Fantastic experience: I have been going to Waterview Dental for years and have been a very happy with their cleanings but for the first time I needed a root canal and crown after cracking a tooth in half. I anticipated pain and discomfort after hearing people’s stories of having similar procedures done at other places. My experience was nothing like theirs. Dr. Michael Sortito was comforting, gentle, knowledgeable and maintained a smile at every appointment. He was very attentive to my needs and made sure that I didn’t feel any discomfort. In addition, he did such a great job matching and fitting my crown to my other teeth. I have trouble figuring out which one is the crown. For a positive dental experience, I highly recommend Waterview Dental!

I really appreciate how she takes the time to explain what I can do at home to keep improving my dental care. Plus, she always sends me off with a goodie bag, which is such a nice touch! The Smile Savings program is excellent for people without dental insurance and is offered at a great price. Highly recommend this office and especially Cheryl!

Fantastic experience: I had the opportunity to be a patient @Waterview dental & it is the best dentist to go to & they use thee best materials to make bridges .I missed a cpl app.& They wont let me back so i ended up getting 6cheap bridge ,due to a tooth breaking ,& its hidieous!!& Not make with acrylic,some cheap pick stuff that i hear crackling .i still have my w.v bridge ,im writting them a letter & begging them to have me back to help me and fix their bridge so i can have a high quality 1 instead of a pc of _ one !! Scheduling is never an issue. Even if you have to reschedule last minute, they will do their best to accommodate.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional! I found Waterview Dental Group while searching for a new dental provider two years ago. Their equipment is state-of-the-art, the doctors take the time to listen to your concerns and alleviate anything that might make you feel uncomfortable. They are extremely knowledgeable and provide treatment options that fit your needs. The hygienist always does a thorough cleaning and takes the time to address any issues you may have. The front office staff are always friendly and do a great job providing insurance quotes and payment options. I feel valued as a patient with Waterview and will continue to drive the hour to my appointments.

Reception made me feel at ease the moment I walked in, the dentist was super kind and helpful, and the hygienists were awesome. I was only in for a preliminary exam, and since they had a cancelation I was able to get both X-rays and my cleaning all today instead of coming back. I would highly recommend this place!

Negative experience: I had an appointment for a Root Canal and a Crown but never was called with a price until I went for my appointment. Stunned by the price including Insurance coverage, I declined to proceed. Disappointed for the Dentist and myself. Recommend a quote be given prior to an expensive procedure. Excellent doctors for fillings, pricewise and otherwise.

Negative experience: Lol, I just got my passive aggressive discharge letter. I’ve been avoiding making a review but their practice is unacceptable. While the front staff is nice, Janette and Michael are not friendly. When you drill into someone’s tooth after they clearly stated multiple times they struggle with anxiety, especially with dental, and you FEEL the procedure and when it’s mentioned you just get “oops let’s just give a bit more,” it’s not too good of practice. My first visit they just started touching me without even introducing themselves. Honestly yeah, I canceled last minute and no showed appointments, this was due to the PTSD your dentist gave me. I genuinely do not care if that caused a “financial” problem as the letter says. My therapy will for me. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff at Waterview Dental Group are courteous, helpful, and are always concerned about my experience, and are attentive to any discomfort of may feel during a procedure.I’m grateful that they answer all my questions (no matter how silly they may seem) with professionalism and a sense of humor.
