Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience at Viera Modern Dentistry. This is coming from someone who hadn’t been in years due to anxiety and fear. Today I had to have an old filling replaced with an inlay due to decay underneath the old filling. Dr. Conley is the absolute best. I felt no pain (other than the needle poke of course) throughout the entire procedure. Virginia Merritt was the assistant today and she was so friendly and efficient. Highly recommend VMD. They are amazing!

Negative experience: I got an email asking me to review this company so I will. NEVER GO HERE !!! I was a new patient and called to discuss my periodontal needs and verify they were a provider with my two insurance plans. They advertise new patient visit is $59. When I checked in, they billed my visa $10 for my copay. They have a sign at the front desk if you contribute $30 to a water charity, you receive $100 credit, so before leaving, I showed proof of doing so. They would not allow me to schedule consultation with periodontist until after my appointment. They said I had to have laser cleaning not the regular cleaning. They opened a credit card in my name that I said I did not want. They then credited back the charge but did not cancel the account, so I got a credit card in the mail. Now I will have to keep the card because if I close it, my credit score will be impacted - again. I discovered they charged my Visa an additional $916 (no sign of $100 credit on my account for the charity donation). I am a senior citizen and I feel they saw an opportunity to take advantage of that. These people are upselling you the whole time. I am reporting them to the insurance commissioner and local senior abuse hotline. They deserve 0 stars but that is not an option.

Fantastic experience: I had not been to the dentist in a little while, and finally decided to go. I chose Viera Modern Dentistry because they were one of the Dentist in my dental plan. I was nervous about going, but I had the best experience possible. Dr. Conley, Tera, Gretal, and Jaleah were wonderful. One of my teeth had cracked badly and they were able to get me in and get a crown put on. They even helped with financing. I would definitely recommend them!

Negative experience: Charged over 3k with insurance for a poor quality, painful job. Had to go to another office to get it fixed.

Negative experience: STAY AWAY. Dentists, not the staff, are very unprofessional. Will hold you hostage to dental needs that are likely not needed. Will squeeze you for extra money on dental work that could be avoided.

Negative experience: Insurance said this office double charged me for 3 procedures, they charged my insurance for the X-rays and procedures and then charged me again for the same saying this is what insurance wouldn't cover. I've contacted the office several times and they refuse to contact me back or refund me for the double charges.

Fantastic experience: honestly, I don’t think the dentist is somewhere anybody wants to be… Especially somebody with as much dental anxiety as I have… I don’t think I’ve ever walked out of, the dentist with the smile on my face But my experience at viera modern dentistry Was top-tier to say the very least. I went in for an extraction today, Dr. Besada recognized my dental anxiety, and she was so gentle, and supportive…Leysha and James were my dental assistants today, they treated me not as a patient but as a friend. We sang, laughed and joked and my anxiety withered away into nothing. Bailey, Jaleah, Leysha, James, Dr. Diva, Dr. Besada all Made this visit exactly what a trip to the dentist should be. And I would recommend them to anybody who needs dental work!

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with Dr. Shivani Mann in Melbourne, FL for a chipped front tooth repair on March 9. I had just moved to Melbourne on March 8 and needed a dentist quickly, and her office was very accommodating with a last-minute appointment. Dr. Mann did an amazing job fixing my chipped tooth and handled everything herself without an assistant, which really showed her skill and attention to detail. She explained every step of the dental procedure clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. If you’re looking for a reliable dentist in Melbourne, FL for cosmetic dentistry, front tooth repair, or emergency dental care, I highly recommend Dr. Mann. The dental clinic is clean, modern, and very welcoming. Also, Daly at the front desk is incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable—great customer service from start to finish. After relocating to Melbourne, FL, I’m so glad I found this dental office. This will definitely be my go-to dentist for all future dental care!

Fantastic experience: I’m fairly new with Viera Modern Dentistry taking care of my dental needs, and have had nothing but positive experiences. Yesterday I had a thorough deep cleaning of my teeth and gums by hygienist, Yulia Matthews. She did a great job, very thorough and my whole mouth feels so fresh and clean the day after. After Yulia‘s cleaning, my dentist, Dr. Deva, did a laser treatment to further clean my gums and teeth. Overall, it was a very positive visit. Previously, they did work to replace 2 crowns on my lower molars, and did a good job. They have excellent, state of the art equipment, Including x-ray equipment, teeth cameras inside the mouth, laser treatment equipment, etc. I’m 77 years old, male, and the whole staff have been very friendly and supportive in being patient and providing excellent dental care. I highly recommend Viera Modern Dentistry..

