Fantastic experience: First visit with my one year old son, very young I know but getting him acclimated to the dentist sooner rather than later is hopefully going to save us from having a lot of anxiety in the future! Dr. Anwer and staff are SO kind! They all made me feel more at ease and helped my son feel as comfortable as possible. Dr. Anwer is very knowledgeable and provided me with some helpful information to help me with my son’s dental health. Office was extremely clean and had the cutest playroom for younger kids. We’ll be back for our 6 month appointment!

Fantastic experience: LOVE this dentist!! I take all three of my kids here my two older ones are autistic and both on COMPLETELY different sides of the spectrum and they learned what was best action for each. The care that they show is definitely seen and felt here. 10/10 for sure!! Still 10/10 love her so much and her hygiene specialist are just as awesome.

Negative experience: I had called to try to get my son’s dentist appointment rescheduled from him getting sick over the weekend, they wouldn’t reschedule it. (Discussed this with the receptionist named Amanda) Since he is a new patient they refused to work with me and stated he is no longer allowed there. First time ever on making the appointment MONTHS in advance! Also I cannot control when my child gets sick, the fact of banning him from there over this is disguising. Shame on you all for doing this to a family and shame on you for not working with families on appointments and no understanding when a child is sick.

Fantastic experience: BEST pediatric dentist we have ever been to. I have 3 kids ages 15, 11, and 5. My youngest is special needs so going to the dentist is a challenge but this office is amazing!! I cannot express how appreciative I am of this the dentist and the staff. They are so kind and patient from the dentist, to the hygienists, and techs. Even the office staff is amazing. I could not recommend this office enough for kids especially if you have any special needs kids.

Fantastic experience: Took my 10 year old there. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. Hygienist was so appropriate. She took her time, explained each step and instrument to my daughter as well as the procedure. I was well pleased. This place deserves all its 5 star reviews!

She tries to run, she screams and cries, but every single person that worked with us was so patient and kind. They did not make her feel like a chore or a burden like a couple of prior offices we had tried. Fantastic experience: My son is autistic and I was nervous going in. The experience was great tho! They were able to get him to cooperate. It was like magic when she was brushing his teeth and looking in his mouth for cavities! We battle with him at home and she was able to do it so easily. Will definitely be taking him back.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Anwer at Pediatric Dentistry of Elizabethtown is wonderful with children and her way of speaking with our daughter makes her feel at ease. All of the dental assistants that we have interacted with over the years have also been awesome in caring for our daughter (now 8 years old). She is seen at their office every six months for a dental cleaning and check up, and I feel that she has received excellent care. I highly recommend Dr. Anwer and her team!

Fantastic experience: My 5yr had a very bad! first filling experience in another practice. This practice Pediatric Dentistry is an absolutely AMAZING!!!!! Dentist fill with all very wonderful women that have such a welcoming greeting to everyone, as if they have k own you for years. My child went from having a very tramtic visit to a very amazing and relaxing visit with these ladies. I will have nothing ever bad to say about any of the ladies. I will always recommend this office to all parents or guardians with small children that may have a fobia of the Dentist. Stay AMAZING ladies until next visit.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dentist to take your kids. My boys 8 and 6 absolutely love this place. My kids use to be afraid of going to the dentist and now they look forward going. The staff is wonderful and caring.

Fantastic experience: Today, I felt as though we were being rushed out. We did get called back on time as usual however they did the cleaning first instead of the X-rays. Then the dentist came in and took a look at her teeth. All done within 15 minutes. Afterwards we had the X-rays and then we had to wait in the back waiting area until the dentist looked at the X-rays. During this time they had already placed someone in the seat that my granddaughter was in. Our appointment time was 9 we were done by 9:22. Yes, a fast process but I didn’t feel cared about‍♀️. I felt like my granddaughter was just another patient . After the Dentist seen the rating that was given initially which was a 2, She called me the next morning and apologized for me feeling the way I did. ❤️❤️❤️. Just that little gesture lets me know that my granddaughter has the Best Dentist in the World because it was not about the care that was given, they always do an amazing job. It was just about how I felt we were rushed and let’s just say an Apology goes a long way.. Thank you ladies ❤️❤️❤️.

