Fantastic experience: Today, for the first time-I visited Luck Dental Center and met my new dentist, Dr. Amanda Luck. My visit was interesting and reassuring and professional. Her assistant who set me up and amazingly did full mouth x-rays without a glitch. The treatment rooms are pleasant with a sound system bringing in music that is relaxing. All of the staff, who took care of me were genuine and pleasant -from Ally at the front desk to the lovely assistant & finally Dr. Luck. Honestly-dentists have freaked me out my entire life but not Luck Dental. I highly recommend Luck Dental Center.

Negative experience: I called the office to get information about a sudden concern. Whoever answered my call made me feel stupid for even inquiring in the first place. I may not have been using all of the proper terms, but I'm not a dental expert and it's disappointing that I felt laughed at for my concern. It's great that I was told it wasn't an emergency, but I wasn't expecting that type of communication from a professional.

Fantastic experience: Great dental office. The front desk, hygienists, and dentists are all very friendly and listen to your concerns. Cleanings are thorough and quick. I’ve had fillings and other dental work done here and had a fitting for a night guard. Appointments do fill up fast so keep up with your bookings but they also do their best to squeeze you in for an emergency.

Everyone is incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they make sure that all 32 of my little chompers are well taken care. Those six months until my next appointment can't come soon enough!

I feel supported and well-advised on my gum care and have been able to make lasting improvements. I have needed a couple crowns and referred for an extraction and all my procedures were pain free.

They are the most knowledgeable, compassionate and skilled dental care professionals I’ve known, which is truly important as I have complicated health issues. They really do their best to accommodate my needs and help me to feel comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I’m DentallPhobic! Jennifer, my hygienist, and Dr Larue, my dentist have made my journey the best it can be. Jennifer always shares her “super power” stories and we laugh at our joint failures and wins. The human condition has many! Dr Larue came in and informed me one of the other dentists, who had attended a recent conference, learned they are making “ Night Guards” out of nylon rather than a dental resin. Super exciting for me because I am allergic to the resin. I hope one of the local labs will start making these. Thanks for keeping me updated! Appreciate you all!

Fantastic experience: Staff incredibly knowledgeable and sensitive to comfort of patients. Staff clearly enjoy working with one another so lots of lighter, worked of support and encouragement, helping one another. Front desk staff promptly greeted incoming patients with a smile inviting them to the desk to address needs, notify staff of arrival etc. Luck Dental makes the effort to create a trusting and safe space with patients.

Fantastic experience: I have been getting care from this practice for about 15 years. They are so professional and gentle that I drive from Aberdeen to get all my dental work done there. They are all very cheerful and love their work!

Negative experience: Luck Dental has continually disappointed both my husband and I with cancelling and/or attempting to reschedule appointments with little notice. We both make appointments 6 months in advance due to their limited availability and then we both will get calls days before our scheduled cleanings and are told that Luck Dental needs to reschedule and the next available opening is months out. We work with the office's schedule when we book cleanings and then are called months later to be told they don't have any hygienists scheduled or they are closed and cannot accommodate a new appointment anywhere near the date originally scheduled. Both of us have moved to another local dentist and are MUCH happier.

Fantastic experience: Luck Dentistry is warm. friendly, kInd, and has excellent professionals. The welcome from the front desk sets the tone. That is carried through once one is called for their turn. It feel like a very comfortable environment.

Fantastic experience: First time at Lucky Dental Center. Was very happy with the whole visit. This appointment was a preliminary exam for Sleep Apnea apparatus. Even though it was not good news (i will need dental surgery) the doctor and staff came up with way to better do the dental surgery before the Sleep Apnea process. Lots to think about for me but am happy that the xrays where taken and plan on using Luck Dental for both procedures.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely YES, I would recommend Vetter Dental to anyone, although i don't think they need more patients, I am sure all Dentist at these office are generally good, but I typically go there for my teeth cleaning so in my experience Dawn is the greatest dental hygienist I’ve been fortunate all these years to have her make time for my visits in her busy schedule, so I appreciate her so much. I believe that thanks to Dawn I still have most of my teeth jajaja yeah…! She is the most attentive to detail and most professional, she is gentle and caring, conscientious; I had many other dental hygienists worked on my mouth in my life time, and I never had anyone as good as DAWN, therefore I would follow her where ever she may go to work at.