Positive experience: Martha is my hygienist and she does a great job. She gentle, thorough, kind and considerate. Shes been there for many years and it’s nice to see a familiar friendly face. My daughter is not a fan of the dentist office from past bad experiences and she saw Martha for the first time today and she told me she was very happy after this visit and really liked her. I would give it 5 stars but the office constantly goes through doctors and that’s frustrating. I met this new doctor twice before and she was nice and made a good impression but today’s visit from her was very curt, came off a bit rude seemed to be unwilling to consider to accommodate our needs but Martha did thankfully. Hopefully it was an off day for the doctor because we like this office.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mann saved my tooth from extraction. It was a tricky procedure, but she worked meticulously to clean, shape it for a crown, which looks good now and I can eat like before. Also, very approachable staff: Dana, Amaya and many others were very quick, kind and approachable. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: I started coming here after they helped my partner with an emergency. My teeth were starting to move around after I gave up on wearing a retainer after biting through it (twice), and I didn't want to do metal braces again. Dr. Deva and Dana helped me with spark aligners, and they were WAAAAY easier!!! I only had to get 6 little buttons total, which were a BREEZE to get on and off, compared to when I had to get metal on every tooth. And no pokey wires!!! No weird floss threaders! I could brush and floss like normal!! I'm so exited to get a new retainer and keep my teeth straight this time

Fantastic experience: Dana and Jazz the Dental Assistants, Amaya at the front reception and Dr. Deva were all wonderful. They were able to see me quickly following a dental emergency that involved a fractured upper molar. Dana was professional and thorough in her dental care and Dr. Deva was careful and exceptional in her skills and ability to shape and fit my tooth for a new crown. Thank you for turning a difficult situation into an amazing experience. My SPARK advanced dental clear tray aligners are amazing. They've help fix malocclusions including my crossbite and overbite.

Negative experience: They scammed me. I'm out $1,222 where i just wanted a basic cleaning covered by my insurance. As a new patient I just wanted to go in there and get my standard 6 month cleaning; instead, they kept me there for 3.5 hours measuring my gums, doing x-rays, and telling me I had early gum disease and needed special treatment for it. I was surprised b/c I've never been told this by my previous dentists, but I had missed a year and a half of cleanings so they had me at a weak point. So I succumbed and fell for their scam. Also, they put the fear of God into you that it is necessary to do this, so I took the bait. Also, for all that time sitting there I never even got the cleaning that first day! So the overpriced treatments cost me $200 - $300 each, not covered by insurance. I did three or four treatments of it; the lady though doing the cleaning was awesome; very nice and not her fault at all. I really liked her and wish her the best, but the others running the place and the dentists are very dishonest and misleading. So fast forward to now, I recently chipped a tooth and went in to have them fix it for me. They said they could give me a temporary fix but the long solution would be to do invisiline where I would wear this thing for 22 hours a day for a year to straighten my bite. I had orthodontal work as a kid and my bite is fine. They said I needed this and it would cost me over $3k to do it. At that moment the light bulb went off and I started questioning their judgement and business practices. I proceeded to get a second opinion and this dentist looked at it and said yea, we can fix that for you no problem. Nothing about adjusting my bite and doing invisiline. They will cheat you out of your money with their dishonest business practices. Stay away. I'm out a lot of money where i just wanted a basic cleaning which would've cost me $0, and to fix my tooth. If i want to adjust my bite I'll go to an orthodontist.

