Fantastic experience: Dr.Hashmi was wonderful! The bedside manner and care for children's and parent's comfort and care is unmatched. His dental assistant Deshae put both my children 12 and 5, at ease and her nurturing touch was a shining example of her love for the job and her patients! 5 stars is an understatement! Would highly recommend this full service for any dental needs!

Fantastic experience: I took my 12-year-old, who is on the Spectrum, in for some dental work with sedation, and I’m happy to say everything went wonderfully! The staff was truly amazing, and I really appreciate how kind and caring everyone was. Their sweet demeanor made the whole experience feel so much more comfortable and positive for us. It was a truly wonderful experience!

Negative experience: Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth it. Went in with my 5 year old. Had to scan her multiple times for XRAYS because it wasn’t working (over 6 times) . Next, the dentist took so long to see us over 30 min. And then told us that my daughter had multiple cavities. Which is weird bc I’m always on top of my child dental hygiene. It seemed impossible but ok he’s the “professional” right? They quoted me 1,400 for 4 molars. according to the dentist she only had two but he wanted to “treat” all 4 bc eventually she’ll need it. So i decided to get a second opinion and needed the X-rays they took (i didn’t want to expose my child to radiation AGAIN) after they had done it so many times already. I waited over a month because they couldn’t send me a copy of them. I’m not sure what the issue was. They just kept coming up with bogus excuses (the storm caused us issues with our Wi-Fi) (we’re under new management) etc etc.) again just making excuses. Until I had enough and actually went up to the office to get the X-rays. The front office lady (Debbie) couldn’t find them. And then suddenly they were able to find them and could only give me a paper copy (which is completely useless since you can’t zoom in or see anything). At that point i left. Terrible dentist office nobody knows anything and they just point fingers at each other. Save your money and time. we ended up getting that second opinion and getting new X-rays. Here’s the kicker ! WE WERE TOLD SHE HAD 0 CAVITIES ! long story short we were lied to and given the run around. Like i said avoid this place.

Fantastic experience: Our family has had an excellent experience with Stagecoach Children's Dental Center. What we appreciate the most is the incredible patience the entire staff shows with children. They take the time to make kids feel comfortable and safe, which makes a huge difference during dental visits. Another aspect we truly value is how thoroughly they explain everything throughout the process. Whether it's a cavity, preventive treatment, or any other dental concern, the dentists and staff make sure we understand exactly what is going on and what the recommended next steps are. We never feel rushed, and all of our questions are answered clearly. Their professionalism, kindness, and excellent communication have given us great confidence in the care our children receive. We highly recommend them to any family looking for a pediatric dental office that genuinely cares about both children and parents.

Fantastic experience: Our first visit here! and the whole staff was amazing! Having kids with special needs makes it hard to find the perfect fit for them! From Ms. Debbie’s the front staff, Bianca who did X-rays and cleaning, Colton and Dr. H were absolutely amazing with all 5 of my kids, but very amazing with my 3 special needs kids! Our new forever dentist as long as these 4 are there!!! The patients and experience overall was a 1000/10!!!

Fantastic experience: First time visit… it was fairly fast and everyone was polite. My girls had a great experience!

Negative experience: We ask on advance if they allow parents stay with their kids, by phone they was great, and said no problem about it. But when I got there, one staff lady was very rude when I told her I go in with my kid. She let me outside and her boss call me and inside of patient area and show me everything. I told her I want to be with my kid all the time and after be arguing about they allow me. My surprise was the lady was calling me at the beginning, was the assistant nurse, and I told her boss, for any reason she gonna be assistant on my kid. They sent another one. Dr was great, but some of the clinic staff are rude with patients. I don't know if because are Hispanic or what, but I younger kid don't have to be alone without parent's for any reason. That's was my last time on their office.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved this place. My kids were both talking about the nice dentist and how they got stickers. The dentist was amazing at explaining everything to me made everything clear . Bianca and Ty were so good with them , so sweet and patient.. 10/10 place and staff

