My appointment was right on schedule, and my cleaning and check up were carried out quickly and smoothly. Everyone was super friendly and the atmosphere of the entire place made me glad to be there. Fantastic experience: Dr. Bunch and his staff were not only professional they were very personable. They took the time to be extremely thorough. I have very sensitive teeth. The hygienist took care NOT to use the ice cold water straight onto my teeth like every other dentist office has in my past experiences (first place that has ever LISTENED)! She answered many questions as did Dr. Bunch. I was shown models of implants and partials and Dr. Bunch explained how each worked. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured and they gave me the information needed to make educated decision on moving forward. In my 40+ years I have to say I have NEVER experienced such care from a dentist or staff. They deserve a LOT more than 5 stars!

Negative experience: I may be the only person that had an awful experience here but oh well. I got a dental implant in 2020 from them and it’s been nothing but AWFUL from the billing to it constantly coming loose. It’s now July 2024, loose AGAIN. This may be the 4th or 5th time this has happened but I’m literally never going back there at this point so I’ll have to find someone else to take care of it. No other person I’ve ever known has had an implant come loose once healed and placed. I don’t know what they did but I would have rather saved my money.

Positive experience: Promptly greeted and procedure was explained in detail. The reason for the 4* rating is that the procedure is not complete. Staff was caring. Could do without the giggles and chatter from some of the staff which was not professional and immature.

Fantastic experience: As one who believes in holistic health, I know that oral hygiene is a must for good heart health, mental health, etc. I’ve been going to Dr. Bunch (no relation) for 9 years using the same hygienist. I was satisfied with her and I don’t really like change especially when it comes to the dentist. I have dental trauma from childhood, therefore I was apprehensive to try a new hygienist. I even messaged my old hygienist to share my apprehension with her. Well, I had Stephanie as my hygienist and I absolutely loved her. She made small talk to divert my mind. She was gentle, and explained everything before she did it. If you are on the fence about picking your dentist, go to Dr. Bunch (again no relation) and see either Tess or Stephanie. You will be in great hands.
