was doing, which helped me relax and made the procedure extremely tolerable. Fantastic experience: I called with an unusual problem of a piece of bone that had broken in the roof of my mouth .It was after a bad case of shingles in my mouth. The medical doctor insisted that it was healed. Dr. David Luke saw me the same day I called. He made me feel at ease and gave me recommendations for the proper care. Fantastic experience: Dr Luke was fantastic in treating my tooth that was tearing into my tongue. My filling fell out and the sharp edges of the tooth made me have a lot of pain. Dr Luke was extremely efficient and he moved very quickly to fix the tooth. He has such an excellent bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly from front desk. To hygienist, to the dentist! (That goes a long way with me) Anyway, I have periodontist disease. And have to maintain after surgery, every 3 Mos. My first experience here was phenomenal. Zero pain I couldn't believe I was done!! Also, had a root canal on my front tooth in October. I was told by a different dentist. There was nothing i could do. Only option would be veneers. Dr.Luke gave me options. This is my 4th dentist. I have finally found my forever dentist!!! Highly recommended!!

The office is clean and the office staff is welcoming. Drs Luke and Luke are both very kind and down to earth. I have never had a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Luke in the Moon Dental office staff are flantastic. I had a crown fall off last Saturday. It was on a tooth that had a root canal, so it didn’t hurt. I had the crown, so it just needed to be reattached. I left a message on their voicemail and they called me first thing Monday morning. I scheduled the repair the next morning at 7:30 AM. Dr Luke did a great job and I was on the road by 8:00 AM. Thanks again, Mike Flanagan

Fantastic experience: Drs. David and Molly Luke are hands down the most amazing dental duo I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing. My entire family goes there for our dental needs and as much fun (lol) as dental procedures can be, they are always making patient comfort their #1 priority. Recently my son had an accident where he chipped his front teeth. We got a hold of Dr. Luke off hours and he was able to get him in within a few days and back to new! My son is a very timid kid and he was completely comfortable during the procedure. We recommend their business to everyone we can.

Fantastic experience: When we moved to moon several years ago we had to find a new dentist office. Family of ours recommended Moon Family and Cosmetic Dental. Dr Luke and Dr Molly are fantastic. The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. Instead of going to a pediatric dentist they have even been taking care of my daughters teeth as well.
