Fantastic experience: I was in the chair for 3 hours this visit for a root canal and a filling. Every time we stopped for a quick break they always asked how I was doing. When I got hot they stopped and let me remove my jacket. Also when my bladder started screaming they immediately stopped to let me use the bathroom.

I haven’t been to a Dentist in years because I didn’t have no health insurance and I finally got insurance and my son told me to go where he’s at the people that are friendly. They are understanding they explain everything that they do to you and the dentist himself was wonderful and he was nice eye candy.! Lol That helps an old lady! Overall, I love that place

Negative experience: If i could i would give 0 stars. I dont know how many times i have to call before i get a call back but 5 is what i hit before they did. Only to tell me they have to call me back and never did. Took over 3 weeks to finally get an appt which i canceled within 5 mins of getting it. Dont call these ppl if you need an appt anytime soon. They won't help you

I was hopeful and thought I found a new family dentist for my children .. only to never be able to get a hold of the office to schedule appointments and more specifically an emergency appointment , after leaving a voicemail and calling multiple times! Very odd , unprofessional and not reassuring at all as a Mother , regarding my children's care with this practice!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here since July 2025 and I have always been very happy with my treatment here. The front desk personnel is very welcoming and friendly always. It’s a learning environment so if you can’t be patient, I don’t recommend it but regardless, the staff are very professional, and personable. They offer good tips for the health of your teeth. I see Dr. Lawrence and he does a fantastic job.

He ensures my understanding, patiently queries me for any questions, leaves me confident they’ll stick by me throughout the plan.

Fantastic experience: I love love this dentist . Sooo glad found them by doing a Google search. Had 2 vist so far today teeth got clean. Got some in 30 min instead of hour due to teeth being very well taken care of. Morgan was overly nice made me feel extremely comfortable and helped with my dental anxiety esp with the stick tool that scrapes teeth. The dentist Dr j is very nice as well very handsome . And awnsered all questions and gave me tips. Morgan also sent me over script for fluoride toothpaste . Very happy and pleased with the staff. They all nice. The ladies at the front desk always make me feel welcome and at home. Always have laughs with them and very nice and comforting and understanding. Deft will keep continue to come to this dentist as long as I'm in Lansing. Had such a bad experience bay dental dreams very ghetto and unpleasant and unprofessional soo glad to see it's good dentist in city. With excellent customer service I look at reviews and read them when choosing a new place. Soo happy. thank u alll. They awnser the phone and over and above with service.

Negative experience: I had a crown. Immediately I was told to rinse with salt water. Follow up it was a food pocket. I had multiple antibiotics with ongoing issues. I found a new dentist who saw the partial root canal actually split and I lost my tooth. I don’t recommend this dentist. It’s only caused major problems

Fantastic experience: First appointment and everything was great! I was explained to in detail what I needed done, cost and treatment plans. I was also able to get my appointments quick which was a god send coming from a place where all of my appointments were scheduled 2+ months out. I literally called my family and told them to switch today! Front staff was so kind, friendly and helpful. The technician James was very thorough and detailed and the Dr was very nice as well. Looking forward to my journey getting my smile back with this office!

Positive experience: Kind front desk staff, and very easy to work with. I recommend Dr. Ludkin. They previously had a dentist named Dr. Ewing. Stay far far away from him! He was very gentle but all of the fillings he did have needed to be replaced in less than a year because they were done incorrectly and even resulted in a root canal!! I trust Dr. Ludkin to fix them, but it makes me scared and skeptical of why they would have a dentist working at their business who doesn't know how to do his job and ultimately wastes my time, money, and causes extra discomfort.

