Fantastic experience: I cannot praise this place enough! I haven’t been to the dentist in years. I finally decided to be an adult and schedule me an appointment. I was hesitant on going because I’m embarrassed of my oral hygiene as well as just high anxiety going to the dentist. This was an absolute game changer! The staff is so, so friendly and nice! The hygienist and dentist were very thorough with evaluation. They explained everything so well and really kept me calm during it because of my anxiety. Dr. Kara Haycraft was very quick on setting up my treatment plan. The front desk worked with my schedule to get my appointments set up and they got them in very quick and close together! I went for 2 fillings today and Dr. Kara was very gentle from start to end. I wish I could remember the dental assistant’s name but she was also very incredible! I would recommend this dentist office to everyone!

Negative experience: My daughter was looking for a dentist, they couldn’t find her in insurance so they called me to ask about insurance and were extremely rude and disrespectful. The office manager got on the phone and scolded me. I would seek dental care elsewhere. They do not understand how to bill Tricare Dental.

Fantastic experience: 10 Billion stars - all the stars. The staff at this office are the BEST people. They went out of their way to handle a situation at a different pediatric office on my behalf, where I was treated very poorly. They really care about their clients not just as their "clients" but as a person. They stood up for me and helped me get the care I needed for my son! No business has EVER had my back and went above and beyond like this place has! I will FOREVER give them my business. I would even be willing to travel MILES to go here. *chefs kiss* AMAZING! <3 <3

Positive experience: They no longer take Lincoln dental this is only dental plan I have been here 30 plus years now have to start somewhere else

Fantastic experience: Love the dentist however...on the annual health form for marital status they do not honor widow(er) and instead put single. As a widow I do not feel single and wish to use widow...please put that on the health form to avoid offending me

Fast, efficient, and thorough in a relaxing environment where dental examination, cleaning, and protection were applied with professionalism and zero stress. I appreciate the friendly welcome from the front office staff, a very important quality that drives my choice of dental care provider. I stopped going to other dentists because of unfriendly reception and intake procedures. Lincoln Trail Dental sets the standards in this area of operation and it is highly appreciated. Fantastic experience: Wonderful! Greeted by two ladies when i walked in, they were Very helpful and professional. The office was very clean unlike some places i have been. Rebecca cleaned my teeth and answered all of my questions in a very professional manner and did a great job. The dentist was so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Overall the whole staff was just “Great”. I highly recommend this dental practice to everyone. By the way the Halloween costumes were phenomenal. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: This was the best cleaning I have had in a long time. They use a water pick that actually heats up the water so it's tolerable for people with sensitive teeth. The rinse is not heated but that's workable. The only issue i jad was the suction pulling cool air across my teeth. But they have a prescription toothpaste for sensitive teeth I'm trying out for only $18. It also helps keep the teeth strong. We shall see how I do in 6 months. I'm really glad to have found this provider as I am new to the area.

Fantastic experience: The best dental office visit ever, and it wasn't even for myself!!!! I accompanied my co-worker, Mr. Kim, who was from Korea working at the BOSK to help him with interpretation. Boy, they were kind from the moment we entered the reception area until the last minute there!!! Moreover, Dr Haycraft was superb and very patient in explaining what was the problem and what she would do to help Mr. Kim ease pain in detail. She was excellent with her demeanor as well to make Mr Kim comfortable getting treatment in a foreign country to him.... The reception area ladies, the doctor's assistant, and the doctor herself were all great, "super" GREAT! Thank you sooooo much!!!!!

Fantastic experience: My visit was very pleasant! The chair I sat in was very comfortable, with a pillow under my head; my hygienist was super friendly and was so gentle I never had any discomfort. Dr. Nichols was very nice. The office is clean and very up-to-date. I have an appointment in July!

The dental hygienists are very paticient with you and are great at relaxing you prior to seeing the Dentist. And both Dentists are great, to which I can say. Fantastic experience: Very nice office. Clean and neat. Even a Bible in the waiting area which was good size and plenty of room for separation between people. Staff was exceptional as well as getting my questions answered from the person I asked. Exam was flawless and even got a fluoride treatment. Walked out with the whitest teeth ever. For real I was shocked. I booked my next appointment! So I ended up needing a crown. I already have 3. This one was the best ever procedure wise and less pain. Even have had a cleaning since and impeccable service all around. I too and so grateful I changed to this practice!!

Positive experience: I always am treated well at Hinton & Hinton. Today my hygienist took extra care while flossing before cleaning. My molars are particularly tight and difficult to floss, but she kept control while applying the needed pressure to get it between my teeth and never allowed the floss to cut into my gums. The cleaning was thorough and about the most comfortable I've had in years.
