Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Amy’s for several years. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. She and her staff are caring and professional. They communicate during off hours, work diligently and patiently on insurance claims. Really thought I had a great dentist before when I made the change in 2022, but I needed someone closer to Rolesville. I couldn’t be happier about that decision and the experience I have had with Amy See.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were great in helping get all of our family’s records sent over from our former dentist. Fantastic experience: She uses a 3D scan to show your entire mouth at the first exam, keeps great records. Whitening is a good service, you get a soft tray molded to your teeth to fill with gel overnight. I found the effect worth it. Awesome dentist who will explain anything you have a question about.

Negative experience: The two hygienists power washed my teeth which was painful and tried to do a money grab. My teeth have been cleaned twice a year for over 40 years. I know what a typical semi annual cleaning looks like, feels like and costs with my insurance. However, the hygienists here tried to SIGNIFICANTLY upcharge me by telling me I needed all these extra services and that I had all these dental problems. THEY WERE ABSOLUTE LIES so that they could get more money out of me. This woman lied so bad I had to force myself not to laugh and lied to get out of her chair. She wanted to turn my standard cleaning into a two hour procedure that I did not need and did not come for. There is nothing worse than a business overcharging and patient and lying about services they do not need to get over on their insurance and overcharge them. I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE!!! There are too many honest, legitimate dentists in the area. The sad part is that I never even saw Dr. See because the pathetic, liar of hygienists I had to endure.

Fantastic experience: Wow! This is the most thorough initial examination I've ever had! You can tell Dr. See is passionate about her career and comprehensive dental care. She caught some issues related to some recent orthodontics I'd had elsewhere; issues that two other dental professionals had previously missed. Her staff really goes the extra mile, too. They worked so hard at getting my two kids seen on the same day so my husband and I could tag team their appointments, which we really appreciated! In an area brimming with dentists, this office is the only choice!

After seeing three other dentists who weren't sure and offered less than acceptable solutions, Dr. See went above and beyond and got to the root of the problem. She then implemented the plan to conserve a large portion of my tooth and painlessly corrected the problem in one visit and now I'm pain free after 6+ years of pain. I live 4 hours away and will gladly make the trip any time I'm in need of dental work. She is totally worth it and i wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic experience: Once again Dr. See and her team re-confirmed why I make a long drive to have my dental care preformed here. They continue to be kind, friendly, yet professional, and take great care of my teeth. Unfortunately I see them more times for "fixing" my teeth than I would care but they are a fantastic team and bring peace to a mouth of teeth that seem to be at war with me. Love these guys!

My husband and I drive approximately 2 hrs each way for our dentist visits, & we gladly do it. We cannot say enough about the staff. They interact as family and make us feel we are part of it. Dr. See has all the latest equipment and her skills are the best we’ve ever experienced.. Being 65+ years-we’ve seen a lot of docs and dentists! She is not only concerned about the work she’s doing on your teeth, but she also has a genuine concern about your well-being while there. I drive by many Dentists on my way to see Dr. See since I live in North Raleigh, but I wouldn’t have it any other way and it only takes me about 20 minutes to get there. Again, I cannot recommend this dentist office enough.

Fantastic experience: I think the majority of people have had a negative dental encounter at least once in our lives. I seemed to have had several, which prompted me to stay away from them unless absolutely needed. Dr. Amy is different. I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasant experience going to the dentist. Everyone in the office was kind, conversational and accommodating. I thought I was 4 minutes late but turns out I was actually 34 minutes late because I had written the wrong time down on my calendar. Not the first impression I was hoping for as a new patient. However, the front office staff, technicians AND Dr. Amy were all understanding and still saw me. I knew they were busy so I expected the visit would be quick but it wasn’t ( positively so ). They took adequate time in explaining to me my options, took needed pictures and treated me with dignity and respect. Dr. Amy is the first dentist I’ve ever been to who picked up on and mentioned the very apparent un alignment with my jaw. She’s getting to the root cause so the fix is more permanent. I look forward to my next appointment. Crazy!!!

She then explained to me what I could to do to keep things from getting worse and prevent problems in the future. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked in the door today everyone there was welcoming and kind and just awesome! The ladies in the front were very helpful and pleasant. Amy See was the most patient dentist I have seen. She was very thorough and addressed my concerns with with my teeth. The hygienist was incredible! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Trying to talk my husband into making an appointment now! My teeth are clean and I feel very confident in my smile. She even fixed my crown that was a little too tall (from a previous dentist) and bothered me chewing and was patient with me having trouble moving my jaw to show her the issue. She and the hygienist, (I'll find out her name next time) were great! She was very gentle and thorough. I made another cleaning appointment and actually look forward to going again! Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Fantastic experience: Approximately 3 weeks after my deep cleaning I was asked to come in for a follow up. It was hard to imagine that I would have any soft plague accumulation, but I did. My hygienist, Nicole went to work on it. At the end, my teeth were shiny and smooth something I had forgotten when you accept a different standard. So, I asked how come so soon and she explained several reasons for it, including improper brushing which was very possible since, I had just changed over from a Phillips Sonicator to an Oral-B. When she first mentioned the electric toothbrush, I thought the sonicator could run laps around it, but the design of the Oral-B head makes better contact with the natural curves of the tooth. She also observed I was not producing enough saliva so, I did a little research and there was a basis for it, staying hydrated. Hydration promotes the production of saliva changing the pH to more basic and neutralizing the acids, that's a good thing. In conclusion, I am blessed to have an exceptional hygienist in my corner...

Negative experience: I had been going for a few years now and had 3 extractions done over this time period and didn’t have much of an issue. However, went in today for my appointment to get a tooth extracted and was notified I’d have to pay over $500 upfront before they’d bill insurance and then reimburse me due to them having a new X-ray machine that does 3D PA -and thats not covered by many insurance. I had never had that done previously and didn’t have the money for that today. I should’ve been notified of this as they basically said they do these X-rays when doing extractions. Then when I said I don’t have that money available cause I didn’t expect that as I brought money to cover the extractions as previously done.. they said then we’ll have to send this to insurance it’ll be 2 weeks before we can tell you how much it will be. After I’ve already been in a lot of pain for over a month and had this appointment scheduled then being told I’d have to wait longer and my husband had to take off work to help with childcare we not only lost money, we lost time and no remedy! Very disappointing and frustrating how they handled this! Had to go elsewhere to get work done!
