Fantastic experience: We’ve had the best experience at Crosspointe. We have brought all three of my children ages 7 and under for dental cleanings. We were looking for an airway specialist for my daughter and Dr. Coerver and her staff have been incredible!!

Negative experience: DO NOT GO HERE. I was a patient here for about 2 years and they did absolutely horrible work that has now cost me THOUSANDS more to correct. Firstly, they put in crowns that I didn’t need and I can never get my natural tooth back. When they did this, they replaced and old crown and LEFT CEMENT IN MY GUMS. I went back to them twice and told them I was still feeling pain. I was literally told it was my fault and the last time did not even actually get to see the dentist. This is on top of several interactions that made me uncomfortable within the office itself. Do not go here. If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

I’ve had a great experience working with Heather and April, who are incredibly professional and helped me choose the best financial plan for my dental care. It is also a blessing to support a practice that puts God first, as shown in their name.

Negative experience: Every time I go I have a temp cleaning my teeth an and the dentist was a different dr I have not met and he barely introduced himself The temp tried to sell me a bite guard until I asked the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Each time at Crosspointe Dental my appointments are prompt, and the staff are on top of what they do. It's always a good experience at this office.

Fantastic experience: Lynne, one of the front office staff, was so warm and welcoming. The dental assistant, April, made me feel at ease. I have past dentist trauma and she made sure she let me know what was going on. Dr. Ashley Coerver was so warm and helpful. She made sure I knew my options and made space for me to ask any questions I had. (So be sure to bring questions.) I’m excited about my next appointment with them. I’ll m glad my friend referred me to them.

Negative experience: The most unprofessional place of business I've been too. Been going here for 2 years. Get all work done. Then, when it comes times do my crown she doesn't want to do them. Unreal. I should of known. They can't keep anybody on staff. Every time I went there was a new hygienist a new receptionist. This place is horrible. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I’ve had ALOT of dental work done from extractions, route canals, fillings and implants. This is a very trust worthy team to work with!

When I went in for some work, the front desk staff (also so friendly and warm) handed me a comfort menu where I was able to choose the things that would help me. That idea alone shows so much thought behind what they do! The entire process followed the same pattern of thoughful and professional work across the board. I left still in shock with how much better my experience went than previous dentists offices and I'm so grateful! From my very first consultation, the doctor made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything in detail and gave me the confidence that this was truly the best decision for my dental health. The day of the procedure, my anxiety was through the roof but the dental assistant was so warm, welcoming, and relatable that it instantly helped calm my nerves. The entire team made me feel comfortable from start to finish. What really stood out to me was how personal the experience felt. During the procedure, we listened to Christian music, and the doctor even sang to me It turned something I feared for years into such a peaceful and positive experience. I’m beyond grateful for the care I received and can honestly say I’ll be coming here for years to come. Highly recommend to anyone who struggles with dental anxiety you will be in amazing hands!

Fantastic experience: I moved to Texas from Oklahoma almost three years ago but I kept my Oklahoma doctors. It has become increasingly inconvenient to return for appointments so I'm now transitioning to medical care here in Texas. Crosspointe Dental came highly recommended to me and I couldn't have made a better choice. It is a small office setting, conveniently located, service was outstanding, and every person was extremely kind and courteous. Crosspointe is top-notch. Visit them for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have had great experiences since switching to this dentist office last month. From the front desk to the Dr’s, assistants and hygienists, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to highlight April’s amazing customer service. While taking a break during my recent root canal and crown she made sure I was comfortable while waiting by providing me with a blanket and water. I love this office and most importantly how they keep Christ at the center which is very important for me and my family

Fantastic experience: Have been looking for Dentist for a period of time. Have tired word of mouth and finally checked with my dental insurance and the first listing was for Crosspointe Dental. I contacted them set the appointment with them. I walked in there were a few people waiting a good thing. The front folks were very pleasant had all the paperwork ready; quite easy. I then saw Karen who was awesome I found my Dental Hygienist! So she was very thorough which was appreciated as I found this to mean they where concerned about my dental health care. I then saw Dr. Coerver and she great found two issue that I am going to take care. I also learned something about a tied tongue which it is always good to learn something. I would highly recommend this Dental office. Have now been coming to Crosspointe for a number of years and able laugh the whole time even while at dentist. These folks are all awesome and extremely thorough Have no complaints at all.