Negative experience: MONEY GRAB and denied what my actual appointment was for. Unfortunately, this office is scamming people out of money. I was excited to see their new patient price of $59 however this jumped from $59 to $277 not including the additional add ons pushed before an actual cleaning. I regularly go to the dentist every six months and this was my first time in this office. After my X-rays, the dentist came in to start measuring my gums. No issues but odd because this is usually done after a cleaning. While measuring, I AM NOT JOKING, I was extremely painfully stabbed more than just the typical measurement necessity and was expressing pain but was ignored. I kept saying ouch. I typically love going to the dentist. It was not usual to stab my gums. Then she proceeded to blame me for my bleeding gums as if I had not just sat there verbalizing my distress and wincing in pain from her hand? Due to her “gum exam” she stated that I would need a special cleaning and laser treatment rather than the new patient special I signed up for. The office girl came in to explain our new treatment plan and when I expressed that I would like to move forward with the normal cleaning that I had the appointment for, I was told that it was no longer an option now that they’ve “diagnosed” me with early stages of gum disease… This is all after the dentist acknowledging that although my teeth do not have much plaque and I’ve never had a cavity I must find this shocking… yes it is shocking. And a blatant way to DECEIVE patients. I was denied (!!) a cleaning unless I paid for their “specialized treatment plan” which was quoted at a “discounted” rate of $277. Not including the higher prices of additional things they tried to also make me pay for. Unfortunately because I did not want to pay $277, I was denied services rather than just allowing me the basic service that I was scheduled for.

Fantastic experience: This is the best place to go for all of your dental needs! Every worker makes you feel welcomed and supported. Amaya holds such a special place in my heart for working with my dental concerns and providing the best customer service. She always goes above and beyond for every patient and she is truly one of a kind. I am forever grateful for her compassion and dedication in the field. Dr. Besada and Dr. Nikki have been the most AMAZING, supportive, and caring doctors I’ve ever met. They truly make you feel cared for and you can see how much they want perfection and success with each patient. I put off going back to the dentist for years and I am so blessed that I found this office and the people in it. The best vibes, the best people, and the best support. 10/10 would recommend to everyone and anyone! Dr.Mann has been an absolute ANGEL. She’s taken care of all my emergency needs and has gone above and beyond to help me become more confident and comfortable with my smile. She truly is the BEST. I highly highly recommend her for anything and everything. Tera-RDA Instructor SAVED me with my dental emergency. She used her creative skills and expertise to create a life saving temporary tooth that help save my smile and my confidence. She went above and beyond to help solve my issue and she deserves the world and more for how much she saved me. This entire place is full of angels. The sweetest workers ever. Everyone is extremely caring, loving, and attentive. I will never go anywhere else for any dental work. This place is the BEST!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic experience: I can’t express how much this office has changed my view on dentistry! They use state of the art technology, the atmosphere is refreshing. I get top notch care, I wish I could say that about my medical care! Dr. Deva is hands down the best doctor! She keeps it real with me, no guessing just straight forward about my teeth. From beginning to end it’s a family environment. My card wasn’t working and Bailey stepped up to do whatever it took to get costs arranged. Negative experience: The dental version of a used car company. Issues top to bottom; unnecessary work done, bizarre billing, and borderline ethical issues regarding services. Be ready to be billed for aesthetic work which is discussed as urgent and required. They operated on three teeth when they said only two would be worked on. A technician also milled away a portion of a tooth because she had trouble flossing one spot.

The ladies at the front desk were awesome and stayed on the phone over and hour trying to get all the information and payments needed for my appointment. The dentist was nice also. She was soft spoken and took her time explaining everything to me. Dr. Mann + Jaleah get an A+ from me. Thank you for your patience and professiolisam.

Negative experience: The office does not disclose the type of material being used for a crown. They just show you the bill and collect payment. My insurance pays for a wide range if crowns with the exception of the Zirconia ... which is what they used. I was never offered a crown with materials covered by insurance and had to pay out of pocket $1700. Deceitful business practices. They even billed my insurance and said it was a different type of material so they got paid by my Insurance anf then by me.

Fantastic experience: Great dental office with great staff. They are very transparent with information and the customer service is excellent! I have been trying to find a good dentistry for a while now, especially one that works with my busy schedule and I’m glad to say I finally found everything I needed with Viera modern dentistry!

Negative experience: I normally don’t like posting negative reviews, but I would feel dishonest if I didn’t share my experience. My wife and I went in as new patients for a visit. The place is clean and staff are friendly, but the way they conduct business left me with a bad taste in my mouth (literally). First off, they put the fear into my wife that she needed over $3,000 worth of treatments (that is with insurance). We went to another reputable dentist and was told what this place recommended was mostly “cosmetic” and not as bad as it was portrayed. I will spare the details, but what was said to be a severe problem was actually “normal”… For my experience, I was left waiting almost an hour in a chair then to have my gums poked and no cup to spit out the blood. I expected a cleaning, but they wouldn’t give me one because I needed a “special treatment” that would have cost $300 (with insurance). Oh and, they don’t have time to give it to me today…. I left having only images taken, gums poked, and a review of different options I could select that were not included with my insurance.. This was a waste of time and money. It ended up that my insurance denied half of the X-rays they did and noted that what the dentist did was “beyond necessary”. Read the negative reviews about this place. My experience was the same as what many people wrote.

