It's the best experience I've ever had it a dentist office AWESOME second to none super friendly folks there. The Dennis was by far the best. I'm Amazed for the first time. I'll be looking forward to going back to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! My kiddo is always greeted BY NAME, we don't even check in anymore, she walks in and everyone is greeting her and making her feel comfortable. Makes a mom relax too, to know someone cares so much to make her smile and relax especially in a dentist office! Always the best feeling. They are kind even when she's not excited to be there, they enjoy every minute she is there, even if that means some extra minutes trying to see her teeth or at the treasure box.

Fantastic experience: Our new dentist! I have taken my kids over to IKids in Waxahachie and have had a few issues over the last couple years and never felt welcome. However this office and staff are wonderful and truly helped me out when I needed a last minute appointment and sorting out an insurance conundrum. My family will be back!

Fantastic experience: Mom who is 90 called me on Friday that her crown had fallen out. I reached out to the office and they made room for her. She was in the dental chair within an hour. Plus, mom was a new patient!!! Amazing Dr Shirley was so awesome. Excellent communication of the options and cost. Her kindness, compassion, and expertise was evident throughout the visit. All staff was so helpful and gracious. When mom left she said "your my dentist" .

Negative experience: I recently visited Dr. Sheibley, and while I was quickly attended, I did have a few concerns during my appointment. The wait time was longer than I expected, and I didn’t feel like my treatment plan was fully explained to me, which turned out to be no treatment at all. She was unable to diagnose my issue nor treat it. I spent 5 min in the chair and was moved along. I left with some lingering questions about my care that I wish had been addressed more thoroughly. Overall, not the best experience, but the office was clean, but unfortunately there was a lot of miscommunication and somewhat of a hurry to move me out of the office.

Fantastic experience: My husband Gary had been having a problem with a sore on his gums and after a Google search we landed here at Sheibley. He said he is so thankful we found them. Dr Sheibley was able to fix him. There was never any pressure from anyone in the office, in fact she gave him choices. Nobody does that. He said once they numbed his gums, he never felt any pain after that, not even the shots. Amazing! Our interactions with everyone in the office was very professional and very pleasant. We have told everyone we know about them and will definitely use them in the future.

I just got all 7 of our family members established with her, and she exceeded our expectations (we’ve had plenty of bad experiences with dentists). She did t try to push us into any unnecessary treatments, and prioritized things in a way we could handle financially. You can tell that she’s passionate about what she does. Also Leanne, one of the hygienists did an amazing job cleaning my teeth! I had some stains that I thought were permanent that she was able to remove, and I had no idea that was even an option with a regular cleaning! My teeth look like they did when I was 20 again!
