Fantastic experience: Very good friendly people. Awesome experience, and the family dentist does very nice work.

Negative experience: The worst dental appointment I’ve ever had. I arrived for the first appointment of the day and still waited 25 minutes to be seen. My blood pressure was taken with a cheap over‑the‑counter cuff, not by a nurse and not with calibrated medical equipment. I was then told by the dental hygienist that my blood pressure was “too high” for a routine cleaning. However, there is no medical evidence or standard dental guideline showing that mildly elevated blood pressure creates any health risk during a simple teeth cleaning. Cleanings are considered low‑risk procedures, and elevated BP alone is not a valid reason to deny care. When the dentist came in, she simply repeated what the hygienist said. I asked directly whether my teeth would be cleaned, and she stated they would not proceed. With no explanation grounded in evidence‑based practice, I left the appointment without receiving any care. This experience felt unprofessional, dismissive, and not aligned with accepted dental standards.

Everyone was very nice and efficient from the receptionist /scheduler to the hygienist and the dentists. It definitely is worthwhile to have insurance as cost will open your eyes. But I feel I found the right place and strongly recommend these fine people.

Fantastic experience: 5.26.26 I had another positive experience at my appt with Rachel. She said my at home hygiene care has improved in several areas and stabilized in other areas. And that is thanks to her helping me understand what things I had to do for myself to improve my own oral health. I'm glad it's working and I'm glad she worked with me! My appointment went great! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The facility was clean, organized, and had awesome lighting. Rachel did a great job during my cleaning appointment today. I appreciate how thorough Rachel was and how she was able to explain what was going on and what to work on to improve areas of concern. I will definitely be back to see Rachel for my prophylaxis care.

Positive experience: I was able to get in for an emergency and they took care of it that day. I was thankful for that. Dr. Bansal was super sweet and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and gave me some great tips for preventative care. Kelsey (not sure if I am spelling that right) was the assistant and she was amazing also! Very nice and put me at ease.

Fantastic experience: I really had a great experience here. I live 5 minutes away and never knew this place was here. Shame on me! But everyone was very pleasant, the hygienist Ms Kellie is such a Southern Bell lol absolutely enjoyed her and she’s so knowledgeable, the whole office smelled like bath & body works. This place is the best! The way a dentist office should be! Definitely making this my dentist home.

The staff explained everything that was taking place regarding your bill now & for any future treatments ahead so their are no surprises about your bill and what your insurance may or may not cover. I love it here ❤️..

Positive experience: Had to wait 25 minutes for the dentist to come for a couple of minutes after the cleaning was completed. A 30 minute appointment turned into almost an hour. I don't think they value your time. Disappointed.

Negative experience: To start off I arrived to my appointment on time. I didn't get seen until an hour after my appointment and they actually forgot I was there until I had to walk up to the counter twice. There was issues transferring my x-rays from Aspen Dental I called to see if they receive my x-rays they said they'll call me back after they check. 2 days later I call back left 2 messages then called the next day. Someone finally got back to me after that I had to request the x-rays to be emailed to me. I emailed my x-rays directly to them on the 30th. I waited until the 5th and called they said they'll call me right back when they check it I called back on the 6th and was informed that they haven't been able to access my emails yet.() So I called back again and canceled my appointment. It seems to be a little too unorganized there and I didn't want to get started with someoneI'm not going to be happy with.

Negative experience: Augusta Family Dental at 4110 Windsor Spring Rd , Suite G Hephzibah 30815 is so unprofessional sat in there 2 hours for them to say they can’t open my X-rays from my other dentist cause 1 employee is working from home ,after I had this appointment for 2 months and they say they don’t normally do cleanings and hygiene on the first visit ! And wanted to reschedule me just to get a cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience from start to finish! From the very first phone call to the appointment itself, everything was handled with care and professionalism. The woman who answered the phone was incredibly helpful—she answered all my questions and promptly sent over the necessary paperwork. When we arrived, she was just as kind and welcoming in person as she was on the phone. The office was beautiful, well-organized, and created a calm environment. The dental assistant was absolutely wonderful—such a great personality! You could truly tell she cares about her patients and their care. She was thorough and made sure all of our questions were answered. The dentist was equally pleasant, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensure we felt comfortable. This appointment was for my 91-year-old father, and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the level of care we received. It truly set a positive tone for our entire day!

Positive experience: When I first got there, the doors was locked as if the place was closed. A gentleman walked out and we asked him if the place was closed and he said no just close for lunch it will reopen at 1. It would be nice if there was a sign on the door that says close for lunch will open again at 1.

The stand out staff members that I want to high light are RDH Nicole Moore who was very thorough and very professional (My teeth are cleaner than a whistle!) and Dr.Prince who was the epitome of excellence. Positive experience: The staff was nice, but my issue was not handled as expected. I need 2 extractions done asap and it has been put out til April 7th. I already have decided what I want done and talking about deep root cleaning seemed to be more important than what I wanted to discuss. I may contact another dentist.

I was especially impressed with the compassion, patience, kindness and care from the time we walked in the door until the time we walked out. Every person we encountered made us feel like they already knew us. Fantastic experience: This was my first of many appointments and it wasn't too bad! The assistant, Kenya (probably spelled wrong) was absolutely fantastic! I'm a baby about a dentist and she was very reassuring and calming. Dr. C was efficient during the visit but answered all my questions (I'll write any future questions down, tho). The only negative I had was the freezing temp of the waiting room (I was provided a blanket when I went to the back). Reception was friendly and answered my questions, too. I will be going back...many times... Update: I've been back a few times now (had a deep cleaning today) and am so happy I chose to go here. Dr. C is no longer there and haven't met her replacement yet.

Negative experience: Sadly my experience with this dental co was not as I had hoped. It took many months of return visits to get my dentures only to receive an upper ill fitting painful denture that I was asked to wear at home once the sore that it initially caused healed. I did try only for the pain of the denture again cut into my gum. I told them the teeth stuck out like horse teeth making me feel horrible. I decided not to purchase or even go back after returning denture. Augusta Family Dental agreed to refund United Healthcare so I could find a suitable dentist. It's going on two months and I'm still waiting for the refund!
