Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend this dentist office enough. Vicky the receptionist is amazing and always stays in touch regarding appointments, even when I forget to confirm my appointments. The hygienists are great and don’t cause me ANY pain so I never stress on my cleanings. Elena literally is the gentlest when doing my cleanings and does an outstanding job everytime. I can’t say enough good about Dr. Naser 5+ fillings, 4 wisdom teeth (all impacted and difficult) multiple cleanings later, I can’t recommend this dental office enough. Traci the billing manager even followed up after my wisdom teeth removal and answered every single question I had throughout the healing/recovery process. Give them a call, you won’t regret it. Fantastic experience: I love this office. The front desk are polite and professional. Doctor Ayman has a great bedside manner and is very thorough in explaining everything. The billing manager Tracy is transparent and honest which keeps me stress free regarding payments/copays and things to do with my insurance. They recently hired a new hygienist since the waitlist for a cleaning is a bit long. I have had my teeth cleaned by both hygienist and they are both great, no pain! The only downside is there is a long waitlist to get in for cleanings but have them put you on the waitlist! They have openings often so you don’t have to wait as long. As someone who fears dental work, this office makes it a lot easier on me. Check them out, trust me. Update; had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed, my jaw bone was very strong but they were able to remove all 4 in one sitting. The only downside is my jaw clicks now but it is painless, I can only hope it stays that way. Update 2 years later; my jaw no longer clicks often following Dr. Naser tips to remedying it. Give this dental office a shot. Trust me

Fantastic experience: i changed 2 my previous dental docters, one in chula vista and other one in escondido due to bad treatment and problems i got for root canal and crown, finally i was introduced to dr nasser ayam, he did all my front tooth and lower infected one. his work is excellent, location and offices perfect, and his team and his work marvelous. i certainly recommended him and thanks him from bottom of my heart. thanks again doctor.

Positive experience: I’ve been a patient at Shore Dental for a few years and usually come in every six months but this time went out a year. I missed putting it in my calendar. I was told I had missed multiple reminder messages (none of which I received) until today (the day before) my appointment and when I couldn’t make the appointment, I was informed I’d have to wait 7 months for the next available cleaning. I completely take ownership for not having my appointment on my calendar, but a 7-month wait for an established patient feels unreasonable. Dental health is important, and patients who have been consistent for a few years should not have to wait this long. Shame on you, Shore Dental for loyal patients deserve better scheduling options and communication follow-through. Revised: They contacted me immediately and apologized. The office manager was very nice and put me on a waiting list. Thank you for taking reviews seriously.

I’m so happy to find a good dentist. 2022 This was my second visit. Cleaning and checkup. Vicky and Tracy were positive and helpful. Katrina(Kate) did a great job as a hygienist. Dr Nasser spent time with me. All were helpful, and didn’t make me feel rushed. Very happy with our visit. Would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: The doctor’s secretary, Ms. Vicky, has been consistently unprofessional and disrespectful. She makes comments on matters that are beyond her responsibilities, treats patients holding Director General’s insurance with discourtesy, and only makes claims about insurance-related matters without having the necessary knowledge or experience. In one instance, she failed to obtain insurance approval for certain dental procedures. I therefore sought treatment from another doctor, whose secretary provided the required explanations to the insurance company, and the claim was approved without issue. It would be in the doctor’s best interest to replace Ms. Vicky with a more competent and professional staff member. Otherwise, due to Ms. Vicky’s impolite behavior, patients will most certainly avoid returning to this office for future treatment.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful a clinic where I got an oral surgeon consult referred me here to get a root canal treatment. After months of visiting different dentists, Dr. Naser finally gave me a solution and I was so glad he was able to save my tooth, after 4 months of no one helping and living with my toothache. He's very positive and very experienced. His staff are all amazing - Vicki, Traci and Acacia are all super friendly, efficient and helpful! They provide parking and in the heart of La Jolla Village. I'm so impressed with how this business runs and hope more operated like it.

The Shores Dentist stood out immediately. The front desk team was welcoming and efficient, the hygienist was gentle and thorough, and the dentist took time to explain my options and answer questions without any pressure. The whole visit felt professional and kind from start to finish. I used to travel to TJ for dental care, but after this experience I won’t need to anymore. Fantastic experience: As someone with dental anxiety I can’t say enough great things about Dr. Naser and his team of super skilled technicians. I used to hate going to the dentist and needed so much convincing even for cleanings. Now I go with ease and even look forward to seeing this team. My sister is a dentist and I always send her my X-rays. In the past, other dentists/clinics have tried to recommend work that doesn’t need to be done but not Dr. Naser, he’s honest with his work. Negative experience: I have always gone to Dr. D'ANGELO, HOFFMAN, & OLSEN, they are the best. However they don't take my insurance . I got dental bonding at The Shores dental. It all popped right off today when I went to meet with Dr. OLSEN about my invisalign retainers. I am going to have to have him fix all of the bonding that I had done. I will never go to The Shores again. The shores is like a low end dental establishment. I only went there because they took my insurance. I had to pay for a consult today and now I have to pay to have my teeth/bonding fixed. The bonding job that The Shores Dental did was a botched job. My real dentist literally flossed my teeth and it popped right off. I am in complete shock I guess it's like going to a good plastic surgeon and a botched one. Stay away!

Fantastic experience: I called at 8 am trying to get an appointment for my daughter who was struggling with tooth pain. Dr Ayman managed to schedule us within an hour and saved the day for my daughter. The doctor and the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. The doctor is highly knowledgeable and skilled. Dr. Naser and one of his assistants did a very amazing job in extracting the root very quickly. It was a very painless procedure. He made me feel very relaxed and cleaned out the infected area very efficiently. They were all very kind, knowledgeable and professional to me. Fantastic experience: I was told by another dentist that I had to get dental crowns. I came to Dr. Naser to get a second opinion and fortunately, he told me that there was no need for such an invasive procedure and he could just do a few fillings instead. I am so grateful because I am in my 30s and crowns would have meant shaving perfectly good teeth down. I know that all dentists make money off of crowns and so Dr. Naser the opportunity to make a few thousand dollars off of me but gained me as a lifelong patient instead!

Prior to my appointment, the office manager dedicated time to send me a video ensuring a smooth parking experience, and followed up with a call post-appointment to make sure all went well!
