Fantastic experience: After a bad experience at a different aspen location, I transferred to aspen dental in Spring Hill per my mom’s suggestion. Despite an almost 2 hour drive, I must say it was well worth it! The staff were all attentive, patient, thorough, and friendly! They answered all my questions and kindly addressed every concern. They helped ease my mind by taking new impressions for a whole new set of dentures and a partial bottom. I look forward to having this team of amazing staff take care of all my dental needs!

Fantastic experience: My tech who took my xrays was extremely thorough and efficient. Got a full set of X-rays and it didn’t hurt at all! Have been gagging and struggling at other dentists previously. The hygienist, Faith, was exceptionally good. She answered all my questions and my teeth looked great after the cleaning. Dr. Edwards was very relaxed and reassuring. Highly recommend this location.

Negative experience: Office staff is very nice but getting work done is expensive and not worth the hassle. Cancelled my first attempt because the oral surgeon was sick and called back 2 days before my rescheduled date to tell me they needed even more money. Call around local and don't waste your time here.

Fantastic experience: From the moment I walked, it was different than any other dentist office. Tamara is genuinely a nice person and takes her time with everyone. Gigi is just the sweetest person you will get to meet. Dr. Edwards tells it straight and just wants the best for you. Faith does the right thing. She will spend time she doesn’t need to or have to make sure you walk out feeling better than you did walking in. I’m actually looking forward to my next appointment.

I had multiple interactions with many of their staff and I left today even telling them I have never experienced a better group of people in any sector or industry. From reception to the hygienist to the dentist, on and on. Literally every level of the location was beautiful and brilliant. I'm happy to return and happy to share my experience. I will not be going anywhere else because of these people. I felt happy and at home and there really isn't more that can be stated. I'm a 40yr old and this has been one of the best experiences I've ever had. No pressure, full transparency, respect allowance and I felt good leave as well. I applaud this place and it's employees. I thank you. This is coming from a person without insurance and only wanted a quick advisement. I wasn't meet with sales this or that, rather a humble response that supported my thinking and advised me in agreement. There is no better. These people here should be the ideal role model as to how business should be done. You know when you find a place like this and nothing compares. This is that place.

Fantastic experience: Just wow. I wish I could give them more stars. My entire life I’ve hated dentist’s, I’m already anxious because I’m there and then I usually feel rushed or looked down on because I did neglect my dental health for so long, it’s not the nicest set of chompers there ever was. But today at the Spring Hill location everything I’ve ever known about dentist offices was thrown out the window. I have never had a more pleasant visit than I did today. These ladies made me feel so welcome and answered every question I had with a smile and pure kindness. Yall my insurance don’t cover me there but they were running a free promotion. They KNEW I was only there for the free thing and they KNEW my insurance wouldn’t allow me to make them my primary dentist. And they STILL treated me with nothing but kindness, respect and open arms. 10/10 highly recommend. The first face I saw was Lindsey. She was kind and we joked about the toothbrush tree and she let me pick one off the tree. The next face I met was Monica. She was so sweet! Also, apologetic for the weird ways we needed to sit the xray thing (it was NOT comfortable at times) and she was literally running after taking the image back to my room to get that thing out of my mouth asap. Like girl thank you for that fr lmao. The next two people I met are always the ones I’m most afraid of , the hygienist and the Dr. But nope, not this time. Dr Edward’s was warm and nice. She was to the point but in a kind and caring way not an angry or pushy way. Faith was very informative. She answered a lot of questions for me and shared so much helpful information with me. And never once did she try to shut me down or make me feel like I was pestering her. My final meeting was with Tamara. She was able to get me copies of all my X-rays and what I needed done. She also got me some information I was looking for about one of their services. Just all the way around this was such a wonderful experience for me. (Which is wildly opposite of all my previous experience with dentistry) I WISH I could make these ladies my primary dental office. If you can you better hurry your butt on over there. This was an exceptional group of women and I’m so glad I was able to have the experience I did today and 100% thanks to THEM!! You ladies are the bomb.com!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. All good! The staff was great; friendly, welcoming, professional and “buttoned up”! The nice lady at the reception desk pulled my res up immediately and made me feel welcome and comfortable. The Techs/Dental Assistants, Olga and Gigi, were sharp, friendly, professional, and moved around efficiently as they took X-rays and guided me from one room to another. Very nice! Dr. Edward’s was great; relaxed, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and patient as she examined my X-rays, explained the details to me and discussed the path forward! Excellent! Then Zinn, the financial manager, went over “money matters” and took my payment as we shared a very nice brief conversation about travel experiences. All around, excellent! As Arnold Schwarzenegger says, “l’ll Be Back!”

Negative experience: They must have fired everyone and got a hole new staff by the reviews . They did this mess teeth don’t match the crown they put in fell out and they treated my gums and told me they be ok for a few years and nope . They tried to sue me saying I owe them money and I had proof they charged me twice and they owe me money and haven’t received it yet this been over 18 months ago . I’d advise watch every dime and don’t add no more to the bill cause that’s were they get ya you pay one bill then they add more on and you ot that bill then you see it’s billed in both bills . Double dipping . I can’t stand apart dental never will I ever go or recommend them to any one .

They treated my mom with such care and were able to take care of her dental needs at the last minute. The staff was professional, personable, and made her feel comfortable—which was especially important since this was her very first time seeing a dentist. They’re also affordable and offer great in-house plans if you’re short on cash. Our first visit was only $29, which you really can’t beat, and they’re even open on Saturdays! Overall, it was a great experience, and I feel confident trusting them with my family’s dental care moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic staff and they are very efficient. I went in for a cleaning recently and dentist offices make me very uncomfortable. They have for my entire life but I felt very comfortable and welcome here. They did a fantastic job and were very knowledgeable and attentive.

