Positive experience: Was pleased to find that I had no need to worry over an exposed piece of metal from a bridge. Dr. Carol and the tech took time to answer all of my questions and concerns.

Fantastic experience: I don’t have words to describe how nice my experience was. I’m obnoxiously nervous when I go to the dentist, but I’ll never go anywhere else. The front desk ladies were so nice and made me feel at ease as soon as I set foot inside. I told the nice woman who did my cleaning how nervous I was and she was absolutely top tier. We chatted the whole time and she constantly asked me if I was in pain or uncomfortable (I wasn’t at all). The doctor came in and was just as pleasant and gave me compliments I wasn’t expecting. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at a dentist. 100/10

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed by the professional and caring dentistry provided here! Within two hours I had a yucky purple tooth replaced by a clean white crown start to finish. And no residual pain. Awesome!!!!!

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful practice this is! I needed a dentist for my Dad, who suffers from Alzheimer's, after he fell and knocked out a tooth. Things like this are very difficult for us, as is no longer able to understand what is happening or follow instructions. Dr. Massa and the team were INCREDIBLE. So kind, patient and compassionate every step of the way. They were able to help my Dad and do it in the best way for his and my comfort. What a blessing to find such wonderful people to help in such stressful circumstances.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown to come off and Dr. Montee made time for me on Saturday. She replaced the crown and set up for me to come back to see my options to permanently fix the tooth. Dr. Massa discussed with me my options and said he thought my best option would be to replace with a bridge similar to one that I already have. All in all both dentists were very helpful, nice and respectful of my needs.

And, of course, I can't leave without speaking to Pam., Brittany cleans my teeth efficiently and is gentle and gracious. She is always friendly and engaging. Dr. Strait was new to me. He was calm and friendly. He shared his concerns and did not push for a treatment - - that is, he treated me the way he wants to be treated. That is my kind of doctor! Aliya checked my aligners and gave me the next set. I am so grateful for a crew with personality, folks who are real and not stone-faced or mechanical. I am convinced that they are truly happy to see me. And I love seeing them! --- Diane never fails to greet me with a smile and engaging conversation! Brittany was right on time and ready to go. She remembers me and asks questions about things I shared during my previous visit. She and Aliya collaborated as a friendly team on a specific issue with one tooth. I love my cleaning appointments!

Fantastic experience: I recently saw Dr. Montee and her team because of tooth pain that developed. They were able to assess the situation, that my tooth had cracked due to an old amalgam filling. She was able to let me know what procedures might be necessary and luckily we were able to get it fixed with the least invasive procedure. She was able to calm my fears of the procedure and skillfully proceeded. The procedure was relatively painless and my tooth feels significantly better. This was the best dental experience I’ve ever had!

I have used them seems like forever except for a couple of years when my wife talked me into going to another dentist that was closer and easier to get to but I was not satisfied with them and scheduled an appointment with Spring Hill Dental Center and am I glad I did. They are so much more friendly and just make you feel like you are somebody instead of just a number.

From the moment I stepped in for my first cleaning after moving to Tennessee, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The entire team went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and valued as a patient. The cleaning itself was exceptional, and the hygienist took great care to ensure I was relaxed and informed every step of the way. After my cleaning, a few months later, I inquired about cosmetic bonding, something I’d considered for a while. At other offices, I’d been told that veneers were my only option and was quoted for extensive work across multiple teeth. But Spring Hill Dental Center took a completely different, refreshingly honest approach. They carefully evaluated my teeth and suggested that I only needed a minor adjustment on one tooth, rather than an entire set of veneers, because my teeth were already close to the look I wanted. Their focus wasn’t on upselling or unnecessary procedures but truly on what was best and most natural for me. This level of integrity and care is so rare, and I am beyond grateful to have found them. Spring Hill Dental Center treats you like family and genuinely wants the best outcome for each patient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, caring, and skilled dentist. The hygienists are gentle and thorough, and Dr. Montee is highly skilled and does not upsell treatments that aren't needed. I won't let anyone else work on my family. From Pam at the front desk to my hygienist Jean, everyone is wonderful to work with.

Positive experience: I was very disappointed in the price of my visit. I was told on the phone before I booked the appointment that the cost of a teeth cleaning including xrays (I did not need) was going to be 325.00. I was charged 437.00 for the appointment... but I was kindly offered the opportunity to sign up for a Care Plan that could possibly save me 25.00. There was considerable pressure to upsell me on treatments I did not need - including a replacement of a crown that was 5-6 years old. The dentist explained it was old porcelain. The crown replaced a very old silver filling from my childhood. I have had no issues with the crown. I paid the inflated price and did not schedule another appointment for six months out.
