Fantastic experience: Reason: removing an old crown and creating a temp crown. This took only 1 hour! Dr. Rosenman and Brenda were efficient and quick. I felt no pain. I have been a patient at this office for over 30 years! All of the staff are wonderful, friendly, and caring. I always look forward to seeing my “old crew”. Sue is a fun, fantastic hygienist! Dr. Rosenman’s sense of humor certainly helps me relax. There has been a turn over as can be expected. My Hygenist Emily is great to talk with and she igreat at her profession. Dr. Brendemon and her dental aid put in a bridge over a broken root canaled tooth. She worked very hard and I don’t even know its there.This is a great practice

Fantastic experience: We've been going to Springfield Lorton Dental Group since 1990. We have never experienced any issues with the dentists, dental techs, or the front office personnel. My appointment today (02/05/2026) for my semi-annual checkup and cleaning was a very typical experience. I was greeted as I entered the office and was checked in quickly. My dental tech greeted me and escorted me back to the room about 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. After going through the checklist questions, she proceeded first with x-rays and then with the dental cleaning process. She explained what she was doing each step of the process and she kept checking to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. Once the cleaning was completed, she brought the dentist, Dr. Ho, into the room. Dr. Ho then proceeded to complete the checkup in a very professional manner. Once completed, I was escorted to the front office but first we stopped and put together a dental supply goody bag for me. The front office personnel then confirmed my next appointment ensuring the date and time worked for me. As usual, all personnel who interacted with me were professional and friendly and ensured I was comfortable. I highly recommend this dental office.

The doctors make time to discuss with patients all various treatment options and often apply a “wait and see” approach as needed. The hygienists are efficient and thorough. The office said they would check with my insurance about coverage for a mouth guard, and the estimate was in my inbox before the end of the business day.
