Fantastic experience: 335 Five Star ratings means something - perfection, quality and service. My son, a UT Austin student, broke a tooth on campus a few days ago. I would not chance with any other dentist. So he made the 6 hour round trip to get the repair with Dr. Schultz. They thankfully had an opening. Made a perfect repair. Truly great dentist and all the staff are awesome and caring.

I’ve had lots of dental work done, I’m very happy with the results, and have been coming for years. I’ve referred friends and co-workers to Dr Schultz and team. They were very helpful when I had what I would call a dental emergency….a molar cracked. They first asked me about my well being and if I was in pain. Thankfully, I was ok and not in pain. I got instructions over the phone and got me in as soon as our schedule allowed. The TV helps down out sounds from Dental Tools ….makes things easier. Appreciate yall!

Fantastic experience: A veneer came off around 3:00 pm on a Tuesday and the staff got me in at 8:30 am on the next morning. Dr. Schultz was able to glue my veneer back on. I was so grateful and very much appreciated his expertise. Thank you again Dr. Schultz!!!

Negative experience: For privacy reasons, I’m not using my real identity, but I felt it was important to share my experience with this dental office. This dental office is extremely disappointing. The hygiene standards are shockingly poor — which should be the most basic requirement for any dental practice. The dentist lacks the expertise to properly diagnose issues before starting treatment, so you often end up with unnecessary fillings or crowns, paying much more than expected. The front desk staff also fail to correctly verify insurance, leaving you with surprise out-of-pocket bills. Their tools and technology are outdated, from deteriorated instruments to old X-ray systems that don’t provide clear or complete images. It feels like stepping into a clinic decades behind in standards. The high Google rating is misleading — most reviews are prompted right after a simple cleaning when patients are asked to scan a logo and leave feedback. Unfortunately, once you go beyond a cleaning, you realize how substandard the practice truly is.

Fantastic experience: If going to the dentist can be a pleasant experience, this is the place. Wait time is very minimal. All of the office staff are so nice and professional. Dr. Schultz explains things thoroughly and gives options for treatment plans. Update: 9/2025: Place is still awesome. Love getting my dental needs taken care of. Friendliest staff on the planet.

Fantastic experience: Everyone hates going to the dentist...no argument there...but what if you can actually say that you almost enjoyed yourself with the experience...well...that's what happened to me. I needed a dentist and found Dr.Jeffrey Schultz DDS by researching cosmetic dentists online. His staff was outstanding. They sensed my apprehension and went out of their way to make sure that I was comfortable. After my exam, Dr.Schultz explained a treatment plan, as well as several treatment options. He spoke in terms that I could understand and explained what the different outcomes would be according to which option I chose. He made me feel that I at least had some control over my treatment. He explained the cost of each option and what my insurance would and would not cover. He was very patient with me and he never seemed rushed. He made sure I had a complete understanding of my future procedure. In the end, my procedure was a little less than anticipated and my oral health is on the up-swing once again. Thank you Dr. Schultz for making an otherwise unpleasant experience much more tolerable.

Fantastic experience: I reached out to Dr. Schultz’s office because I heard that he makes mouthguards that can be used for sleep apnea. I only used the CPAP machine for a year or two but always had trouble with it because I mostly sleep on my stomach. My husband would always analyze my breathing on the CPAC and said it was great when I wear it. However, he also says I do well with the Mouthguard. I have been wearing my custom made mouthguard for a couple years now. The real test came when my Pulmonary doctor requested me to do a sleep study (a home version style). Results from his office is that he was “surprised” with my results and approved my mouthguard. I am thankful for this discovery!

Recently Dr. Schultz capped several of my teeth and did exemplary work. Everything looks natural and bright. It is serious when you make such alternations in your mouth; everything has to align precisely….jaw, teeth along with the bite. I can honestly say that Doctor Schultz is an excellent well seasoned Dentist. I highly recommend his office…and the rating is definitely 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Love love love getting seen by Niya and Dr. Schultz. I've been going here for over a decade and actually started when I didn't have insurance, using a Groupon to get a dental cleaning and x-rays between jobs. That's when I realized Niya is *the best* dental hygienist in Houston. She welcomes me with a chalkboard saying "Hello Dan" at every visit, and we catch up on the last 6 months. Niya does a very thorough job cleaning my teeth and gives me helpful advice on maintaining good oral health. She's also very gentle while working, and the hour usually flies by. You know that expression "you don't know, what you don't know." Well, you don't know what you're missing out on by having a good dental hygienist until you've seen Niya. I also have the most gorgeous unobstructed view of the Houston skyline while reclined or have the option of tuning out through their TVs showing HGTV and other cable programming. Dr. Schultz always inquires about recent pains or issues and provides friendly advice on wisdom teeth, whitening, etc. After a few years I recommended my wife start going to my dentist, and she thoroughly appreciated the quality of service and professionalism of Dr. Schultz, and his friendly staff. Upon leaving, they always give you a little baggie with a toothbrush, toothpaste, and floss. And a friendly reminder (from the front office) saying they'll take care of everything through insurance, with a promise to come see them again in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: PSA: I do not recommend taking an extended time off in between dental cleanings like I did (two years!) but if you do, Dr. Schultz and his team are the absolute best to come back to. They appropriately gave me a hard time and took care of my teeth, giving them an extra thoroughly cleaning from years of build up. Shoutout Blanca for being incredibly thorough and patient with me!