Negative experience: UPDATE: AFTER MY MOST RECENT VISIT FOR MY REGULAR EXAM AND CLEANING TODAY (12/12/25) I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST TO ANYONE. THEY WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO DECLINE ANY SERVICE AND WILL DENY YOU SERVICES COVERED BY YOUR INSURANCE. I came in for my regular cleaning and exam. I was the first appointment in the office. I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment and was the only one in the lobby. I checked in online the day prior to my appointment. 2 other people arrived after me and as I sat there both were called back before me, which made me question if I was actually checked in. After 25 minutes of waiting someone finally came to take me back for my appointment. They took X-rays and then sat me in a dental chair for a time to wait for the dentist. She came checked my teeth and said I was good to go get my cleaning. The hygienist began my cleaning by probing and checking my gums, which she of course found that I am developing gum disease because I have yet to come into this dentist and ever have a regular cleaning. They came to tell me the treatment plan which was $243 over what my insurance would cover or $743 if I wanted to pursue the more EXTENSIVE CLEANING. When I explained that I could not do anything over my regular cleaning and would have to make an appointment for the more extensive cleaning another day the receptionist told me that unfortunately they would not be able to do that and I would have to do this cleaning or no cleaning at all. Guess no cleaning at all it is! And a new dentist for me! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TOLD THAT I COULD NOT RECEIVE A SERVICE COVERED BY MY INSURANCE. I WILL NOT BE BACK. An hour of my life was wasted waiting for them to get their act together and now they lost a client and this is not an acceptable policy for any dentist to have. FOR REFERENCE I HAD BEEN A PATIENT SINCE DECEMBER OF 2023. I HAVE NEVER NOT ONCE LEFT THEIR OFFICE WITHOUT HAVING TO PAY FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES. I really appreciate the thoroughness of this dentist and their modern techniques. What I do not appreciate is getting billed months after my appointment for services that I was told were covered by my insurance and then months later come back as denied and now fall upon me to pay. And no explaination as to what the charge is for, so I have to go out of my way to track down why all of a sudden 3 months after my appointment I am getting a charge when I paid at my appointment. If you are unsure if insurance will cover a procedure or not then you should have clients pay up front and get reimbursed later if insurance covers or at least include an explaination on the bill instead of just sending a random text saying I owe money click to pay. Pay for what?! So frustrating and blindsiding.

Fantastic experience: Love this place! Love Dr. Conley, she is absolutely amazing, so kind and compassionate. Her assistant (I can't remember her name) but she was awesome as well, continued to reassure me things would be okay, would explain each thing to me. Both made me feel safe and in good hands. The ladies at the front are amazing as well, they made sure that finances were not something I had to worry about during my dental emergency. The overall vibe of the office is light, fun, and welcoming. I don't think I've ever seen/heard so many smiles and laughs in a workplace. Absolutely love this office!

Fantastic experience: I’m not the type to write reviews but I HAD to for this place…I’ve been so scared of the dentists but this place has seriously changed my mind. Dr Conley is amazing and so personable. The front office team welcomed me with such an amazing smile and attitude I knew I stepped into the right place before I even saw the doctor. Karime at the front checked me in and we were cracking jokes that helped my anxiety, Dana took my X-rays and I’ve never had X-rays done faster in my life. Amaya broke down for me my treatment plan and although it was a little out of my budget she put me on a payment plan that worked for me and now I have 0 worries !!! My teeth have never looked better!! Thank you guys so much . If I could give this place 10 stars I would .

