Don Nguyen DDS & Tiffany Tran DDS

Negative experience: The reason for my rating is mostly financial. Their billing department charged me $40 for a fluoride treatment that I never asked for nor received. I noticed the charge on my American Express and when I called the office they had no record of this charge. Yet, there was a $40 charge from the dentist office on my credit card statement. The dentist office told me to just dispute the transaction through my credit card. After days of going back and forth with my credit card I finally received my $40. Then I went in for another cleaning, they told me I'd be responsible for $110 that my insurance wouldn't cover. I said, that's fine. They said they'd send me a statement in the mail. Instead, they decided to charge my American Express $110 two weeks later while I was on vacation without notifying me whatsoever. I don't ever recall signing a pre-authorization form , and usually you are notified before they just take money out of your account. I was frustrated because they did not give me much time to pay my remaining balance and they decided just to charge my credit card without letting me know. The other reason for this rating is the dental hygienist to clean my teeth always seem to be in a hurry. My last dental cleaning was just under 30 minutes. She said that my teeth looked good. But why did I feel that I had tartar build up still on my bottom teeth after I left my appointment. She did not do a thorough job in my opinion. I have since found a different dentist who I am very happy with.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nguyen is a boss, hands down the best dentist I have ever encountered. Super knowledgeable with great training and ongoing professional development. He is able to translate that knowledge in a patient-friendly, caring, and professional manner.

Fantastic experience: I was pleased at how smoothly my appointment to repair two teeth went with Dr. Nguyen. He and his staff were very professional, explaining the process completely.

Fantastic experience: When I broke a tooth at the gum line, Dr Nguyen made sure that I did not have any further problems with it. If you have a tooh problem I recommend you go see him.

The entire staff, from receptionists to dental Hygienist to the dentists are always friendly, welcoming, informative and professional.

More importantly… I brought my 85 year old mother in to see Dr. Nguyen. She had not seen a dentist in over 24 years. This was a HUGE step for her. I wasn’t at all surprised that after her first visit with Dr. Nguyen she agreed to proceed with all steps that were necessary. It took several months and numerous appt. all of which I was able to stay with her mostly because she doesn’t hear very well. The day Dr. Nguyen completed, my mom looked at me and smiled without covering her mouth. I never thought I’d see this day. Words can’t express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Nguyen and his amazing staff for the way they cared for my mom. She is back to living life, eating properly and hasn’t stopped smiling. Forever grateful

They check me in for my appointment and my wait time is less than 5min, sometimes I get called back right away. Dr. Tran and her team make me feel at ease by explaining everything thoroughly and making sure I understand what dental work will be done during the appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Tran and her skilled dental team.