Fantastic experience: They are so amazing with my son who is super anxious at the dentist in general because of another dentist office. They are all so patient and understanding with him. They talk him through everything, sit and wait for him to be ready for them, even the dentist is sooo understanding and caring with him. So grateful we found this place!

Fantastic experience: My children (7 and 11 yrs old) have always had significant anxiety over going to the dentist. The 2 hygienists that saw my children today were the most patient, kind and comforting hygienists I’ve ever encountered in a dental office. My 7 yr old has ODD and ADHD so she can be a bit difficult to persuade if she doesn’t feel she’s in a super positive situation. I totally expected this visit to not go smoothly but the hygienist was so sweet and so encouraging with my 7 yr old daughter.. she instantly took to her, felt safe and comfortable. It meant the world to me that she showed such patience and made the experience so positive and fun for my girl. The dentist was just as amazing and kind, it was a pleasure to meet these ladies. I’m so glad to have found this pediatric dental office. They are wonderful! And we had no cavities!! 1000 stars!!!

They are very patient and take the time to explain to my children and I what they are doing step by step so that they aren’t scared. My youngest has needed more attention for his teeth so we have visited quite a bit and it’s the only doctors office that he isn’t afraid of going to. The staff is very welcoming with a smile on their face and so very helpful. I want to say I am very pleased and have nothing bad to say about them. I also want to tell them thank you for being so kind to my children. I totally recommend this place over and over again.

They truly know how to work with children and made my kids feel comfortable and at ease. The dental hygienists were patient, gentle, and explained everything in a fun, age-appropriate way. The dentist was amazing! Very kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. My children actually look forward to coming to the dentist now, which says it all! Highly recommend to any parent looking for a caring and professional pediatric dental team.

Fantastic experience: By far the best pediatric dentist I have ever taken my children to. They were so great with my children. Especially Ella. She kept a smile on her face 24/7 and was very professional and informative.

Negative experience: My son came here in 2023 for tooth grinding, she said to bring him back if they ever started to hurt and she would pull the hurting tooth. I called last Tuesday explaining this and that he had a tooth hurting and grinded into the nerves. They gave him an appointment for 6days later on Monday, while over the weekend his face swelled up from infection and had to have a series of steroid and antibiotic shots. On Monday I called to let them know what had happened over the weekend and to make sure if I drove an hour to his appointment that they would indeed pull the tooth, but I was told they do not do same day extractions. I had to take him to a general dentist that wasn't his normal dentist and they said it HAD to be removed immediately because it was still infected. This led to him not being able to get numb and having a painful extraction even with gas. Its awful this pediatric dentist couldn't get him in sooner to save him this pain and horrible extraction, on the other hand, the place i took him to was amazing.

Fantastic experience: I love the staff they are incredibly nice to my daughter she’s 3. She is typically shy and they go out of their way to make sure she’s ok and comfortable with the experience. They explain everything show her the tools they will use and tells her to touch it with her finger so she knows what to expect Glory Dee was really nice. I’ve been to several dentistry’s and this one is the best for kids .

Fantastic experience: Love this place! I took my 1 and 4 year old here and they were so thoughtful! They had a little toy area in the waiting room for kids. The bathroom had a tiny potty for the children as well which is so beneficial for those kids to small for the big potties! The staff was very sweet to myself and my daughters. They did everything they could to keep them happy while at our visit. They did x-rays with my 4 year old which was quite challenging but they were very patient! I 100% recommended bringing your children here.

Fantastic experience: I can't sing their praises enough. Dr. Anwer and her staff are amazing. The kindest I've ever come across. I have special needs children and the staff are able to work so well with them, have never ending patience, and love for the kiddos. Dr. Anwer goes above and beyond with each of my kids, takes her time to make them comfortable, always remembers me and makes us all feel more important than just another patient coming through her practice. We LOVE this office and they deserve more than 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: This pediatric dentistry is the BEST place in Etown to take your kids! The wait is very short and they have a toy room for your kids to play in while you wait. The staff are all very nice as well. The dr and ASST are both very sweet and very very patient with my toddler. They don’t rush her to cooperate with them and they explain every step to her the best way they can. They allow her to be in control and I love that. They let you pick their favorite show to watch on tv so they can be comfortable and to top things off. They give them brand new brushes and lets them have stickers/toys at the end. This place is amazing and it deserves 10 stars honestly! ALSO, they scheduled my two girls for the same day! A lot of people will NOT do that. I love that they did this!