I initially came in for a general visit with Dr. Nikki, and she immediately made me feel like family. She was clear, thorough, and honest about what needed to be done, which gave me complete confidence moving forward. Karime, the assistant operations manager, went above and beyond to make sure I was scheduled quickly for all my treatments. A few days later, I returned for a cleaning with Martha, who is truly wonderful at what she does. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and her attention to detail really showed. On that same visit, I also had a crown placed by Dr. Nikki, and once again, she exceeded every expectation. She walked me through each step, ensured I was comfortable throughout, and delivered the best dental care I’ve ever experienced. Dr. Nikki has my utmost respect—she is by far the best dentist I have encountered in my lifetime. The entire staff at Viera Modern Dentist works seamlessly together, and it’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Negative experience: If I could give less than one star, I would. We brought our daughter in for oral surgery with their traveling surgeon, Jonathan Elmore. Our first consult was on July 18. The appointment was for 2:00, and we arrived at 1:45. We sat in the waiting room until after 3:15 before I finally asked how much longer. The receptionist looked surprised we hadn’t been seen and went to check. My daughter was finally brought to a room where she sat for another hour without anyone coming in. At 4:45, someone came in, spent five minutes confirming she needed all the work originally referred (4 wisdom teeth and 4 other extractions), and scheduled surgery for the following Monday. I specifically asked if today’s delays were common, and they assured me it was a one-time issue. Fast forward to August 25, the day of her surgery. We arrived at 1:45 and checked in. Around 2:00, she was called back, and I received a text at 3:30 from my daughter saying they had placed an IV in her arm and then left her alone—no updates, no check-ins, nothing. After an hour and a half, I went to the desk. The staff at the office were kind and helpful, but the surgeon and his team were dismissive. His assistant told me, “This is just the way it is,” and that they were busy “cleaning up other things” before they could get to her. Leaving a young patient alone, anxious, and hooked up to an IV for hours without communication is completely unacceptable. This was the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. While the office staff themselves were great, the surgeon’s lack of professionalism and care was alarming. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Negative experience: Brought my daughter there for a consultation. Her appointment was at 3pm, and they left her in the waiting room for an hour past her appointment time. Then they put her in a room and ignored her for another 45 minutes. Just for the doctor to FINALLY see her for 5 minutes and send her out the door in time for them to close on time. The SAME THING happened on the day of her surgery. Arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment time, just to be put in a room with an iv in her arm and left to wait an hour and a half past her appointment time. They should not be scheduling so many appointments if they know that they can’t keep up and will be wasting people’s time.

Negative experience: Now, their staff are really nice and accommodating. They have great customer service. The facility is very clean. My gripe here is agreeing with the other one star reviews! They tell you that you have bad perio. I tested my theory out by making my husband also go as a new patient… he has the perfect teeth/mouth health as evidenced by multiple other dentists we’ve seen in the past and regular checkups and cleanings. This place told him he has bad perio and also needs the deep cleaning, laser treatment, etc… oh and it will be like $1k for it out of pocket. They refused to do a basic cleaning on him. He does not have perio. When i went, they said i had bad perio and also wouldn’t do a basic cleaning either. They also took an abnormal amount of X-rays. Our claims are still processing and i pray insurance doesn’t deny it…they tell you to expect a 90 min visit. It’s longer than that… X-rays… and them literally poking the crap out of your gums making them bleed. Anyone would bleed by the amount of pressure and roughness they use to check your teeth!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nicole Ishak is truly amazing! She’s one of the friendliest, warmest people you’ll ever meet, and it’s impossible not to feel comfortable in her care. Sometimes I feel like we could talk for hours—she tells such great stories that I completely forget I’m even having a dental procedure done. That kind of genuine connection is rare, and it makes every visit something I actually look forward to. I’ll be honest—between all my visits, I do end up paying a large amount in co-pays every year. But the price is absolutely worth it to have a provider I can truly trust after being mistreated by the healthcare system for so many years. That trust, compassion, and sense of safety are priceless. Sometimes when I see her, I feel like I could cry out of sheer relief at having a consistent, reliable provider after years of unpredictable care. It also means so much to me to have a woman in the medical field providing my care—especially one who is such a great example of professionalism, expertise, and empathy. Dr. Ishak takes the time to explain every step, listens to concerns without rushing, and turns what could be a stressful experience into something positive and even comforting. For someone who has been used, dismissed, and outright abused by people in the medical field, finding a provider like her is life-changing. It’s more than just dental care—it’s restoration of trust and humanity in medicine. She has a patient for life in me, and I would follow her to any practice she goes to. If you want a dentist who is not only exceptional at her craft but also makes you feel like you’re visiting an old friend, Dr. Nicole Ishak is the one.

