Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that 321 Family Dental is a part of the VA Community Care for Veterans like me! I arrived for my appointment feeling stressed, but I left feeling very blessed because of the wonderful treatment I received from Dr. Eley, Espee, Maya, and Breonna:-) Thank you, 321 Family Dental!!

Negative experience: The staff was pleasant. I had dentures made at this location and even with the use of modern technology & fittings, the set was grossly misfitted. I couldn't figure out why the upper set was causing so much discomfort until I saw that one tooth was nearly set at a 45 degree angle! Because the oversight was soooo obvious, I never went back!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a LOT of dental work through my childhood that’s caused a lot of dental anxiety. That anxiousness is non existent here! The Drs and staff are kind, accommodating, and efficient. I see Maya for my cleanings and she’s very knowledgeable and gentle. I highly recommend coming to this office! Pricing is also very reasonable for out of pocket!

Fantastic experience: I had my teeth cleaned at 321 Family Dental in Melbourne. Across from Home Depot. The did an excellent job cleaning. They had an opening Tuesday afternoon and Espee, who works there called me to see if I wanted to come. When I arrived dental hygienist Josee cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job. She very careful and did a great job. The best experience I ever had. I want to sincerely thank those two great women. I will definitely return.

Fantastic experience: This is the Happiest Place on Earth of Dentistry. It’s a traditional medical practice with modern tech and the kindest staff you’ll meet in this town. They don’t try to upsell or scare you, they diagnose and treat accordingly. Exactly what I want from a Dentist. Alena, Barbara and everyone on staff are as friendly as they are professional. Dr. Eley is brilliant, I’m very happy I found them.

Negative experience: Appointment set weeks in advance. Phone calls through out day and spoke with man to confirm appointment details and insurance. Hour before appointment woman calls, completely confused, asking why we choose this dental office. Said she can't find dental plan, mentioned old insurance we don't even carry any more. Absolutely bizarre call which ended in a cancellation. Waited weeks for an appointment we thought we had, all to feel unwelcome and like we did something wrong as she said," well, your insurance company isn't picking up the phone." I will spread the word locally about my experience.

Fantastic experience: They are always so sweet to me when I come in! I absolutely love my regular hygienist Jessica she’s always asking me questions about my life and about when I’m gonna sign up for the dental program. She is the sweetest and in my opinion the most gentle on my teeth while flossing me thank you 321 dental and Jessica

Fantastic experience: Alena was The dental assistant who helped place the crown on my number three tooth and she scanned the tooth so well that the dentist, Dr. Joel ELEY told her that she did a great job! This is the first time that I have heard a doctor comment to an assistant that she did a great job. This says a lot about the doctor and his practice they believe in rewarding their employees with their emotional intelligence! Great company and they treated this veteran with outstanding customer service support!

Fantastic experience: I cannot fully express how happy I’ve been with 321 Family Dental. Everyone is so nice, caring, and they put me at ease every time I have an appointment. Dr. Eley is very thorough, and doesn’t mind my questions. Jessica; she is a rock star. I am a super anxious patient due to my sensitive teeth and she always takes her time to make sure I am okay throughout the process. Janine at the front desk always makes me smile. She cracks me up! I’ll be honest, the dentist is not my favorite place to go; but at least I know I will be taken care of when I go here. Would highly recommend for kids as well. Our whole family goes here!

Fantastic experience: I was referred here by the BHA. I live in SE Palm Bay so I pass many dental offices to get to 321 Dental. I have been very happy with how the office staff has helped me with the financial aspect. And Dr Eley has been great not only with his work but also his bedside manner. I'll continue to make a 40 min trip to visit my new dental office.

Not only was Dr. Eley fantastic, but the staff was wonderful also. The Hygienist Josie, I just can't say enough praise about her. She is just wonderful! She explains everything she does, she is gentle, and just a warm awesome person. Her expertise is impeccable. I won't go anywhere else for dental work. Love this office!

