The office staff is calm, professional and accommodating - appointments easy to book, short wait times. I like the e-check-in, but it has been glitchy, so hasn't (yet) saved me time, but will keep using it in hopes it improves.

Negative experience: I have been going to this office for years, It changed hands and has gone down hill fast, last year I received my new device and I told them it was too tight, they said wear it for a while, a year later it is still too tight and gives me headaches. I have been leaving phone messages for days and now the recorder is "full" I never received a return call. I called several times in quick succession and someone picked up and then hung up. Find a different office, don't put yourself through the stress of dealing with this abusive treatment. I recall the patient next to me complaining about his device being too tight as well and they told him to wear it anyway. This Dr and his assistant do not care once you are out the door. I'll go back to wearing my old device and find a new TMJ specialist. Ok, I’ll modify my review, they were on “break” and their recorder failed to accept the notice that they tried to change, I have since been able to get an appointment and get my device adjusted, also the Dr has called to see how I’m doing, if I could change my review I would give them a better one

Fantastic experience: I was very scared and have severe anxiety. There was no wait. The nurse was very kind, gentle, and accommodating. Dr. Lee was also very gentle and respected my concerns. Fantastic experience: I am leaving this review exactly one year after getting my mouth splint. It has been life changing. I mean some people just say that, but honestly, I sleep better, I chew better, no more jaw popping, no more tense jaw pain, no more jaw clenching, no more teeth grinding at night, no more snoring, better sleep and I have very few headaches (hydration with celtic salt is also key for headaches) I don't feel like the staff did the best job in selling all of these benefits, I did a lot of research online before deciding to do it. Because quite honestly, had I not done some research, I never would have spent thousands of dollars on a hope that it would help. It is life changing. Do it!

I was respected for the mouth guard device I have, with help to reset the positioning of it. A positive experience.

There is no one person who knows everything but there are people along the way who have added various layers of help and expertise. Dr Lee and his predecessor Dr Kim have been those people for me. Dr Lee has helped both my mother and myself with some very unusual problems now for a number of years. His office has a unique way of making and fitting splints that help with TMJ and they have helped me make it through some very difficult times.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Lee to get fitted for a mouth splint. After a thorough exam, he advised me against a splint because my teeth might not be strong enough to properly support it. I appreciate the honesty and would definitely recommend him for any sleep related problems.

Unfortunately the price for the splint that was beeing suggested to fix my TMJ was enormous and since their clinic is out of my network, my insurance will not cover the $3,000.00 cost. We were going to proceed with it thinking it was only $1,000.00 but got sticker shock. So, I have to look for another TMJ doctor within my network. I really wish the price was affordable. I like Dr. Lee and Maya.

Previously I had 4 different splints made. None of them worked. After seeing Dr Lee and receiving his splint I had a marked improvement in literally 7-10 days. Dr Lee is great!
