Fantastic experience: I was so anxious to go to the dentist but everyone was very nice and welcoming, for the first time in forever I feel that I have no reason to be scared of the dentist anymore. Thank you all!

Fantastic experience: 10/10 experience, I enjoy coming in the staff is all so friendly. They make me feel super comfortable and I never have dental anxiety going in. Out of all the dentist offices in Lansing area this is the one to go to. Maycee is the best hygienist

Positive experience: I was very anxious about a filling after a bad experience and Dr. John made me feel very comfortable and assured me he'd be gentle. It was legitimately the easiest and most painless filling I've ever had! He consistently checked to make sure I was doing OK. I went in anxious and left impressed!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Thomas is a talented dentist. Very skillful and great bedside manners. Fixed my root canal almost effortlessly. If you have the chance to get work done by her, please do not hesitate. You’d be glad at the end. The office staff is pleasant, professional and on top of things. EL Family Dentistry is Highly Recommended.

Negative experience: I wish I had something better to say because the first appointment I went to everyone was incredibly kind and professional and accommodating, unfortunately the second time… I had to schedule with the dentist again after my root canal, but the person in the phone says that the root canal people need to send them stuff and I’m like ok cause the root canal people told me XYNZ but while I was saying that she just fully interrupted me and talked over me and I even said excuse me don’t interrupt me and then she continued on finished what she was saying and I tried to stay calm and said you know I was just trying to explain my situation and why I thought I was supposed to call right now but you didn’t need to be rude and interrupt me and then she starts to like well. I’m sorry if you feel and I just had to hang up. Why so rude? I wasn’t being mean because blaming it to you. I wasn’t saying anything disparaging I was just trying to explain to you. OK well here’s the information I have so let’s put together our information together and figure out what we need to do but no.

Negative experience: If this place is anything like how they treat their delivery drivers, I would stay away. I delivered a large food order 3 full bags of food / over a $300 order to their office Christmas Party, and was left absolutely noting for a tip. Gotta love that compassion and appreciation. Merry Christmas East Lansing family density lol.

Negative experience: The dentist office overall is a good experience but some new person upfront, I think her name is Nicole put you on hold every time you call and Minimum 10 minute wait time. Then when you ask billing questions she has no idea what she is talking about. No clue They need to make a change in regards to this position

Fantastic experience: The staff is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and great at what they do!

Negative experience: My issue is that procedures are often done unnecessarily and the dentist doesn't have a good bedside manner. The staff at the front were professional and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Excellent experience yesterday, as usual. Got in right away, had quick and pleasant cleaning and helpful advice from the dentist after questions about possible cosmetic fixes to front teeth, and then expert handling of insurance issues by office admin staff.

Fantastic experience: This is a wonderful place to go for all your dental needs! Receptionists are friendly and easy to talk with the hygienists make sure you are comfortable. I personally had Dr. Valassis and he listens to your needs, addresses any issues you may have and provides a welcoming safe environment! You are not just a patient of his you are a priority and a friend.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for 10 years. Staff is always professional and friendly. My appointments always run on time. I have never had any issues with cleanings or my dental work. Office area and patient rooms are clean and well organized.

Fantastic experience: As always Carly did an excellent job with clean and polish. Totally pain free. Haven't had to have much work done by dentist's there. Have been going there for a number of years. I find them very trustworthy.

Fantastic experience: Was seen today by Dr. Valassis and found him to be very professional and friendly. I think , as he assumes the practice of Dr. Fedore, this will prove to be very satisfying. While we will all miss Dr. Fedore, I am sincerely convinced that Dr. Valassis will be an excellent replacement.

I thought that I was not getting all the food left under the bridge each day so I called ELD to have them explain how to care for the bridge on a daily basis. They allowed me to come in the very next day to review what I should be doing on a daily basis . They gave me pointers and confidence at no extra charge.