Negative experience: I have been loyal to Healthy Smiles for years. I had to get a dental clearance form from a dentist before I could have open heart surgery performed. Urgently needed, a time table was given from the doctors to perform the surgery, which I gave to the dentists. I had teeth pulled, cavities filled, and teeth cleaned. It took months and even a few months past my recommended surgery date because of dental issues coming from the dentist office and insurance company mostly. One "cavity" actually still hurts to this day because Dr. Lawrence, who did the cavity, did it horribly, which one of their own hygienists, an employee named Jessica, noticed that there was an issue during a cleaning. Dr Lawrence wasnt even the dentist I wanted and originally began work with, who was Dr. Chinmay. I respected and trusted Dr. Chinmay fully and still want him as my dentist over any other. One day of my appts. didnt work for my preferred dentist so they said Dr. Lawrence would take over for that day but they did not say he was now my primary. Jessica had stated that the cavity he fixed was causing large food items to get stuck between teeth, causing me great pain and discomfort. She recommended I get a scheduled appt. to fix that issue. I scheduled that appt. to get it looked at and fixed. Dr Lawrence was of course the one who seen me. Dr. Lawrence said he seen no issue with it, and dismissed me almost immediately, less than 10 minutes on his chair. But pain and discomfort happen every day still and after almost every meal because of his poor workmanship. After the open heart surgery was performed, I had a cleaning scheduled to go to. The day the appt was scheduled, on my way there, less than 20 minutes before the appt, I got a call saying my hygenist for the day couldn't do it so I had to reschedule. Funny how they demand respect and accommodations for them but dont show the same towards their patients. So decided to look around, and dentists have told me to fix that issue, it would cost more and my insurance would be charged as well. I don't recommend Dr. Lawrence to anyone. As a Doctor, he should be ashamed and embarrassed of himself

Fantastic experience: This should be the new face of modern dentistry. Within a week I had my first appointment and cavities filled. The following three to four weeks I got a crown and came home with my lower partial a week after they took the imaging for it. God bless the staff because they care about their clients.

Fantastic experience: I had missed my scheduled appointment due to illness and had to reschedule. An appointment was not available for a couple of months so I asked to be put on a cancellation list. One week later I got a call that they had a cancellation and could get me in the next day. I was very grateful and very pleased that they are on top of scheduling appointments and keeping the patients needs in the forefront.

Fantastic experience: Healthy Smiles Dental Care has always made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed! The receptionists, dental assistants, hygienists, and dentists are all very friendly and, most importantly, they are exceptional at their jobs. I have had a lot of work done, including crown replacement and multiple fillings. I always feel taken care of and understood by the staff. Would recommend, especially for college students in the area!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Jay is cool and has definitely warmed my attitude towards going to the dentist. I've moved around a lot, so I've had quite a few dentists, and Dr. Jay is for sure my favorite so far! The office staff are pleasant, and my appointments have all started on time. No complaints other than the layout of the actual dentist part of the office, but I swear you will get used to it and it will only be weird for like 15 minutes before you capitulate to the open floor plan.

Fantastic experience: I am unbelievably thankful for this office and the entire staff. As someone who "hates the dentist"... I have a very different outlook, now. My first experience in the chair was with Alejandro. He was incredibly knowledgeable and was very in depth with explaining WHY and not just what needed to happen. Dr. Jay is so personable and considerate! He went above and beyond to make sure my treatment(s) were comfortable for me and that I was well informed on what was going to happen, and how the aftercare would be. He was also very flexible with altering his approach, so I was not in any pain during the treatments. I have TMD, so I was prepared for a horror experience when I learned that I needed an extraction. The day of the extraction, Myia assisted. She kept me calm and made sure that before Dr. Jay even entered the room, that I was prepared and comfortable. Following the extraction, I had torn my stitches within 24 from laughing. This led to a dry socket and the office was very quick to get me onto the schedule. It was the worst pain I had ever felt, and the numbing before treatment had me in tears. Brianna was the assistant that day and she HELD MY HAND! I don't know how much more personable someone could be than that, she really helped me through. I had two appointments for fillings soon after, each had a different assistant. Nicole was SUPER chatty and I loved that about her. I almost forgot I was even sitting in a dental chair. It was a great distraction from noises and movement around me. Top tier multitasking. Kennedy was the assistant for my second filling and he was very attentive to the pain that I still had lingering from the extraction. He was awesome with overlooking my entire plan and confirming with me that things were going as I expected. Overall: I could not be happier with my experience at this office. I feel well cared for and am super confident that I am in a positive direction for dental care.