Negative experience: Posting pics just for legitimacy of the review. Must read!!! Also must read other reviews on here. I wish I would have done this before coming here. Google wouldn’t allow me to not put any stars so I had to put one but in reality deserves 0 all around. Apparently the previous dentist retired as per the receptionist and since then everything has gone down hill. I wouldn’t recommend this place. One Saturday, I had an appointment for all of my kids, but the office never even opened…there was a long line of cars waiting at the gate with no communication. They called that Monday and apologized but gave no explanation and rescheduled for the following Saturday, we returned and my 3 kids were seen they did X-rays very quick. Dr looked in their mouths for maybe2-3 mins and walked away…no cleanings were done for any of them yet our insurance was still charged for it. They gave us a bag with a tooth brush and paste and sent us out. We came back again for my daughter’s cavity filling as they were not able to do it the last time we went, and after waiting an hour past our scheduled appointment, I told the receptionist we were ready to leave since no one has communicated with us. She stated they were behind and to give the 20 more mins. After that, My daughter was put in a room alone without me as I was told I can not be with her and had her waiting another 50 minutes without anyone checking on her at all. I ended up going to get my daughter out the room and took her to the front desk and asking for an update. Then we were told to give them another 15-20mins. Our appointment was at 11am we arrived 10:45am and she was not ever seen till 12:54PM. Dr ran in as he was working on another patient just to give her a shot at 12:54 for numbing and had no patience whatsoever after we have been waiting 2 hours. He walked in an apparently my daughter was not opening her mouth wide enough (mind you from the other side of the building) & heard him YELL “Sweet heart!! Open your mouth wide!” but in a rude tone … my daughter said he was rude the entire duration of her visit with him. Like really bro you just walked in after 2 hours of us waiting for YOU and you can’t be patient for one minute!? He spent 1 min in there and gave her the shot then left again to continue on his first patient. After 20 mins he came back to continue to actually work on her till 1:20PM, he didn’t get done on the ONE filling till 2PM. Longest 3 hours ever!!!!!!!! I did notice the dr spent so much time running from room to room getting more tools for his patient he was working on while his employees were laying down in other rooms on the patient chairs on their phones. SMH Overall, there seems to be little respect for patients’ time. What really gets me is the lack of respect and communication. Every time, I had to go up and ask for a status update!!! No one kept us informed. There was zero effort to communicate delays or offer simple options like, “Hey, we’re running behind, would you like to reschedule or come back at a later time today rather than sitting here?” Simple communication can go a long way. I will say, at the end of the visit, the doctor did apologize for being rude to my daughter, without me having to say anything

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend this place. One Saturday they never even opened, leaving a line of cars waiting with no communication. The next visit, my kids were seen but didn’t receive cleanings yet insurance was still charged. When we returned for my daughter’s cavity, we waited over an hour past our appointment. Only after I said we were leaving did they call us back, then left my daughter alone in a room for another 45 minutes no one ever checked in on her. What bothered me most was the lack of respect and communication. I had to keep asking for updates, and no one ever acknowledged delays or offered to reschedule. Very disappointing experience. System made me put a star but they deserve none

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time with these people. Had 2 appointments for the kids 30 minutes apart . Showed up 30 minutes before the first gates shut and no one is there . Come back at the appointment time and same story . Why schedule appointments if the whole office isn’t gonna be there . Left work early for this .

Negative experience: Unfortunately I am having to update my review: I have received phone call after phone call from the company that took over for Dr. Coe. Someone by the name of Alan will call me back to back after I’ve ignored the phone call. It’s unprofessional and rude to continue calling once you’ve been bumped to voicemail. You would think after a year of no returned phone calls that maybe just maybe we are no longer patients of yours. After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant about bringing my son here. I will say I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was nice and clean. The staff was welcoming. My son was having issues getting the back teeth x-ray done so Dr. Coe stepped in to help assist. He did let me know he would need to hold my son’s head and bottom jaw to get the pictures and asked if I was okay with this. I of course said yes. I appreciated him asking first even though it wasn’t anything I felt needed prior consent. I would like to say you should judge for yourself before you write this dentist office off your list.

Fantastic experience: I would like to sincerely thank Stagecoach Children’s Dental Center and the amazing team - Dr. Hashimi, Mrs. Lorda, Mickey, and Debby. Today my child had dental treatment where several teeth were removed and one was filled. We have been patients of this center for more than 3 years. I especially want to thank them for their kindness, patience, professionalism, and the caring approach they show toward children. They always create a calm and friendly environment, which makes it much easier for kids to go through procedures like cleanings, treatments, or even tooth extractions. Everything was handled very professionally and with great care. I’m truly grateful for such a high level of service and attention to children. I highly recommend this clinic.

Fantastic experience: I’m so pleased with Dr. Coe and his staff at Stagecoach Children’s Dental. I quickly became at ease today in his office during my 5 year olds sedation for her procedure. They really make you feel comfortable and confident in them. Especially Dr. Coe, who I want to gratefully thank for doing a fantastic job on my little girls teeth and for being as nice as he was. I have officially found my children's dental home.

Fantastic experience: Yolanda was the dental hygienist today for my son and I’s cleaning. She did a remarkable job on both of us. We had such a good experience and I have never had such thorough cleaning anywhere that I have been. She taught me what I could do better with clear guidance. I 100% recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Both dr hashmi and all nurses are amazing! Talked us through every step and answered every question I had. Didn’t make me feel uncomfortable for asking too many questions. Definitely recommend this office if your kids are scared of the dentist, very gentle and super friendly/knowledgeable.