Negative experience: New to the area. They failed to communicate or ask what we needed. Insurance pays annually for bite wing Xray’s but the additional Xray’s they completed are every three years. Had they asked if we need the additional Xray’s or that those would have been additional charges we would have said no! In addition, the cleaning was sub-par compared to other Dental offices! Deceptive, manipulative, and unprofessional!

Negative experience: I contacted Aspen Friday regarding a loose tooth causing me severe pain. They scheduled a visit for Saturday morning at 8am. I completed the registration and provided my two insurance cards. They then took 20 or so xrays then had the hygenist measure the pockets around my teeth. The dentist came in, looked at the xrays and stated the loose tooth needs to come out. I said great. They then had the receptionist attempt to schedule the extraction “early next week”. My reason for coming to Aspen in the first place was because when I explained on Friday the pain I had, the lady stated they would take care of it on the Saturday visit. The actual dentist never once looked at my mouth or the loose tooth, just a glance at the xray and she left the room. So I get to spend my weekend in pain waiting for my normal dentist to open on Monday. This place was a complete waste of time on my part.

Fantastic experience: The office support persons were friendly. I would like to give Five Stars to Keenan for his efforts on making sure that my dentures felt as good as possible. I have not been abler to eat with out pain on gums. I had originally gone to other dentist for this and was totally unhappy with results. Thanks again

Tamara the Operations Manager is such a sweetheart. Everything has been going very smoothly since I began going to Aspen Dental. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. 5/5!

Fantastic experience: We’re getting on at 11am flight and they got my son in on an emergency dental visit at 8am. Everyone was extremely nice and professional. Knowing our situation they got him right in and got to work. 30 min later we were on our way with a very reasonable bill. Negative experience: Got reminders about my upcoming appointment all weekend and the day of I got a called to reschedule. I had 4 wisdom tooth that needed to come out asap. I couldn’t sleep and in tears. So I found another dentist. Now aspen is taking forever to do my refund when no service was rendered

Fantastic experience: The Aspen Dental office in Spring Hill was very efficient, professional, and cordial. X-rays by Juan were quickly completed without difficulty. Cleaning and assessment was performed by Faith carefully and quickly. She asked whether I was experiencing discomfort and did not hurt me at all. She explained the information about my dental health and gave me corrective recommendations about my cleaning practices. Dr. Edwards was patient and careful. Highly recommended.

I’m so grateful to have found them as they diagnosed periodontal disease that had been overlooked by several other dentists in the past. Negative experience: Politely told the hygienist that I was declining the X-ray and just wanted to proceed with a cleaning for my visit. Her and the other hygienist gave each other a dirty look as if I wasn’t standing right there. Very rude and unprofessional. They had to get the manager who told me the X-rays were required as a part of my exam. Very poor quality care to not let patients decline services they do not want. Care should be individualized and at no point did anyone ask me what my concerns were, why I wanted to decline, or when my last dental X-rays were. There is no reason they can’t clean my teeth and note in my chart I declined the X-rays or have me sign a form stating I chose not to do them. But allowing patients to decline them won’t get them the payout from insurance. Will be happy to take my money elsewhere to an office that offers individualized care and treats me as a partner in my health.

The whole team made sure I was completely taken care of, from Chenney the amazing front desk checking me in to a timely manner, to the whole dental assistant team being right by my side, Juan, Germeen, and Amanda made sure I didn’t have any questions left unanswered and made me feel so completely comfortable. The amazing Dr. Edward’s helped me so much with my pain management and we found a solution to the horrible pain I was experiencing. The office manager Tamera eased my mind when it came to the payments and made sure I could afford everything without stressing about anything. After we figured out everything to do with finances, I was introduced to Lindsey who was so kind to me and helped me schedule all future appointments for the next 6 months!! Overall wonderful experience and above exceptional staff !!! Would definitely recommend and I myself will be back !!

Fantastic experience: I was a walk in with a broken tooth. They all were super nice and very helpful. Each employee had a great sense of humor and made me feel comfortable. The team worked well together and even did a little teaching for a newbie. The repair looks great and feels wonderful.

Fantastic experience: I’m 78 and I’ve only had one other dentist that I have liked as well as I like this entire office. I stayed with that dentist from the time she had been a dentist for about two years until she retired so it says something that Aspen Dental met and exceeded my expectations. The office is easy to find, with plenty of parking and is immaculately clean. The staff is welcoming and friendly and efficient. The dentist and dental assistant are thorough and friendly and explain what they’re doing and what you need to do to take the best care of your teeth. This was my first visit and I imagine I will go there until my dying day.

Fantastic experience: From start to finish my process at Aspen Dental was AMAZING. Chenney the front desk person made my short wait feel like no time, he kept me talking and laughing and the time flew by. Then when it was time to go back I was welcomed by Juan the DA and Halle the DA in training. Juan was amazing at explaining everything about the X-rays and my treatment plan. Halle kept me laughing and made me feel like family. Dr. Edwards is nothing short of amazing and a part time comedian. Tamara the consulter also was excellent at explaining my options to me and going over the cost and price breakdown. I will continue to return here to see this amazing dental family! Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental in Spring Hill Tennessee so far has been great. I was running 15 mins late and when I called they were friendly and more than accommodating. I was greeted at the front desk with a smile and a very laid back demeanor. My Xray tech was friendly and helpful and walked me thru the whole process. The hygienist was great too. Filled me in on what I was walking into and didn't rush me. Then Dr Edwards finished off the exam with a great sense of humor and idea on what to expect and the plan. At the end was a finishing consultation where I was printed off and comprehensive breakdown of procedures and cost and ways to pay with some helpful suggestions for dental insurance options if I so inclined.