Negative experience: Awful experience do not go here. Went in expecting them to fill 2 cavities and redo a perfectly fine silver filling I had. They only redid the one filling and cavity but I wish they had never touched either. Hurt for days after and they did so poorly my retainer couldn’t even slightly fit back on properly after. Also felt rushed during the appointment. My jaw has been in a lot of pain ever since. Bits of the filling they did have been falling out in my hand since and it looks like they threw a glob of filling on top of both teeth and called it a day. So much excess filling over the top one is a huge circle in front of a tooth. The fillings overtop is also sharp and has been scratching my tongue. Can’t close my mouth properly or eat anything without feeling pain. Do not get your fillings done here never have I seen a dentist do something like this. Never have I had a tooth entirely just covered in filling after a cavity it’s typically just a small section of the tooth that’s infected. When I called and complained about the pain and how I couldn’t even get my retainer on or bite properly anymore was given excuses and zero accountability. They said it’s hard to tell when it’s numbed. I find that extremely hard to believe judging how much excess is over my teeth and that they changed the structure so much my retainer won’t even fit. The filling has so much excess a tooth they did not touch has filling stuck on it. Do not go here unless you wanna pay more after to get the job done right. Got it fixed somewhere else and will need a whole new retainer now. Also have a small bruise on my jaw never have had that after a filling.

Negative experience: If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a nightmare. Professionally and ethically. I will do my best to keep this short. Wish me luck! Staff at the desk "friendly" all smiles but in terms of handling issues and delivering on positive results. 0 stars Dental Hygienists: I can't speak for all of them but the one I had was so unprofessional it made me wonder how she even got the job! She was dismissive, rude, curt, cold, and dry. No SMILES. She got even better when I ran into wrist cuff wrong blood pressure reads. Did she explain to me the procedures? No. Did she try and resolve it with the front desk staff or the Dentist? NO. JUST USHERED ME OUT THE DOOR. I had to go back in to ask questions. She needs to find another job because dealing with the public in a health care setting is NOT her future. Save the patients!!! A family member's hygienist was SMILES but had on inappropriate media while cleaning teeth. Let's say, soft porn on some tv show she liked. She had to interrupt cleaning to skip ahead twice. But kept playing it. Excuse me? Is that professional? They were told they had 4 cavities and had to schedule. They canceled once they experienced my next circus act below. Allow me to note that the Dentist NEVER came in to check on their teeth and to see how the hygenist did. Never reviewed X rays. NOTHING. I was scheduled again. Came back. SAME problem. Got 2 good reads but these people kept taking it over and over in the LOBBY in front of everyone, and kept saying my good read was a wrong read. Did this in front of people waiting, kids watching, it was a nightmare! One office manager checked doing the good old fashion clock and pulse and got a GOOD READ and still said no. Long story short: I WAS DENIED SERVICE. I kept explaining I had white coat syndrome which is basically super anxiety. But the reads were going down to normal but they kept rejecting them. Note: I understand they want to be safe. However, I never even got AN ASSESSMENT to see if I would need any of the meds that could cause complications if I had HBP which I don't. Fast Forward several months. I finally get up the nerve to go to another dental office. What happens when I get there? PROFESSIONAL SERVICE! Genuine SMILES, conversation, and empathy! I told them about my experience. They treated me with kindness and respect. I got in, the assessed my mouth and I discovered I had the beginning stages of Gingivitis which could have been AVOIDED if I had been seen by HEALTHY SMILES. Remember those cavities? I also discovered that my family member DOES NOT HAVE ANY CAVITIES!! And is now scheduled to have wisdom teeth removed that were going to cause them issues had they stayed in!!! They were going to fill cavities that do not exist?! Guess what I do not have HBP!!! Never needed the medication anyway. How do they know this? Because I was ASSESSED! Moral to the story. DO NOT JUST ACCEPT what any one tells you, ESPECIALLY a so called medical professional UNLESS you do your homework, AND they show you who they REALLY ARE by how they hire, how they treat you, and what the atmosphere looks and feels like. This place was a circus act and my question is this: Is the owner gouging people for MONEY by having patients come and go like revolving doors, while your hygienists do the same, in and out, in and out etc.? There were dentists watching this clown act, LOOKING AT ME, and not ONE came over to assess what the issue was, to help me, NOTHING!!!!! If I were you, I'd skip the HEALTHY SMILES and go for HEALTHY MOUTHS with a side of PROFESSIONALISM and people who genuinely care about PEOPLE aka their PATIENTS.

