Fantastic experience: Pearl dental is by far the best Dental practice in the area!I had an urgent dental situation over a weekend and as a new patient they saw me asap on a Monday, I have been there ever since. Every single person that works in this clinic is so kind. Dr M has gone out of his way to make sure my daughter and I have the best care and make sure we know all of our options considering we have terrible dental insurance. He has worked with me to help fix the consequences of not keeping up with my dental health and explains everything clearly. With all of those things comes a lot of anxiety and I have never once felt judged or rushed, every single one there has been so kind and patient. I recommend Pearl Dental in Sauk Rapids 100%

They genuinely wanted me to be happy with my smile, and they never settled until we got it right. Because of their dedication and attention to detail, I can finally smile with confidence again, and that means more than I can put into words. Fantastic experience: My visit was quite lovely and very informative. The dentist did a wonderful job explaining things to me and was patient and listened if I had any questions. I especially loved how quickly they referred me and worked to get me in for surgery the same day! They got me in for emergency treatment really early too as a new patient. I love how nice they were to me. Receptionist was warm and welcoming. She made me feel like we were friends. Dentist Cracked a few jokes to make me comfortable and told me straight up what needed to be done. I hope to work with them more in the future and I hope I get to continue working with the same dentist I worked with today. He was kind. Thanks Doc!

Fantastic experience: I did not know that going to a dentist could be such an enjoyable experience. From the receptionist Char, to the hygienists Melissa and Brandy, to Dr. Mertensotto - all were warm and friendly. Dr. Mertensotto, while being professional, also had an amazing sense of humor. In addition, I appreciated the time he took to talk with me and explain things clearly and carefully. The welcome and care I received makes me want to go back. Seriously, how many people can say that about going to the dentist?!

Fantastic experience: So far so good. I’m very excited about this place! The dentist is genuine and true. Explained everything perfectly in detail. I got in fast and was able to schedule my next appointment even faster. This is definitely my kind of dentist. I would like to hide him and keep this place to myself, so it doesn’t get overwhelming busy but I also like to share my good news with others. Just wanted to add to my original post. This time I needed a tooth pulled that my old dentist would have never done. My old dentist would’ve sent me to see an oral surgeon and it would have cost me a lot of money but this guy here, is THE BEST dentist I have ever experienced. If you’re looking for a dentist you don’t need to look any further. Pearl Dental is #1 hands down.

Fantastic experience: I had another great visit at pearl. The front desk scheduling specialist (kelly) was so helpful and welcoming. You can tell she enjoys her job along with everyone else that works there. This facility takes great care of their clients and staff. Both dentist there and the staff is amazing with their customer service and also make you feel comfortable. Don't go anywhere else for your dental care.....GO TO PEARL DENTAL!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to a dentist in a while, and I moved far away from home. I was receiving updates in a timely manner about my appointment, and planning the visit was super easy. I came in to a lovely secretary and friendly service right away. I did not have to wait long, and the assistant and dentist worked super well together. I was given helpful information that best suited my health needs, and I felt very satisfied with the care provided. I needed a teeth cleaning too, and they were able to get me in right away. They also worked hard to have my insurance cover costs. I could tell this staff worked hard for every patient and really want the best for you. I 100/10 recommend this place!

Negative experience: Called back in January to get a cleaning and tooth looked at. She didnt even scheduled my clea ingredients which was discussed and now wants me to reschedule and wait over a month again. I have been thinking about moving over to the new Bezek dental in sauk rapids. This just made my decision for me.