Fantastic experience: It was an amazing fist visit! The staff was kind and willing to work with my 18 month old. They had a tv and my child was able to watch her favorite show, as well as able hold a comfort stuffed animal. Also over all the cleaning was quick and efficient.

As an adult with severe dental anxiety, I wanted to make sure my daughter never felt anxious or afraid to go to the dentist. Dr. Anwer and the rest of the staff do an amazing job of creating a warm and inviting environment for the kids to always feel safe.

The staff is very welcoming and supportive of your child having a good experience at the dentist. The atmosphere is very appropriate for children. The hygienist and dentist take their time with your child and offer tips/suggestions on dental care at home. We absolutely will be returning for all dental needs!

Fantastic experience: My son is 13 years old he battles with autism, We have had other dentists in the past but by far this is the best dentist we have ever went to. Gloria is amazing she has a way of calming him down like I've never seen before. Yes believe me he still goes crazy but she is amazing the way she deals with him. We have major issues with him brushing before we started coming here ,He is doing better and they are on top of everything they're doing really awesome..

Positive experience: I rarely leave reviews however, after today’s encounter with my son’s dental hygienist, I wanted to voice my family’s concern. My son (4yrs) had an appointment today at 3:30 and they were pretty backed up so we didn’t mind the wait at all considering how much we and our son loves Dr. Anwer. Because they were so busy, they placed our son in a private room which he’s never seen before. He was a bit confused as this isn’t the norm for his appointments and the hygienist we were assigned to was not the same individual he’s always had since we started coming to the office. I don’t know about you, but when I was a child, I was very leery of the dentist myself. However, I never once had anyone make me feel bad for being afraid or make my parents feel as though something was wrong with their child. The hygienist began making very rude comments about our sons demeanor asking if he had any mental health issues. Meaning if he was on the spectrum. She was visibly frustrated that he would not immediately lay all the way back in the chair for her. This is nothing new for our son, they have even made notes about this in his chart that he has a bit of an anxiety when it comes to visiting the dentist. This is something we work on actively at home. The more she pressed him about it, the more afraid he would become. As parents, we take our child’s boundaries very seriously and if we see that he is not comfortable we do our best to help make the process easier or regroup entirely. So, I offered to sit him in my lap so she could brush his teeth. After that, she again tries having him lay all the way back down in the chair but this time she begin raising it up and down. Guess what? He did not like that. She knew that at this point he was overwhelmed yet she persisted and continued messing with the chair, then got out the water + air suction tool in attempt to show him how they work. Correct me if I’m wrong, but if it were me, and I could visibly tell that this child was afraid of me, I wouldn’t continue pressuring him to the point where he wants to leave. We enjoy our visits to this office and so does he. He loves seeing Dr. Anwer and has the absolute best time but after today, I’m afraid that he’ll remember this experience and never want to go back. We repeatedly told her that he’s just afraid however she felt as though he had developmental issues. By the grace of God, Dr. Anwer finally came in and brought a different assistant with her that he just loved. When she arrived, the hygienist proceeded to tell her how “this is the furthest I’ve got with him because he’s just not cooperating”. I let Dr. Anwer know that she didn’t make this a pleasant experience for him. Dr. Anwer literally turned the entire energy around in that room, made him feel so confident and proud of his teeth and her assistant was so very kind to him as well. Like I said, I rarely leave any reviews but we want it to be known that this did occur and it did upset us tremendously. Thank you Dr. Anwer for making all three of us feel comfortable and letting us know that him still being afraid is normal.

Fantastic experience: She has been my kids dentist for the past 3 years. We love her. She is the best dentist for kids in this area. My son had to have a procedure done to remove a few teeth. Her and her team helped calmed his nerves and stopped when he couldn't take anymore. As a parent I appreciate that so much. Other dentist in this town would have kept going but she knew my son couldn't take anymore and stopped the procedure. She got everything but one small root out. We are monitoring that root to make sure when we need to go back in to remove it. We are hoping to get my son use to the dentist more so he won't be as nervous about the procedure. I always recommend her whenever I hear someone looking for a dentist for their child. She won me over. She is also very very nice to talk to as well. She is a sweetheart. You won't go wrong coming here with your kids. We love her and her team.
