Negative experience: I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent experiences with your office staff. While I have great respect for you as a physician, I have found the current level of service from your administrative team to be quite challenging. In the past, the office felt very professional; however, my recent interactions have been disappointing. I have found the staff to be unprofessional, particularly the individual acting as the manager. I felt that she was unwilling to assist me and was selective in who she chose to help, displaying a dismissive attitude toward my concerns. I forgot her name but Hispanic lady. She used to be a regular front desk and seems like she got promoted as a manager?? They also did claim to our insurance for something that we did not agreed with. So, guys please be careful with the new office personnel make sure to double check with them. I wanted to bring this to your attention as I value the care you provide but find it increasingly difficult to navigate the current office environment. Please do mystery shop so you can see how they treated your patients. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Have been using this dental office for 2 years now for deep cleanings and more recently a tooth removal. They're always so nice and if I have any questions are great at explaining things. Shout out to they're front desk employees especially Perla, she's been a great help with setting up appointments, follow ups and also helping with making payment plans for my procedures! Will definitely keep coming back to get more done.

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dental practice I have ever been to. I have really bad dental- work anxiety from previous negative experiences at other practices. The whole team at Tooth No.7 was so supportive, informative, and made sure I knew what was happening at every step of the way during my extraction and bone graft appointment. I came to this practice as a recommendation from a friend, and I am so glad that I did. Dr. Bui, Perla, and the entire team is wonderful, knowledgeable, kind- and I cannot thank them enough. I know I’m in good hands for the rest of my treatment plan with them! (As a side note to future patients, parking can be difficult to navigate as the office is located in a medical center- so arrive a bit early to secure a spot with time to spare!)

Negative experience: Thooth dental called me to confirm my appointment and proceeded to tell me to come to there office since the other location I was originally scheduled to go to was close due to all the power outage going on in the city. The person that called had no customer service at all and I asked questions and she keep saying why why to my questions. This company has 2 dental offices I recommend you don’t come here and go to the other location called DOT DENTAL. On 10058 long point rd houston tx 77055.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I both have recently had visits with Dr. Bui. He and his staff are the most nicest and accommodating people. Dr. Bui makes sure you are very comfortable for procedures and he is calming and very knowledgeable. I recently had an upper tooth extracted and a bone graft done with him, preparing for an implant. Rebecca and the entire staff are pleasant and treat us like family.... shout out to Tooth No. 7... we love you guys.

Fantastic experience: The best dental experience I’ve had. Having to go to the dentist gave me this immediate fear, but once I walked in the office, and checked in that feeling quickly went away. The aura in the office is very calming. I was greeted with smiling caring faces. I was actually seen at my appointment time! Rebecca is a sweet heart. Once in the chair, Dr. Bui took his time with me, and addressing all my concerns. He was gentle during my procedure. From being to end, I was cared for with kid gloves. Fantastic experience: "Tooth" be told, they deserve a "plaque" for excellence! Dr. Bui? More like Dr. Bui-yah! He's always great and friendly, and he totally accommodated my schedule and budget. During my procedure, I literally almost fell asleep multiple times (without the aid of sleeping gas) because it was so pain free (I think he thought I was flinching from pain, but I'm pretty sure I was just nodding off... haha). Not only did my mouth not hurt, my wallet didn't either! They took the time to listen to me and went out of their way to work within my budget. Their whole staff was wonderful! Special shout out to Rebecca at the front desk. She made me feel like more than just another patient. And she cared as if she owned the business, which is an amazing quality to have in your staff. TOOTH No.7? They should change the number to #1! Thanks for the great service!

Negative experience: No respect for time, this is the third time I’ve waited over 40 min just for someone to see me. When I went today for my appointment they could not even tell me what time the dentist would actually be able to see me.

The options were fully explained and if a conservative option was available, the odds of it being successful were given along with the warning that it was an estimate. They have shone forward thinking in getting prescriptions out and in place before the procedure which is very helpful when the numbness wares off and the pain starts.