Negative experience: Yikes. I received treatment one time at this office, two weeks ago, and am now on antibiotics fighting an infection. During my first appointment in July the doctor devised a treatment plan for me starting with tooth #18, which already had a silver filling and did not bother me prior. I also had some small fillings on my front bottom teeth that day that I didn't even know had cavities and didn't cause me any pain. I originally booked an appointment at this office because I have a rotten, broken off tooth with its roots still intact that I need extracted. I was under the impression that their Lansing office would be able to remove it, as advertised on their website, before it caused further issues to the surrounding teeth, gums and even bone. I was informed that I'd need to go to their Flint office for the extraction and told they'd put the referral in for it back in June when I had my exam. A week later, we're into early July and I visit the office for my first appointment to get #18 refilled along with the two fillings in the front bottom teeth. All of which, again, did not bother me like the gum surrounding the tooth I need extracted does. While in the waiting room before my appointment I asked the receptionist about the referral to Flint for my extraction that the doctor said I'd need and would be set up after my exam. The receptionist had no idea what I was talking about because the information was never relayed-- to them or their Flint office. I gave the doctor and his assistant the benefit of the doubt afterwards; thinking that things get busy, people forget, whatever. I just made it a point to remind them about the referral for my extraction needed in Flint and left it at that. My first mistake. After being called back for treatment, the doctor numbs me up and everything seems fine until he begins working. He starts removing the old filling in #18 and I notice that the deeper he drills into the tooth I can feel slight pain and discomfort. I raise my hand to get him to stop twice and he asks if I'm okay. I tell him so-so but allow him to continue, my second mistake. After my second hand raise, he injects more anesthesia into my gums for pain to finish the filling. At this point I don't feel any pain and I thought all was well. Immediately after my appointment I go home and lay down to relax. While the anesthesia wears off, I notice the feeling in the filling in #18 feels a lot different than the bottom two in front. 18 feels tight and under pressure whereas the other two are fine. I chalked it up to it being a deeper filling and figured the discomfort would go away after a couple days. Was I wrong. The next day 18 feels much worse and begins aching to the point I cannot chew on the left side while eating. I begin taking pain relief and hoping that the pain will subside as time goes by, thinking maybe the doctor accidentally irritated the nerve during his filling. My final mistake. Almost two weeks pass and yesterday I blow my nose, applying slight pressure to my sinuses and I notice while doing so that my left cheek hurts above my tooth that needs to be extracted. Again, I think nothing of it until today when I can no longer bare the pain and swelling and go to Urgent Care. The pain in tooth #18 turned out to be an infection which has spread to the root of the exposed tooth that I need extracted. I can't help but to think this could've been avoided, had this office been less incompetent. I am pissed and in pain, and still haven't heard from the Flint office for an extraction. I have an upcoming appointment in two days that I fully intend to cancel. I'm searching for a new dentist, you should too. If I could I'd give this office 0/5 ⭐

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a truly wonderful experience with Healthy Smiles Dental Care of Lansing! From the moment I walked in, I felt cared for and respected. My treatment plan included multiple visits: x-rays during the first visit, caps and a tooth repair in the second, a tooth extraction in the third, and a deep cleaning during the fourth. Each appointment was handled with care and precision. My mouth healed beautifully after the extraction, and the dental technician who cleaned my teeth was incredibly gentle and attentive — she made sure I was comfortable the entire time and only did one section to avoid overwhelming me. Negative experience: My daughter had an appointment yesterday. Unfortunately, the power steering went out in my truck. Since I couldn't make it and was too stressed out to make a phone call to a doctor, they dismissed her as a patient and was told "we are not welcome back." Its not like I can make another appointment with another office now because she goes to her dad in another state in a week.

Fantastic experience: Two of m6 coworkers referred me to Healthy smiles and everything they shared was accurate. Jessica was amazing and understanding, patient with me. It's been a very long time, happy I made the choice, thank you.

Negative experience: If you want to loose teeth and money to a dental office, this is the office for you! They also do not care to resolve problems the way they originally state and come to an agreement with you on. They do not care about any patients just the money they can make. I've also had a horrible experience with one of their hygienists. I was having a difficult time during the appoint to which she decided to yell at me (not helpful) and say I should've paid out of pocket to have the laughing gas if I cant handle dental appointments. The proceeded to be more rough with me.

Positive experience: The lack of communication is astounding! Came in 2 weeks ago with a Broken partial. Told I need a full denture. They took impressions and I thought in 2 weeks I was getting my denture. However all today was a bite impression. So a month without teeth! Thanks for not e planning the process! Not!

