Me being the exray queen had nice experience there with a caring attentiven. The new dentist is great nice to see a new dentist that isn't crown crazy. Negative experience: Beware. Dont get involved with this office. They have no interest in helping you if you are in pain. Instead, they are interested in draining all your insurance benefits. I had a filling fallout, which is causing a lot of pain. Instead of fixing the issue causing the pain, they decided to put together a very expensive plan addressing my entire mouth. I asked the dr if he would put a filling in, and he said no. Over the weekend, the tooth went nuclear with pain. I called this morning and explained how bad the pain is, and I just want it pulled at this point. They said come in at 10:30 AM, and they would pull it. I show up, and they now have a printout of the big expensive plan, but won't fix or pull the tooth. Two visits later, and I am now calling oral surgeons for an emergency extraction. You have been warned. Good luck!

Negative experience: Most everyone was friendly. The dentist was not interested in my opinion. He insisted a major dental procedure instead of concentrating on the obvious problem. The office was in turmoil, half the staff was in training. Am not returning. Addionally, Dr. Kim said I have a cavity and I need a root canal. I knew this was not true and it was later confirmed by another dentist and a second opinion of a periodontist.

Negative experience: They told me “you have to get xrays by law”. Strange upsell technique to get someone to pay for xrays. I am still trying to figure out who will arrest me if I don’t get the x-rays.

Positive experience: This facility has been through quite a few changes in the past year or two. The just previous doctor was excellent and I’m sorry to see that he is gone. I have yet to meet the new doctor. The previous hygienist is no longer there either and I always looked forward to seeing her. Today I was treated to the new staff. They were very friendly and considerate. But something just didn’t feel right. I’m hoping that my next visit will be very positive and I will remain with this practice for a long time in the future.

Negative experience: Have been there a few times unfortunately, I'm out of my hometown and needed a dentist, very sorry I chose this group.bait an switch game players, don't give them your insurance,and expect every appointment to take minimal 2 to 3 hrs

Negative experience: Terrible experience. We were initially told the appointment would include a cleaning. A second appointment was then scheduled, but when we arrived we were told they could only accommodate one of the two of us. This all happened while we were on vacation for my mother’s birthday week, when our time was already limited. They ended up completing only half of her deep cleaning and said the other half had to be finished within a 3-day window. Unfortunately, she couldn’t return within that time because she was leaving to go back home. After asking around, we learned that many other dental offices allow up to two weeks to complete the second half of a deep cleaning. After multiple scheduling mistakes on their end, they expected us to come back for a third appointment in the same week just to finish a cleaning. When an office makes repeated mistakes, the least they can do is try to accommodate the patient. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced at Dental Partners - Merritt Island. It is important to us that your visits are seamless and enjoyable, and we regret that we fell short this time. Fantastic experience: I’m 26 years old and haven’t been to a dentist since i was 9. i had a lot of trust issues with dentist from my previous experience…. i had 3 broken teeth because i bit down too hard and had the worst pain i had ever felt in my life. i came in here and not only did the work with me and my payment options. they helped me set up a good payment plan as i was worried the most about money and treatment. yesterday i got all 3 teeth pulled painless process. he honestly took really good care of me and his assistant was a really nice guy. i honestly felt like that didn’t wanna see me in pain and did what ever they could to fix it. over all what im trying to say. this place built my trust up for dentist that has been gone for over 15 years. im beyond happy with my treatment and im finally living a pain free day for once…. Thank you everyone at this office. your all amazing.

Fantastic experience: I started going here when Niala William’s was still here and absolutely LOVE this dentist office. The main reason being Lindsay, the wonderful hygienist and Tara from the front desk. They have always gone above for me and are so welcoming. Lindsay is so kind and remembers her patients and the little details they share. She’s the best dental hygienist I’ve had and I recommend all my friends and family here specifically for her! They truly make all the difference in the world for me and are the reason I still go to this office even after several dentist’s leaving.

