Aside from having to schedule cleaning well in advance, I highly recommend. Both the dentists and the hygienists are caring and respectful. When I needed a root canal procedure they referred me to a great specialist dentist.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Janssen dental for 15 years. All of the staff members are great, super knowledgeable, remember me and my family members (hubby and 2 kids) on site. I almost always have the same hygienist (hygienist) When things need done outside of general cleanings they only recommend them if they are necessary. I know that if I am having a problem, whatever they suggest is going to be the right fit. They educate you on proper tooth care to prevent cavities or other issues. Thank you Dr. Janssen and team!

Though her office was closed and she was out of town, she responded immediately to my text and offered pain-relief advise. She saw me Monday morning and called to hold a place for me in the afternoon with endodontist Dr. Raj. I'm grateful that I had immediate access to top-notch dental care. It's surprising, when a day that includes a root canal feels like a good day!

I’ve had really bad anxiety about going to the dentist for years, but I finally worked up the courage to make an appointment—and I’m so glad I did. Everyone there made me feel completely comfortable from the start. Even when I found out I needed a lot of dental work, the team was super reassuring. They let me know they’d help me take care of everything, and they really listened to my concerns. They always made sure I was comfortable before starting any procedure. I also want to mention that the entire dental team—from the front desk and finance coordinator to the dental assistants and dental hygienist and the doctor —has been absolutely wonderful. Everyone has been kind, patient, and professional, which made a huge difference in easing my nerves. On top of all that, I am losing my insurance , and they were kind enough to get me in on short notice so I could get everything done in time. Dr. Janssen and Julie have both been amazing, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely keep coming here—hopefully just for cleanings from now on, but I trust them with whatever I might need in the future.

When I first went to Dr. Janssen I had terrible sensitivity but for the past years this has pretty much resolved. Dr. Janssen is caring, thorough and does what is best needed for the patient. Our entire family has gone to Dr. Janssen and she has seen a couple of our sons when they were younger for urgent sports-related knockouts of teeth and we are so thankful she saved their beautiful teeth! Anne, the front desk receptionist is always polite and efficient. We appreciate all the great service this team provides. Thank you for your excellent care!