Negative experience: Horrible dental office that is not only hard to communicate with but will make decisions for their patients without consulting them! Will also book appts for their patients without their knowledge! I received a filling at this office and told the hygienist that I had a chipped tooth post-filling and it was causing severe pain and a potential infection. The office DID NOT CARE! They also stated that I could not prove that it was due to the dental work I received but the discomfort and chipped tooth happened almost immediately after my appt in the area I received a filling in. Worst dental practice I’ve ever been to— if you care about your oral health I would not recommend this practice. 0/5 stars.

Fantastic experience: Dental hygienist was very professional, listened to my concerns, and gently but thoroughly cleaned my teeth. She explained what she was doing, took care to make sure I felt no pain. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Negative experience: To call yourselves a dental office is a disgrace! Please if you care about the health of your children do NOT bring them here. They are very unprofessional & they do horrible dental work. Brought my kids here to get dental work, & my son developed an infection after the filling. The abscess got so bad that I had to take him elsewhere, and the other dental office were shocked by the damage done to the tooth, and said the infection formed from the filling done at this office!!! They are unethical & only care about billing you! I need to see creditionals cause there is no way these are healthcare personnel. Disgusting

Negative experience: Horrible place and the customer service was horrible! Especially the receptionist! Rude, unprofessional, and could definitely be serviced better elsewhere in the Lansing area! DON’T LET THEM BILL YOU FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEY MADE FOR YOU, ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEVER WENT TO BE SERVICED!

Negative experience: Went for Ortho a while ago and they shaved down my front tooth and tried to gaslight me into thinking it was that way prior to my appointments. Never gave me a solution to the problem and now experiencing new damage to my nerve and tooth chipping issues. Was disregarded and brushed off. Haven’t been there since. Do your Ortho visits elsewhere where. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

Negative experience: Went in to get my son a filling they messed up his tooth and said they won’t be able to see him anymore due to it being difficult. They aren’t equipped to fix a tooth but will still take in patients for the money. They will not openly say it but it’s how it’s run there. Money first patients last. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Hate that I have to put a star to even put this review up. They deserve none. EDIT: In response to the owners comment on my last review(above) ..Very disappointing to see the Owner respond with lies on my review. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. I asked questions respectfully. The assistant manager didn’t like how assertive my questions were. I’m not beating around the bush all day. Never did I yell. I asked the manager if they care for their patients time or money like they care for their time and money in a honest calm way. She didn’t like that and proceeded to say you need to leave or “I’m calling the police.” So yes I felt like I wasn’t being heard so I went ahead and spoke out loud and stood my ground. Spoke to other patients to warn them of the horror you guys are capable of inflicting on someone. My son’s tooth is infected because of a filling you guys messed up & then the nerve to dismiss him without even letting us know. You guys disregarded my concerns and the trauma you guys inflicted on my son. Again wish there was a -5 star button.

Negative experience: I was supposed to have a regular checkup on Monday, 2/3. Unfortunately, I developed an incredibly bad cough over the weekend. When I attempted to call on Saturday (2/1) and Sunday (2/2), I was unable to leave a message (the phone rang continuously until I hung up). When I called on 2/3 (at 8:00 AM), I was told that I would be rescheduled for Wednesday, 2/19. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told that a manager had cancelled my appointment and dismissed me (without any notification). I suppose that I could have come to my appointment on 2/3, but I suspect that it may have been frowned upon with me coughing on all of the dental technicians. *Edit: I already have reached out via email. I have yet to hear back.

Fantastic experience: I needed to have adjustments made to a crown. I was scheduled for the next morning and adjustments were performed successfully. I feel fortunate to have Dr. Ludkin as my primary dentist.

Negative experience: 5/10 I would not recommend unless it’s an emergency and you can’t wait . I had to get my wisdom teeth out before the appointment no one told me how to prepare or how the extraction was going to go . I was awake the whole time, I had to keep telling the dentist I was in pain , he seemed in a rush the whole time. Hurting me and not taking the time to slow down and see if I was alright I was in tears. I then had 3 different dental hygienist helping which was too much for me a different person in and out of the room. Then for after care they gave me an ice pack that doesn’t work and ibuprofen for my pain. I called and told them the ibuprofen and Tylenol together was not working how much pain I’m in and they still have yet to do anything. Most place you are put to sleep and give good medication to where you should not have to double of on over the counter medication. IF YOU NEED YOUR WISDOM TEETH OUT DONT GO HERE!! Go find some place that care about your pain level and has friendly dental staff. I call there front desk office spoke with Maddie I ask if she could give a message to the doctor could I have different pain medication so I’m not double he said I should be fine double up taking 800ml of ibuprofen and Tylenol extra strength together at the same time. When they could have given me something that’s less of a headache I could take one and done.