Fantastic experience: I was urgently searching for someone in network with MetLife around 9a-10a. Had eaten breakfast with some crunchy bacon and a tooth that was a on/off problem for me abruptly chipped and I needed a fix. I was on vaca in cocoa beach and originally from Illinois so I was fishing for an answer. One place in cocoa beach had me on a waitlist that I knew wouldn’t call back. Dental partners had an opening for 4p and I took it. I filled out all my info online and the paperwork was printed when I checked in and all I had to do was sign. The lady on the phone was helpful, and the lady at the desk was kind as well. Waited maybe 10 minutes and they were already calling me back to a room. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable and let me know my options for my chipped tooth. I was literally leaving the next day (today) which was the day before Thanksgiving so I couldn’t come back in two weeks to have a crown installed, however; I was adamant about at least doing SOMETHING and that’s exactly what he did. He cleaned away the decay on the tooth and put in a temporary filling so that when I do get the chance to see my regular dentist they can take over and get me the crown. There was temporary pain for maybe 2 hrs after the numb wore off but hasn’t hurt sense after taking some Tylenol. Overall, it was a seamless process and I couldn’t be more thankful for taking me on short notice. The office building is welcoming and professional and the office itself was clean. Doesn’t hurt to have a water view while you wait in the chair. 10/10. This type of service is what you should expect from our healthcare providers and I’m grateful hence why they get this review. Thank you guys again.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this practice, mainly due to poor communication from the administrative staff. After my initial checkup, I asked the front desk to send a pre-authorization to my insurance. I was told it would take about a week, but weeks went by without any update. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told someone would “look into it” and call me back, but I never received a single follow-up. months went by and I decided to schedule the treatment before my insurance finished, and when I called to schedule an appointment I could only reach a call center and the employees had no knowledge of what to do. They said the clinical team would call me back, but again, no one ever did. This cycle repeated several times. It shouldn’t take this much effort to get a simple pre-authorization or schedule a basic filling. Dr. Zakary seemed knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, and the hygienist and assistants were kind. However, because of how disorganized and unresponsive the administrative team is, I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: I hesitate to write this for fear the word will get out and they will get so busy, I won't be able to get a appointment! But this office is the best! But exceptional is the word for the Dentist! Dr. WILLIAMS. I have been to quite a few Dentist in my day and I'm so impressed (finally) by a Dentist who isn't all about the $!! She truly cares and has the knowledge it takes to be a great Dentist. A giant shout out to her Assistant and Hygenist!! Update! Dr. Williams is no longer there and to make a appt. You have to talk to a call center and there is big communication problems. Definitely not the same. I have been having problems with the crown that the new Dentist put on. Dr. Williams was the one who made the crown for me. Found out from another dentist it was not seated correctly in the back. I will not be coming back.

Fantastic experience: They have done an AMAZING job on my bottom implant denture. The place in Oklahoma that initially made it apparently didn't make it right. I feel no pain with this one putting it in or taking it out whereas my 1st one hurt so bad each time! 100% would recommend them!

Negative experience: I was refused service because i just wanted 7 teeth cleaned. I did not want an x-ray. So Dentist refused to see a 71 year old senior get his teeth cleaned. If you fill out pre visit paper work online which I did. The receptionist said it does not work so had to fill paper work again in waiting room.

Negative experience: Dr Williams left months ago and so did my hygienist. I arrived for my 1pm appointment and thought everything was going to go well... it did not. Hygienist used high powered water and cut my gums and tongue. She kept dropping tools, even on the floor and my face was constantly all wet. Then after that happened she said the doctor would be right in (man I never met) to access my xrays and dental health. HE NEVER CAME!!! I waited 45 minutes after being told he would be in soon. I walked out and made appointment with new dentist for my 6 month follow up. Will call for my x-rays to be transferred soon.

Negative experience: The only good thing about this office is their office location and some of their dental hygienists. Their billing company has sent repeated threatening bills about being past due and to remit payment immediately!!! When I call the office (the new office staff) relays there is a zero balance!!! However they allow their billing department to keep on sending threatening bills. I sent an email explaining the situation, but it was not rectified!

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. Rude front desk help. I called and made an appointment and they never put me in the system. Then I scheduled with the front desk worker. Verified that I was getting a cleaning and that they take my insurance. When I get to my next appointment, she let me know they don’t actually take my insurance. I never write negative reviews, but this place is the worst. I wish I could give zero stars