During my recent routine cleaning, Tera, the dental assistant, truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and cared for. Negative experience: I Have A Dental Plan and I Was Having A Difficult Time Finding an Oral Surgeon to Take My Bottom Teeth Out Due To Medication I Was Taking For Multiple Disabilities. I Called Viera Modern Dentistry and they said they Did NOT Take My Dental Plan. A Day or So Later They Called Me Again And Said That They Would Take My Dental Insurance Plan?!? Their Office Was Nearly 30-40 Minutes Away From Me So They Scheduled an Appointment For 12/17/2024. I Have Temporal Lobe Epilepsy, Arterial Sclerosis, An Enlarged Heart, Mitral Valve Regurgitation, High Blood Pressure and Autoimmune Deficiency Disorder. My Primary Care Doctor Told Me I Needed To Get My Teeth Fixed Because I was getting Infections In The Bottom Teeth And My PCP Wanted To Stop Me From Getting Infections And He Directly Told Me That Getting My Teeth Fixed Would Help Lower My Blood Pressure And My Enlarged Heart (w/at least ONE mild Heart Attack) Would Help Me With The Heart Problem, too!. When I Went To Viera Modern Dentistry I Had To Take Lyft which Cost Me about $150-$200 Dollars There And Back! They Took almost 2 Hours To Get A Lot Of X-rays Of My Top Gums (I Had A Dentist That Pulled My Upper Teeth And Made My Top Dentures From A Mold Of My Upper Teeth Before I Got My Current Dental Plan). Unfortunately This Oral Surgeon Retired Before I Got My Bottom Teeth Out. After Spending 90+ Minutes getting My X-rays Done, The Surgeon Walked in and said “I’m Afraid We Don’t Take Your Dental Insurance?!? I Was Livid And I Told Them That Since They Called ME & Made An Appointment AND SAID THEY TOOK MY DENTAL PLAN And Then They Said They Didn’t Take My Dental Plan (They Misrepresented Themselves With Malice And Forethought) I Said “You Better NOT CHARGE MY DENTAL PLAN!!” To Which They Agreed! Either V. Celia or V. Watts Promised That They Would Not Charge My Dental Plan?!? But they Did Charge My Dental Insurance And When I Found An Oral Surgeon That Did Take My Dental Insurance, They Called VIERA MODERN DENTISTRY (aka Smiles Oral Surgery), And Asked For The X-rays?!? Viera Said They Would NOT TURN MY X-RAYS OVER TO MY NEW ORAL SURGEON(?)! That Was 01/08/2025!” Not Only Did Viera Modern Dentistry Cost Me Hundreds Of Dollars I Just Found Out That They HAD CHARGED My Dental Insurance And Denied Several Of The X-rays. I Called Them To Ask Why They Lied About NOT CHARGING MY DENTAL PLAN (ESPECIALLY SINCE THEY SAID THEY DID NOT TAKE MY DENTAL INSURANCE PLAN)(?) They Violated The Americans With Disabilities Act Of 1990, As Well As, The Civil Rights Act Of 1974, Which States “Anything Said Or Misrepresented That Confuses The Mind Of An American With Disabilities Or Hurts Their Rights, Reputation, Property Or Assets is A Violation Of The Aforementioned Laws and Regulations That Are In Place To Protect & Prevent The Disabled Individuals From Being Denied Services after Contacting An American With Disabilities Setting Up An Appointment; Then Promptly Filed An Insurance Claim For Dental Insurance They DO NOT TAKE?!? Viera Modern Dentistry even Denied (When I Went to An Appointment 01/08/2025) The New Oral Surgeon Access To The X-rays Is Just Ridiculous And Against The Law And Are Now Open To Civil Litigation And My Dental Plan Has Filed A Complaint.. This Behavior Is Inexcusable (PERIOD)! I still can’t believe that I’m still receiving emails from Viera Modern Dentistry. I’d Appreciate It If You Would Pay The Bill For My New Dentist/Oral Dental Care and Surgeons. You Had To Have known that United Healthcare Only Allows Full X-Rays ONCE EVERY 3 Years. Viera Modern Dentistry Refused To Give Aspen Dental Care The X-Rays They Took 90 Minutes Worth Of X-Rays To Aspen Dental And Now I Can’t Afford To Pay For the Extra Set Of X-Rays That Aspen Dental were Forced To Take in January, 2025! Plus I Had $3,000 Dollars Worth Of Dental Insurance in 2024(I Saw Viera Modern Dentistry in December, 2024, So I Also Lost Another$500 Dollars In United Healthcare Dental Insurance When It Went Down To $2,500 Dollars a Year! So I’d Be Happy If You’d Pay Aspen For their X-Rays and The $500 Dollars In Insurance

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Literally the most awful dentist experience I’ve ever had. I have had routine dental care my entire life without any significant issues. I switched dentist due to a change insurance. Went in as a new patient and didn’t have a single tooth cleaned during my 1.5 hour appointment. I was quoted basically $1,000 for a cleaning that day because they claimed I needed laser treatments and deep gum cleaning. I said multiple times I just want a regular cleaning. I will not be ever returning to their office.

