Fantastic experience: I had Xóchitl as my hygienist today, and it was genuinely one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had in my life. She was very thorough, but also very gentle and aware of my comfort levels as her patient. She also started my cleaning with an oral cancer screening, which I really appreciated! 10/10 today! The entire staff is always friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Although his office was closed due to COVID 19, Dr Day willingly agreed to see me due to a toothache. Turns out I have a tooth abscess, which requires a root canal. He quickly arranged for me to have the procedure the following day. Dr. Day’s office was immaculate, and he and the limited staff on hand made sure to take all the hygienic precautions to make sure that I felt safe. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Day for 25 years and today’s office visit only served to reinforce my family’s loyalty to him.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Day is absolutely incredible with patients. My son Ryan, has been going to him for a few years now and refuses to go anywhere else. I'm getting ready to change my dentist to him as well. He's the fastest game in town and extremely thorough. His staff is beyond perfect. They know exactly what Ryan needs and they're always careful to let me know of what procedure was done and when his next visit is. Ryan has autism so they're extremely mindful of that and they make sure I'm informed. I'm absolutely crazy about that staff! Thank you, Dr. Day! You are the best and so is your staff!!

As with most people, going to the dentist doesn't crack my Top 10 of favorite things to do, so after trying two other offices after I moved out of the area in 2017 that were below average I made the trek back to Del Lago Dental Group in RSM yesterday. I started seeing Dr D back in the 1990's and I have had extensive work completed by Dr. Day. Dr. Day and his staff have always been extremely friendly and professional. The cleaning I had yesterday was completely painless and I had to fight to stay awake because I was so relaxed. Megan did a wonderful job with my cleaning and xrays. Dr. D's warm personality and thorough explanation of the procedures make the experience as easy as could be. Dr. D and his staff made each of my visits enjoyable and worry free. I would highly recommend Del Lago Dental! They are the best of the best!

He explains things very well, doesn't push unnecessary procedures, and even though he's proactive in treatment, he's not aggressive in treatment when it isn't necessary which I really appreciate since I've had terrible experiences with dentists in the past pushing procedures before they're necessary. Will be heartbroken if he ever retires!!!

State of art facility with COVID-19 capable filtration for the safety and protection of patients. 21 July 21: Just back from schedule cleaning. Technician examination was thorough, made me comfortable and did a superb tooth cleaning. Sch a pleasurable experience in a safe clean environment (clean room quality air filtration). Strongly Recommended for families seeking professional quality dentistry. 15 March 2022 Arrived at 10:00AM for appt. Warmly greeted by the receptionist and immediately taken to a room for treatment. Again the staff are exceptionally professional and courteous in ensuring the patient is comfortable. The dental technician conducted placement of an Invisalign tray on my upper & lower teeth. She checked tray alignment and asked if the trays were comfortable. The appt was conducted on time, assured that the teeth & tray forms were aligned as prescribed. Dr. Day then ensure tray placement / fit and assesses changes in patients bite. This dentist office is: “Simply the BEST”!!! Ed & Deb Quintero

I’m a cash patient now, but came back for a second opinion since Dr. Day’s is the only one I trust, and he saved me hundreds of dollars. Positive experience: Staff is great. Hygienist is friendly and thorough. Only complaint is this is the 2nd appointment where the dentist hasn't been in yet (1st morning appointment) to do the exam. So that is a little frustrating and inconvenient.

Fantastic experience: Wow. Just wow! In my life, I’ve never seen or experienced a dental office like this. EVERYTHING a was nothing short of perfect! Beyond beautiful, state of the art, and professionalism and happiness abound! Having veneers because I saw Dr Days’s work first hand. They were gloriously perfect yet natural looking. Sarah, his long time British assistant, was by my side for two hours. Very attentive... I don’t think she ever left my side. I could go on! I’m very happy I found them!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr. Day and his staff. I needed a root canal Stat (had a crack from a peppercorn that was ready to shift into a full blown septic infection) and they made sure I was comfortable throughout the process - including a soft fuzzy blanket. Dr. Day gave me hope that we can correct my bite with Invisalign. If I am able to move to the area in the future as I hope to do, I will absolutely be calling to invest in my self-confidence! I did NOT like the hygienist who did my cleaning after my crown was placed. She scraped my teeth too harshly and only did a selective polish. I had sensitivity for over a week afterwards. I wish I had spoken up and advocated for her to be more gentle or to switch out with someone else. That's a half star deduction because I didn't say anything until after it was all done.
