Fantastic experience: I have a pleasant experience every time I go to Theisen Dental. It is hard to find a good honest Dentist but this is definitely a great place. The team is all very nice. Been going here for many many years.

Fantastic experience: I’m a new patient and this was my first appointment. I received professional, thorough, friendly service and am very satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling come out and they were able to fit me into their schedule in 7 days which is impressive. Very kind. Great communication. Procedure was painless. The fillng was under the gum line, not the easiest to repair and it looks better than my other fillings. From reminder texts to confirmation texts the whole process was seamless. If I'm being 100% honest I think the x-ray and overall dental technology in bigger city areas is better than small town USA but they still do a fantastic job!

Negative experience: Id give them 0 stars if I could. I should report them for discrimination, they're allegedly never taking new patients and they don't offer a wait list. They won't tell you when a spot opens up, and they're always full. They seem really exclusive and possibly racist.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love Theisen Dental. Been going to dentist for over 55 years and I look forward to going to Theisen for my cleanings. Knowledgeable and amazing staff and Dr. Theisen is the best dentist I have ever had.

The facility is extremely clean, and their attention to safety and health are foremost. 5 stars in every way. I have never felt comfortable in a dental office - until I started going here. Fantastic experience: I switch dentists a few years ago and couldn't be more happy with my experience. I drive the extra hour to continue to have them as my dentist. Some of the most caring, patient and compassionate people I've ever delt with. Id give them 6 stars if possible. Highly recommend! I came here for a second opinion on some dental work, and they let me know that over half the procedures the other dental place wanted to do were unnecessary. Definately keeping them as my primary care.

Negative experience: Booked my appointment in October for Jan, pretty normal. Called to confirm my appointment two weeks prior to my appointment and when I showed up was told they canceled my appointment because they couldn't get a hold of me. Thats very disappointing and a poor business practice. Now I can also add that they claimed that the number i provided was incorrect but had zero problems calling and harassing me about this negative google review. My children have been going here for sometime now I have always received all phone calls, us mail, and email correspondence for their up dates. If they dont want poor reviews and now claims of harassing phone calls they should try harder to make up for their mistakes. One Star is to high.

Negative experience: Lady was rude on the phone when I was just asking a question about if they took my insurance, and hung up on me right away. If this how they treat people just trying to look for help I wouldn’t go here they clearly don’t have empathy for anybody.

Fantastic experience: Everyone I met at Theisen Dental was friendly, kind, caring and helpful, not to mention Becky, my hygienist. She wanted to make sure she was being gentle while working in my mouth and that I was comfortable, especially since this was the first time we met. I was VERY pleased with the Dr as well.

They are as careful at they can be, while thoroughly cleaning, and are very personable! Dr. Theisen is kind and friendly, and very professional. You can really tell that they care and want your experience there to be the best it can be. They really want to help and guide you in best practices for healthy teeth and gums.

Fantastic experience: Due to some severe dental anxiety, I hadn’t been to the dentist in longer than I care to admit. Following my pregnancy, my teeth were in rough shape and I was in quite a bit of pain. The team at Theisen Dental made time for me to come in for a cleaning within days and quickly acted to help resolve my tooth pain, as well as to resolve the other issues I’d had with my teeth. I really appreciate Dr. Theisen and the team at Theisen Dental as they are so friendly, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I cannot recommend Theisen Dental enough!