Negative experience: Edited after new ownership! NEVER TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Read other recent reviews! This place has gone downhill. We havent given them a few chances and everytime is a disaster. The first time all three of my kids needed cleanings. They literally forgot about my youngest and skipped her and went on to work on another family. I mention, hey I have one more child and they made us wait for them to finish the other family's 4 kids! Then my oldest chipped his tooth. I explained the situation and they had us come in and after we did xrays they said they didnt have a dentist in office to help. They rescheduled us and then did ANOTHER set of xrays just for a tiny chip. Now today! My 4 year old had a cap fall off. Our appointment was at noon and we weren't even taking to the back until 2p then we didnt get seen for another hour. Just for the dentist to put dental cement on it and stick it on in 2 mins. He didnt even clean it or prep it in anyway. He also never even introduced himself and I hadn't seen this dentist in the office before. This place is a wreck. I just got a text for an appointment for my 4 year old again tomorrow morning. Why on earth would I be there again the next day? I swear if they charge me for a missed appointment I will loose it. This is the most amazing dental office! We have searched for a great pediatric dentist for so long, and I have no idea why it took us so long to find this gem. The care is quality, the clinic is clean and fun, and the dentist is quite amazing with the kids. We were all smiles the entire visit, which is a rarity at the dentist with 10, 8, and 3 year olds in tow.

Negative experience: Absolutely annoyed. They did not verify our insurance and after 20 minutes they let us know that we could not be seen and I needed to have my insurance company fax over something and then schedule a new appointment for another day. That we would not have time today to get it verified. Total waste of an afternoon. They could have mentioned this when we called and made the appointment or in all the messages they sent us confirming the appointment.

Negative experience: This place has went to shit. Don't waste your time, unprofessional, rude, long waits even with appointment scheduled. I wouldn't trust any of these uneducated people with my childrens teeth. Read the other reviews. Horror stories.

Fantastic experience: Ms. Debbie is a doll! Check in went smooth for all of my new patients. Ms. Londa was extremely helpful and informative. They broke down everything for us and it felt like a family there. Dr. Hashmi was kind, patient and also very informative. Walking us through everything he saw. My kiddos need a lot of work but I'm glad that Stagecoach Dental is here to take care of them. Thank you all.

Negative experience: I am beyond disappointed with our visit today. We have been coming here for years under Dr. Coe and never once had a problem. He was kind, patient, and amazing with my son. Because of that history, I decided to give the new management a chance, once. Never again. Our appointment was at 9:00 AM, yet we waited an unreasonable amount of time while patients with 10:00 and 11:00 appointments were called back before us. The entire office felt completely unorganized from the moment we arrived. When we were finally brought back, the woman who took the X-rays was very sweet and gentle with my scared son. Unfortunately, everything went downhill after that. We were moved to the back area for the exam and cleaning, which was extremely crowded and chaotic. My son was placed at a broken station, and we waited while staff argued back and forth about whose patient was whose, what had been cleaned, and what had not. This was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable to witness. When the new dentist came to do the exam, he did explain the X-rays, but he did not put protective sunglasses on my son, and the bright light was directly in his eyes. My son was visibly uncomfortable. The exam itself lasted maybe two minutes, and after that he did not say what the next steps were for the cleaning. He simply got up and walked away. It felt rushed and careless. Then two staff members argued about who was supposed to clean his teeth. We were moved again, this time to another station that had not been cleaned. Another employee had to tell the woman to sanitize it before she started. During the cleaning, my son was clearly distressed, crying, trying to get up, and extremely uncomfortable. He has never reacted like this during a dental visit before. Whether she was too rough or simply not paying attention, it was heartbreaking to watch as a parent. She applied the fluoride vitamins messily, did not wipe his mouth afterward, and never used suction, leaving him gagging on his own saliva. I had to clean his mouth myself in the car. This entire experience was chaotic, careless, and upsetting. It was nothing like the office we trusted for years. We will absolutely be changing dentists. I truly hope Dr. Coe knows how deeply he is missed, because the standard of care here has clearly changed, and not for the better.

Negative experience: My children were patients of Dr.Coe before he retired. Alan ( I think was his name) the receptionist of the new owners called me to schedule my children for their semi annual cleanings. When I answered he referred to both of them by their names so that leads me to believe that he had to have their files pulled up in front of him. At first he told me they were wide open for appointments and I could book whenever but when I mentioned a couple of times and days none of them were available. We finally found a time that worked for my schedule to bring my son in for his cleaning but when it was time to schedule my daughter he kept referring to her as "the other kid" and not once but multiple times. I dont know maybe I'm just being a "Karen" but that really irked me and seemed to come across unprofessional. It would've taken no time to go back and look at her name or even just refer to her as a patient. I made the appointment against my better judgment but after going back and reading all the recent reviews I ultimately went with my gut and canceled both their appointments and found a new dentist. Dr. Coe's former staff was never like this. They were always courteous and professional. It really is the small things that count.

