Fantastic experience: Super friendly and kind staff that made me feel comfortable upon my first visit! My cleaning by Hannah was very thorough and I really liked how she explained each step and took the time to answer my questions and provide suggestions on how to improve flossing/brushing. She also made efforts to get to know me which really helped reduce some of the “white coat” doctors/dentist anxiety I have. The doctor was also very personable and clearly explained my X-rays to me and noted any concerns to keep an eye on. I will definitely be back for my next cleaning in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: I was ready for x-rays so when I arrived a bit early for my appointment they took me right in to get that completed so the dental hygienist could start when she was free. That was a great use of time and I appreciated it! Jackie was my dental hygienist and she did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth. She is always very friendly and professional

Fantastic experience: I do an annual exam since my cleanings are at the periodontist. I appreciated the thorough exam with X-ray to insure nothing else was going on. I had two chipped teeth I wanted them to look at. They were able to repair both while I was there so you never would know they were chipped. A very positive experience.

Positive experience: Jackie is fantastic. Everyone is very professional, personable & efficient. The wait time for a doc & to check out was a bit long. My appointment was at 10:00, I was in a room by 10:15 and got in my car at 11:45 to go back to work. Other than that, very pleased.

The dentist, Dr. Susie, is very knowledgeable about sleep issues, so she spent considerable time analyzing and suggesting courses of action for me to take. In my estimation, this is the most modern and thorough practice in Columbus.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Sandcrest Dental Health for 40 years. All the staff through the years have been welcoming, personable and professional. At my latest visit (today) I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately checked in and taken right back. The office set up my appointment so that my dental hygienist was the same person as the last few visits, so she knew my history and a bit about me from previous visits. The x-rays and cleaning went smoothly, and I was checked out by the dentist/owner after my cleaning and given a smiling thumbs-up. If you are looking for a dentist practice that is welcoming, great at what they do, are proactive about your health, explain your options when needed, and don’t try to sell you any services you don’t need—this is the place. I highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: Super friendly staff. My daughter has a HUGE fear of dentists, but the dental team here at Sandcrest made her feel right at home and helped her get over that fear.

Negative experience: After 9 years at Sancrest Dental, we will not be returning. At my 13-year-old son’s appointment, we declined fluoride and were told they would no longer see him as a patient. We were treated disrespectfully, pulled aside, and made to feel like bad parents. Both my son and I were embarrassed and deeply uncomfortable. This used to be a wonderful office, but sadly, things have changed.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown that popped off yesterday at lunch, and was able to get an appointment today to have it cemented back in place. As always the staff was very pleasant and efficient. I was out of the office in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Sandcrest Dental.

Hygenist was very knowleadgeble and courteous. She and Doctor Anthony took the time to go over details of the procedures and findings. I am definetly going to switch dentist.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sawin and the staff at Sandcrest Dental are amazing. After having a root canal, I went in expecting to get a core buildup and a new crown. After thorough review of my X-rays and examination of my current crown, it was determined that I only needed the core buildup ie a permanent filling. I left totally satisfied with the service and the opportunity to keep money in my pockets. Thanks for your excellent service.