Negative experience: I recently moved here and broke a crown. They advertise emergency care so I called and explained I broke a tooth and needed the crown replaced and was given appt for next day. When I got there I was given an X-ray, told I had a broken crown. Yes I had the crown in my hand. I was told they couldn’t help me for three weeks. I was charged $100 plus and had to find another dentist who would help me. What a scam.

Fantastic experience: Dr Eley and his office staff are the most professional, efficient, and skilled dental practice in the area. I moved here with multiple dental issues that other practices failed to address and I feel really blessed that I finally found Dr Eley and his staff. They are very patient and kind, and they all make me feel like I am family whenever I go there. Esty is the only office staff I have met who really knows how to get required medicare dental authorizations for me in a timely manner, despite my dental vendor trying to gas-light her and me. Dr Eley always works out affordable charges when necessary and provides dental work as if I pay him a million dollars each time. My hygienist, Karen, always does such a great job, I dont want to eat or drink anything to ruin how clean and while my teeth are. She also makes recommendations that help me manage some of my ongoing issues and special dental needs. The other office staff ladies always accommodate my requests for records and even go beyond the call to give me help with paperwork they dont have to take the time to do. Because this dental practice is a well oiled "machine" that works well together, and with me, my teeth are in the best condition in years. I am a senior and have to fight age-related issues that can really cause problems if not addressed early. They make me feel very secure about my teeth and I do not fear losing them at my age!) Priceless.

Fantastic experience: Seriously, the best dentist I’ve had since I was a child! Dr. Joel & Jessica are gentle, attentive, and skilled with even the most “dentist anxious” patients (ie: me). My first visit, I needed some work re-done. They put me at ease, made CERTAIN I was numb and fixed all my issues in one go. Thank you both and all the staff for your wonderful care!

Fantastic experience: It is better to be proactive than reactive when it comes to your oral health. Go to this practice if you’re looking for honest and quality work. Jessica did a great job removing my subgingival calculus. Front desk made it a seamless visit with the forms, consents, and insurance verification. I will be back in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I love 321 dental … I especially love the ladies at the front desk. This office is authentic they offer quality work and still accept insurance which is becoming a rarity in society. Great staff, great dentist, fairly priced, honest, and genuine.

Negative experience: My experience with this office was with your scheduling department. I go to the dentist regularly. And never have I ever have gotten called 1 hour from an office to reschedule my appointment for a regular cleaning because I couldn't afford a deep cleaning which I had to pay out of pocket.. The doctor had checked my teeth and said they were very well taken care of. But the hygienist insisted on a deep cleaning.... After I had made arrangements to cover my work day for this appointment .for a regular cleaning...Very unprofessional. I don't recommend this office because of their unprofessional communication .

Fantastic experience: This dentist office has been amazing! They have always booked me quickly and have great bedside manner. I do not like going to the dentist AT ALL, and they understand that and make the visit as easy going and bearable as possible. Any time I have had questions or concerns, Dr. Joel (the owner) has personally seem to it being handled. The front end staff are always pleasant and work well with me. Always polite on the phone and quick to find answers. Scheduling is quick and easy. I am proud of this dentist office and I am happy to refer anyone here for dental work. Great job! Fantastic experience: From the moment I entered the door until the second I walked out, was an absolutely wonderful experience!!! Everyone was nice and brought me water in the waiting room. When I was in the chair there was nice music playing in the background! The girl who took my X-rays even put cotton in my mouth to make it not hurt. The doctor agreed with the kind of treatment plan I wanted!!! He didn’t try to talk me into spending money I don’t have, on my teeth. All around great experience!!! I plan to stay with them for a long time!!! Hands down, the best dentist I have ever been to!!!

She told me a little about 321 Dental, how it started and about it's present day patients. I had my teeth cleaned and Barbara went over the dental plan but I was only charged for new patient exam. I was shocked, Barbra was very professional and polite. I was very pleased with my visit and their staff.

He explained what was going on with my tooth and how he was going to fix it. Also, I liked that I knew how much everything was going to cost me before I agreed to the exam.