Fantastic experience: I initially called and was a little frustrated because I got what I thought was a huge bill in the mail. I spoke with the office and the manager was so kind in explaining to me that what I received was actually an explanation of benefits. Not only was this a relief but it helped me understand my insurance a lot better so that I’m prepared when doing dental work. Would highly recommend. Awesome staff, great doctors and their specialist that travels was very kind too.

Negative experience: They insisted that I needed a very expensive laser gum cleaning, which isn't covered by insurance because the insurance company knows it's bogus. (I have very healthy gums!). Plus, or two appointments in a row, they did not book my dental cleaning with my check-up, even though I specifically asked for both. I had to leave both times without getting my teeth cleaned, which feels very contradictory to wanting good dental health.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown done today and some other dental work in the past. Normally I am very nervous at the dentist however the team at Viera Modern Dentistry made the experience very stress free and comfortable. Dr. Deva and Dana and Tera were very kind and gentle. The office was very clean and had modern technology, highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: 5 years of excellent care for myself and family. Dr. Deva found a cracked tooth on an X-ray which took a trained eye to catch this crack early enough to save my tooth! Got a crown immediately. Tera took good care of me during my procedure and follow up. . Very accommodating team! Martha is on top of her cleaning game. My teeth look better than years ago.

Fantastic experience: The receptionist, Sinclair, got me in right away to see Dr Nikki. I’ve had an ongoing problem with the tooth above an implant to the point that I can’t chew on the right side. Dr Nikki had a plan right away and worked with the periodontist to remedy my tooth issue. I’m very thankful and happy to have relief from this serious problem!!

Negative experience: Selected this provider from our medical coverage. Made appt, after dental work found out 2 weeks later they had a dentist there not in network do my teeth work. That dentist also had me come back and have endontist work there with another Dr which was also not in Network. Have never experienced where you have to check your insurance if the doctor in the clinic are under network.$6k later on my credit card… for 1 crown. I will never go back, this is the worst Dental place I have been in 60 years.

Switched offices without reading reviews and wish I had done my research-- look them up on yelp. Awful. Anyways, went in as new patients to get exam and cleanings, and they tried to say we needed many extras (every single one of us!) Laser treatments, deep cleaning for gums, etc etc etc.... bills totaling over $2k (apparently without insurance it would have been $10k) this is for one adult, plus two teens with healthy, regular dental care. I am still speechless. We were there for FOUR HOURS... for just cleanings. Now the good-- everyone ons staff was super friendly, especially the dentists! Professional and kind. But they are scamming people with extras they don't need, and that is wrong. Just beware if you go....budget a couple thousand extra for their treatment plans $$$$$

Negative experience: This place is horrible!!!! Apparently they can’t even call their patients to tell them how much their copay is until they get there, and then sorry guys you have to pay $100 to cancel your appointment same day, EVEN IF THEY HAVE YOUR INSURANCE INFORMATION AND HAVE BEEN A REGULAR PATIENT!!!!! But NO! Apparently they can’t call you in advance to tell you that there’s thousands of dollars of copay, but how can a BUSINESS NOT LET THEIR PATIENTS KNOW Ridiculous. If you don’t want to have knowledge of how much it is, and then expect to pay something when they have ALL of your information available, go here, but if you like your dentist have you in the loop DO NOT COME HERE

Fantastic experience: This was just a follow up experience for pain on the left side of my mouth. I did not see my normal dentist to it. I was very pleased with the x-ray technician and the dentist who came to check me. They listened to me, and answered all my questions

You can tell she loves her job. My appointment was with Dr. Ishak. I really loved that she took the time to explain what procedures take place during the exam. I didn't feel rushed at any point like most dental offices do. And lastly, the hygienist, Yulia, was extremely thorough. My mouth thanks everyone at VMD and especially to the signing radiographer!
