Fantastic experience: FROM WALKING THROUGH THE DOORS AT LAKESIDE DENTAL I WAS GREETED WITH A WARM AND WELCOMING RECEPTION. MY DENTAL HYGIENIST NAME KT WAS VERY FRIENDLY,PROFESSIONAL AND SHE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE THROUGHOUT MY APPOINTMENT. KT DID A GREAT JOB EXPLAINING EVERYTHING SHE WAS DOING AND WAS VERY GENTLE DURING MY CLEANING. KT IS AN OUTSTANDING REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A DENTAL HYGIENIST.

Fantastic experience: My visit was because of tooth pain. I suffer from dental trauma from a past horrific experience! I explained that to Dr Musso and he took excellent care of me! The numbing shot was almost completely painless! The extraction was completely pain free! I’m healing well! Dr Musso has just gained a new patient. I highly recommend him! His staff were very friendly and welcoming as well! Overall a GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Fantastic experience: There was little white time And getting into a room. The dental hygienist began immediately and was very prepared for my cleaning. She was very professional and showed genuine interest in my comfort while she was doing her job very professionally. She’s exceptionally friendly and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. Dr. Musso was very professional as well and excepted the same qualities. When I called to verify my appointment a few days ago, the front desk was very pleasant and helpful

Update...on 4/21/26 I had a SIX crown procedure performed. No meds after the procedure were necessary! I went home and cut the grass. Thanks for all you guys do!

Negative experience: I walked in to a front desk that was messy and overflowing with papers everywhere. Then an extremely unwelcoming receptionist talked to me in a very abrasive tone for no reason. However, the worst part was that I asked to use the restroom and it was dirty (I had to clean the toilet to even use it) then there was no soap available for me to wash my hands that I had just cleaned their toilet with. I walked back to the front desk and informed unwelcoming receptionist about the need for soap and she simply ignored it. I was so confused by why she was being so extremely rude, that I just cleaned my hands with hand sanitizer and walked out. Deeply disappointing. Would not recommend to anyone.

From day one, Dr. Sandras and his staff have been friendly, professional, and always showed they care about their patients well-being. Let's just say I now look forward to my visits! I couldn't imagine going to any other dentist. Edit..Dr. Sandra's has retired (miss him) but the quality of care received has not wavered.

Fantastic experience: The crew is wonderful however I thought my cleaning was superficial. The temporary dentist, Dr Brown, is terrible and doing know what she is doing! In a previous visit, she screwed up a temporary flipper and it had to be corrected by the front office person!
