Fantastic experience: If you want personable, friendly, efficient and quality service, this dental office is the place to come. They are always accommodating. Every staff member works as a team. They are thorough in providing quotes up front and they explain each procedure before and during the dental services they perform. The atmosphere is very comfortable and they try to fit the need of every patient to make it a pleasant experience for what sometimes can be stressful for the patient. I can’t emphasize enough the professionalism of the staff.

Fantastic experience: The office has a calm atmosphere and the staff is very welcoming and efficient. Amber made me feel at ease right away, as it had been awhile since I had been to the dentist- due to health reasons. Dr. Catalano was upbeat and reassuring. He examined eleven year old veneers, one which had popped off, and according to another dentist, had not been applied properly. So far, I'm scheduled for a deep cleaning and a whole new set of veneers, at my behest. Today, Dr. Catalano and Amber put on a temporary veneer and it was painless. They both checked in, so as to be aware of any of discomfort, and took measures to take care of it. I have some major dental work coming up, but I feel like I made the right choice and I'm in good hands.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr. Catalano's practice enough. Everyone is super friendly and they do a wonderful job. I went for my cleaning today with Erika. She was super gentle, but always very thorough and I enjoyed watching the amazing African movie that plays overhead to keep me happily distracted. The front desk is super helpful. They were very accommodating when I needed to change my appointment and then reached back out to me, when my usual dental hygienist had an opening. They are always happy to work with me on any billing or insurance issues. Dr. Catalano is absolutely tops at what he does - always with a big smile and super knowledgeable in all areas. I know I am in great hands when I go to him. The office is pleasant and recently renovated and with all the latest equipment. My family, including my 94 year old mother, has been going to them for over 15 years and highly recommend them!

Today I met Dr. Catalano's mentor, Dr. Anne Becker, and I can see why this practice is so good. My teeth presented a couple of challenging problems, and Dr. Becker walked me through them and explained what she and her able assistant Tara were doing and why. Fantastic experience: I am a newer client of Dr. Catalano's. So far I've been very pleased with the experience I have had with him and his entire team. He runs a tight ship which I like. More to come and more will be revealed but I am very satisfied thus far.

Negative experience: I was very disappointed with my first time appointment today. When I came into your office in January of this year, I specifically asked for a 6- month cleaning and dental exam afterwards. Instead, when I came in today I was told that I was not having a cleaning but an Intraoral Periapical exam and that I would have to come back for a cleaning. Second of all, after making 3 appointments for the cleaning, a crown prep, and crown input, I was told that I had to pay $216 for today's exam even though I have Delta Dental Insurance. At no time in my dental life have I ever had to pay for my dental services on the day that I had the dental service performed. I asked why and your receptionist told me that your dental office did not have a contract with Delta Dental and that I would be reimbursed by Delta Dental. I cannot tell you how disappointed and frustrated I felt. I paid the $216 for the exam and had to sign a contract for the estimated $2195 for the upcoming crown work. All I can say is that after the completion of the cleaning and crown work appointments, I will have to determine if I will continue to use your dental services. I should have been told about your non-contractual situation with Delta Dental when I first came into your office in January when I made a new patient cleaning appointment and exam. I have been having dental work done for many years and have never been misled about dental services like your office did to me today.

I had a little emergency and called about 10 other dentists in the area to no avail. This office was the only one to offer help. They were extremely kind.
