Fantastic experience: This was by far the best experience I have ever had at a dentist appointment. Dr Patty and whole team were so friendly and welcoming. I was a little nervous for a filling today, and they offered comfort and support to help put me at ease before doing the filling which was quick and well done. I will never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Dr Patty was extremely patient, caring and was a perfectionist in taking care of my tooth. Throughout the entire procedure, she kept me in the loop of what she was doing and what I would experience, etc. she is a true caring dentist

Fantastic experience: Dr. Patty is amazing. I was referred by a coworker and am glad I followed her advice. Quality of work is great, Dr. Patty and her staff are also very accommodating with their schedule. I would definitely check out this practice if you need a new dentist.

Negative experience: Made an appointment to get a cavity filling based on the discounted price I was quoted at the office since I was going to pay for the procedure out of pocket. On the day of the appointment, I was not given any prior notice that the discounted price would not be honored. After the procedure was done, I had to pay more than the amount I was originally told. Use this as a cautionary tale to always get everything in writing. It's a business after all.

Fantastic experience: I found HP Dentistry in a google search. My first visit was excellent ! I will definitely be a permanent returning Patient. The atmosphere was very friendly. Dr Patty was very warm and friendly person, very professional and polite. I would definitely recommend HP Dentistry.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Dr Patty and her staff since 2018 and I plan to stay with them forever! I recommend them to all my friends since they are kind, the office is very efficient (sees me within a few minutes of appointment time), they are great w nervous people like my kids (2 and 4 - they give them a bag of dental goodies and ask them to pick a small toy from the toy chest; my son LOVES to see Dr Patty, Audrey and the rest of the staff), very skilled (Dr Patty did my root canal and I felt nothing, I am currently doing invisalign with Dr Patty and love the results), parking is also easy, they have great hours including weekends, late afternoons, early mornings. They inform me if there is a chance to come in earlier that day. They take many standard insurances and will work with you for payments of noninsurance covered things. I love this office and how much everyone cares for each person who walks in!

Negative experience: Called to ask if they took my healthcare, the lady on the phone just said “no” and hung up immediately. Not even an “I’m sorry” or anything. Very rude. It’s challenging finding care covered by your health plan, and things like this are discouraging.

The receptionist was friendly and the hygienist and dentist were both very attentive from start to finish. The dentist was gentle and thorough. Fantastic experience: I first met Dr. Pasnikowska, as a new patient, in an emergency situation. My current bridgework had failed, & she fit me in right away. I needed major repair work, was devastated, & in pain. Understanding what I was going through, She was very kind & gentle in her approach. The work has been substantial, over years, in reconstructing my upper palate. Dr. Patty has worked diligently with me, & I now finally have a beautiful smile back. I am very grateful for her excellent quality of care & the compassion that has been shown to me. I continue as a happy patient, & recommend Dr. Patty, & her wonderful staff 100%

Positive experience: Love this dentist! The only detractor is that if you miss an appointment the receptionist—who is otherwise very lovely—will guilt you and ask you why you missed it. I could do without the judgement. She calls the day before to remind you (which I dislike, would much prefer a text) so I get it but things happen! I cannot refuse my boss’ call or do anything when calls go over. This happened sadly a few times; I’ve been doing my retainer and there are MANY appointments, over a year’s worth. I try my best but yes, things happen and I’m already paying for the misses appointment so why also give me a hard time?

Negative experience: Dr. Patty is amazing and wonderful dentist unfortunately the staff is not great, my husband has an appointment three months ago and he had to cancelled because he was very sick and he was coughing, the staff indicated that he will be charge, I felt it was unfair because he was sick, I made an appointment which is given to me three months after, unfortunately I forget, I was abroad and was unable to get phone calls, they called me, on the day of the appointment, and mentioned that I will be CHARGE because I did not show, I tried to explain to them but they dont give me any options, once again Dr. Patty is amazing, but staff is not helpful

With great skill Dr. Patty shaved my broken tooth, attached a temporary crown so I have a fully working set of teeth & took molds to make a new permanent crown. Just got finished with a cleaning and it was such a stress free experience at the dentist. The hygienist was incredible and really was so delicate, minimal to zero pain. Dr. Patty checked everything out after and was so informative and helpful on how to keep my teeth healthy. If you're looking for a great dentist - Dr. Patty is it!
