I love the praise and worship elevator music that brings me to tears. God's constant reminder of His angels in this establishment and that He is always with me. I am always pleased with my visits and highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Marshall is excellent! I've been going here for 8 years. However, I will never let the dental hygienist, Jahnon or Janan, work on me ever again, out of the 8 years I have been going to Dr. Marshall, never had an issue until her. I literally had to stop her in the middle of my cleaning because I informed her that she was hurting me and she proceeded to tell me to hold still like I was a child and keep digging in mouth. I have never had to do anything like this in my life. My frustration was through the roof but I tried to stay calm as long as I could. She's very negative and if I didn't have sense she would have made me think I was doing a very bad job with my hygiene but I knew with all of the comments she was making, she was definitely a negative vibe. Never again, she struck out with me all at once. Again, Dr. Marshall is an excellent dentist and provides great service so I will not let that little blemish take away from his 5 stars. Shout out to Lou and the front desk for their calmness. They just don't know they because of their calmness, they helped me ease some of my frustration.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marshall and the entire team at Johnson and Marshall Dentistry are amazing, including Lou! Everyone I've interacted with has been kind, professional, and provided excellent care excellent the billing clerk who needs to find GOD!!!!!! The only negative experience I've had has been with the billing representative. She is absolutely horrible to deal with—rude, dismissive, and often talks down to patients. She has made me feel undermined and degraded instead of helping resolve billing concerns. Billing issues are stressful enough without being treated that way. I truly appreciate the dental care I've received, but I hope the practice addresses how patients are treated during billing interactions because it does not reflect the excellent care provided by the rest of the team.

Fantastic experience: Dr Marshall and the team at Johnson &Marshall Dentistry are always professional, friendly and have good chair side manners. Had my twice yearly cleaning and the hygienist was gentle, thorough and took my cold teeth sensitivity seriously. It was a very pleasant experience.

Negative experience: I felt like Dr. Marshall was more interested in my wallet than my teeth. He is an okay dentist but once he starts talking, it ruins it.

Negative experience: This office in general creates false charges for services not completed and or improperly files to insurance. The doctor (Marshall) has repeatedly used excessive collections tactics and grossly tacked on charges. when asked to utilize the legal methods of collecting instead of emails, he deliberately went back and forth in an email thread. I have since reached of to the board of pharmacy and been provided with form to fill out in which I intend to immediately. I also informed this office that any previous charges predated September of this year, were included in and discharged in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy and he has still attempted collections.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Marshall has been my dentist for over 20 years and also my husband’s and children’s…he started seeing them at three years old and also did my daughter’s braces…and at a WAY better price than any orthodontist I’ve heard about. He’s very friendly, personable and takes his time with his patients. Barbra has been our hygienist for just as long and she’s the absolute BEST!!! The entire staff is super friendly and welcoming. It’s always a good experience! I highly recommend Johnson and Marshall Dentistry!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Johnson is the kindest, most skilled Dentist I have seen. His entire Staff is Great and I am so thankful for everything they have done for me. Also this is the most time efficient group I have ever been seen by. That is on top off all of my children's and my doctor visits, eye visits, etc. You come for your appointment time and they get back back in a matter of minutes and you are already with the doctor. I wish there were more places like this!