I became a patient last week and have had excellent care. I had a routine check-up during which they discovered I needed a tooth extracted. Negative experience: Crystal, the office manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My initial interaction with Maria, when I made my appointment, was wonderful—she was kind and helpful. However, when I had to reschedule and spoke with Crystal, her treatment of me was unacceptable and made me reconsider staying with this office altogether. I was on speakerphone during our conversation because I was multitasking, preparing an afternoon snack for my children, and she falsely accused me of yelling at her. I wasn’t raising my voice, and her tone and attitude felt dismissive and condescending. She claimed to be helping, but her approach only added to my frustration. It felt as though she had already made assumptions about me, which I found deeply uncomfortable and offensive. I was referred to this office by a trusted physician, but due to this experience, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. Respect and professionalism are essential, and unfortunately, Crystal’s behavior fell far short of that.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental problem that popped up suddenly....as they seem to do. I did not have a dentist but Crosspointe was listed on my insurance. I read their reviews and decided to give them a try. I called them late on Monday and they got me in early Tuesday. They lived up to their reviews. Everyone is so kind and they truly want to help you. They clearly go over options to help solve the problem and do not make you feel bad if you haven't been to the dentist in years (this is my situation). I made the choice to move forward with treatment and they worked to get me in for that right away and at the most convenient time for me. I am excited to start my dental journey with them and know that I will not feel pressured to do everything recommended but will have the option to do everything if i choose. I also know I will not be judged for not having been to a dentist in years. To make things even better, they are not an office that believes in high pressure sales tactics. They present options and let you choose what is best for you. I appreciate this. So far, I would recommend this office. They treat you with compassion and respect. It is a judgement free environment. Dr. Coerver is the best dentist I have ever had. As far as Orthodontics, I have never had the extent of work that Dr. Coerver has done. Honestly, I wouldn’t want anyone else but her to do it. Fantastic experience: This is a 2nd review after receiving advanced dental work by Dr. A. Coerver; assisted by April. Previously, I'd only received basic dental work (cleanings, x-rays) and hoped the advanced work would be on par w/ the well performed cleanings but wouldn't know until it was completed. (Cleanings performed well gave me confidence to proceed w/scheduling advance work and I like to wait a few days after service to write review in case there's delayed issues.) I'm exceedingly happy w/ Dr. Coerver's handy work! She was/is skilled with performing the work as w/ explaining/educating patients. The anesthetic injection (which I hate) was barely noticeable/may have been missed totally had I not been informed it was the next step being performed. Throughout the procedure I sensed confidence and focused attention from Dr. Coerver and April. They collaborated well from beginning to end and seemed dedicated to doing a good job. I felt I was in good hands and able to relax. After all was done, I kept waiting for pain (the kind requiring pain med/bedrest). Nope, it never happened. I felt I could have gone back to work. Now days later, no issues. Jennipher and Crystal were great coordinating appointment/answering last minute questions. (I later realized though I heard and read crown, my mind computed root canal :)) Lisa M.

The staff, amazing... the Dr. is absolutely amazing. I just had my 3rd visit today, and I'm just so happy that I was referred to this office. It's an absolute relief to have my mouth worked on, without any pain. I absolutely recommend this Dr. And office! Today was my 4th visit. Once again, a great visit. I consider Crosspointe Dental to be a special blessing God bestowed upon me. He blessed me in April of this year by rerouting my dental journey and leading me to one of the best Dental offices on this side of Heaven. Dr. Ashley Coerver and Dr. Brian Coerver, her father, are definitely gifted, experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, and, in my sincere and honest opinion, Heaven sent with proficient skills to be a medical dental blessing to their patients. Their phenomenal team, Crystal, Jennifer, Maria, Karen, Deserea, Heather, and April, the chosen subject of this testimonial, is outstanding! I was in excruciating pain due to poor dentistry received at another dental office. My first visit to Crosspointe was a diagnostic appointment. Even though it was a diagnostic appointment, the welcome mat was laid, and I was made to feel special by the friendly and highly competent team. Reflecting on my second visit to Crosspointe, I will always remember when I first met April. I felt that God sent Dr. Brian, one of his chosen Dentists, to my rescue. He assessed my problem and repaired it. His assistant, April, without a doubt in my mind and heart, was also the specially chosen Angel to be Dr. Brian's assistant that day. I was terrified of having another bad experience. April's knowledge, kindness, compassionate personality, gentle yet confident, calming, and assuring voice, and her award-winning smile inspired me to trust and believe that God had sent me to the right place to be relieved of the three weeks of excruciating dental pain and that I would most assuredly receive the best dental care at Crosspointe. Having a radiant personality and a warm smile does not qualify a person to be skilled in their profession. Once I got past April's radiant smile and powerful words of encouragement, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was a highly qualified April who was very skilled in her job. Since my first visit to Crosspointe in April, I have received extensive dental care involving several appointments. I have received outstanding dentistry under Dr. Ashley's competent and skilled hands and no pain. April continues to be a qualified dental assistant. She is passionate about her work. Her desire to provide the best care possible to her patients is transparent. She is always respectful and accommodating. She is patient and confident and works side-by-side with the doctors, ensuring she follows their directives and that the patients on her "watch" are blessed with the best of her skills! April is personable, and she never lets me depart without asking if everything is okay or if I have questions. She always walks me to the door and waves a happy-bye with a beautiful smile. Fantastic experience: What an amazing dental office and staff. I needed to get in ASAP to have a root canal and the office manager Crystal called me right back and got me in the same day. Thank you for making those special accommodations. On top of that all the staff was friendly.

Fantastic experience: This dental office is fantastic! They are incredibly helpful and were able to solve some minor complications with ease.

Negative experience: Did they give me Fillings or Sealants?! On Nov. 9, 2023, to my surprise Dr. Coerver told me I had 5 cavities. I told her in my 60+ years of life I’d never gotten even 1 cavity, but she was very certain and told me they do fillings right there in the same facility. If I had known the doctor who does the fillings is her own dad, I would have declined and gotten a second opinion. The next day I went back and supposedly the fillings were done. Since we’d moved out of the TX this summer, we found another dentist. July 31 this year I went for a check up at this new dentist’s office, and this dentist and the hygienist told me all they saw in those 5 teeth are sealants, NOT fillings. This dentist office did call Dr. Coerver’s office and confirmed the 5 teeth they supposedly did the fillings. Yes they charged me for 5 fillings.