Fantastic experience: Check in was great but Felecia was exceptional. She was very gentle, kind and informative as to my maintenance plan. I had questions and she took time to explain and used pics as I am a visual person. Check out was also great and fast. I was away for several years but so glad I'm back with Healthy Smiles.

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient, and found them friendly and professional. The dentist found issues my last dentist didn't. The staff has a great understanding of what my insurance will pay for.

Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to the dentist in literally a decade, but I'd been having some pain and knew it was time. I was so nervous but everyone from the front desk staff through every assistant who stopped by (they'll pop in to see if there's anything they help each other with: "oh here I can push the button while you work the machine so you don't have to keep going back and forth" sort of thing ❤) to Dr. Ewing himself were all so kind and encouraging, and genuinely seemed to be having a good time going about their workday in a place they love to be. I ended up needing a crown and even with that initial positive experience was even more nervous going into that installation... legit, this process was more comfortable & pleasant than some cleanings I've had other places. I'm blown away, Healthy Smiles has absolutely changed my relationship with dentistry - after 10+ years away I am not even just ready, but actually excited to have regular dental checkups as a part of my life again

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is warm & very welcoming. They're especially helpful to patients like myself who have anxiety about going to the dentist. They're knowledgeable, professional and gracious.

Negative experience: Very poor service went in for sever pain had to go through all the intro exams just to find they put me with a doc that has issue with apparently the pharmacy I go through but failed to mention while I was there. Poor service trying to correct situation with not wanting to correct or help unless I switched my pharmacy just for them. Nor would they switch my doctor with out me paying out of pocket to start the process all over.

Fantastic experience: I have e been a patient of theirs for years! Always so friendly and accommodating! I have anxiety with dental work due to a negative experience in my childhood and they are willing and happy to make me feel as comfortable as possible!

Negative experience: The hygienists don't care how much they hurting you during cleanings, even after you tell them. The dentist told me I could no longer be a patient because he got his feelings hurt when I cancelled due to having to work. They also recommended all kinds of dental work I did not need. Overall not a good, reliable place to go to for dental care & I do not recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Everyone who works here is amazing. Don’t be afraid to tell them what you need. They will explain how your insurance works and what you need to do if you don’t have insurance. These are cool people to work with.

Positive experience: I had my first visit that was very nice experience so far. I only gave 4 stars because I only had X-rays and exam. I will soon have my cleaning and 2 fillings replaced. I will then have a full opinion at that time. So far so good.

They are respectful and patient as well as understanding. They make sure they explain procedure(s) carefully and slowly and they are as efficient as they are effective.

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Getting dental work done isn't the most pleasant thing but the staff makes it a priority to help you feel comfortable and they don't make you feel bad if your teeth aren't in great shape.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased that I was able to get into their office the very day I called thinking I needed an emergency crown replacement after breaking my tooth Dr Ludkin polished the sharp edge and said there was more life in the tooth. As opposed to pushing a much more expensive procedure. I was pleased and impressed

Fantastic experience: I had to bring my 4 month old with me and my hygienist didn’t bat an eye. She did a thorough cleaning, worked quickly, and helped entertain my Little Man while working. I appreciated her so much!

Negative experience: They have un-experienced technicians and dental doctors They start messing up with the X-rays, abd the dentist wanted to work over fillers already done recently by other dentists...then, the dentist realize "something was wrong" and proceed to fill a lower tooth instead. They apply 3 doses of anaesthesia and wanted to keep applying more anaesthesia so I questioned how many more times will do, and they said "there is no limit on that" They didn't do root treatment and just the filling, and the result was that I was not able to floss and was not able to fully use that part of the mouth for mastication I have to return twice to them so I was able to floss, but they say some patience are "sensitive after the filling procedure" After I mentioned I will sue them for improper dental procedure, they said "since you sign an agreement relating after filling sensitive side effects you agree to that possibility"....Hey, that doesn' t mean the dentist are free to do a wrong procedure