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars, I would! I am beyond furious and deeply disappointed with my experience as a prospective new patient. I contacted this office yesterday to schedule 4 new patient appointments for my children after receiving several recommendations from friends and neighbors. When I called, I provided the insurance name and my husband’s Social for verification, as that was all I had available. It is the beginning of the year, we have new insurance, and I did not yet have the physical card.15 years of experience i have working in dentistry, I know without question that our insurance could be verified with this information. I had even personally contacted Guardian beforehand to obtain a full breakdown of benefits, so I was confident everything could be confirmed. I was initially given an appointment time and told by Debbie that she would reach out if anything further was needed. I never received a call, so I assumed everything was handled. When I called today to confirm, I was informed that my two daughters were never added to the schedule because the office “could not get a breakdown fax back from the insurance.” The way this was handled by Debbie was completely unacceptable. In all my years in dentistry, she is hands down the WORRRRST front desk employee I have ever encountered!! She repeatedly put me on hold WHILE I WAS ACTIVELY SPEAKING, gave inconsistent and inaccurate information, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic communication skills. She then falsely stated that the office does not accept my insurance because it is a “DMO plan,” which is absolutely untrue. I do not appreciate being misled and lied to by Debbie, to cover up her MASSIVE administrative failures!! Any dental professional knows that insurance verification can sometimes be inconvenient with limited info, but it is part of the job!! Especially when trying to bring in new patients. Instead of addressing the situation professionally and with accountability, Debbie chose to deflect, misinform, and treat a potential new family with clear disregard and disrespect. I have not even stepped foot in this practice, yet the first impression was so insanely poor that I will not be bringing my children here! Despite this office being less than two miles from my home, I will gladly drive the 20 minutes to my old dentist office where professionalism and patient respect are a huge priority! The practice owners need to seriously evaluate Debbie’s role for their front desk. Her behavior alone cost this office a family of five before care even began! I am also a dental practice manager, and based on this interaction, the patient-facing experience being delivered by Debbie is damaging to both the practice and the doctors’ reputations. Being hung up on, lied to, sent to voicemail when calling back, and spoken to dismissively is unacceptable in any healthcare setting. I left a voicemail for the manager, Diana, after being told she would be in the office at 1pm. It is now well past that time and I have not received a call back. Convenience and word of mouth was what brought me to this office, but due entirely to this inept front desk experience with Debbie, my children are better off elsewhere! Adding to this colossal disappointment, the orthodontist your office uses, Dr. Abassi, she also works at my practice, which makes this situation even more unfortunate! I have truly never experienced such poor handling from a dental office in my whole dental career. This was a world-class example of gross incompetence on a first impression! And one that ensured we will never return. Resign Debbie! This job isn't for you! You're terrible at your job!!!

Negative experience: my children were former patients of Dr.coe. we absolutely loved him and h e always provided excellent care for my children. so we decided to go with the new dentist and staff that took over his practice. we are very dissatisfied and disappointed. they are unorganized inefficient and incompetent. Debbi has an attitude . Fernando never returned my calls concerning a upcoming dental procedure my son needed. They got my kids confused with other patients multiple times. the tech acted like she didn't know how to take xrays and forgot to floss my son during his cleaning . we waited awhile to be seen and I swear the cleanings for both my children took 5 minutes in total. then the dentist said my daughter needed a filling and barely explained the dental procedure for my son . we left feeling very dissatisfied. I took both my children to a totally different dental clinic were they took the time to explain my sons dental procedure and said my daughter did not need any fillings and . we felt much more comfortable with them. we will not be coming back to stagecoach dental anytime soon.

Negative experience: Haven’t seen the dentist yet been in the waiting room for 45 minutes even though I booked an appointment I don’t understand the issue they might be booking more than they can handle but clearly there’s an issue

Negative experience: Don’t waste your time with this practice. They were a good place to bring your children but not anymore. We used to come and go in record fast time for regular cleanings. They changed owners/administration and it went downhill fast. We came in the spring and had to wait a long time to be seen but at least my daughter received care. This time we found a receptionist with a very indifferent attitude that barely said Hi and gave no instructions at all. It took me a while to realize she was not talking to me. I signed up and after an hour I stood up to find out if my daughter was going to be called. The receptionist just smiled and pretended nothing was wrong, left for some more minutes and came back saying we were next, I asked how much more waiting time, she had no answer except that they were a little bit delayed. More than an hour I said; we just left. She said “ok” with total disregard for our time and never offered an apology. Rude and careless. Don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: Waiting time is a nightmare!!! This has happened to me 2 different times. Please do better! You spent more time in the waiting room than in the treatment room! We are a very busy family and we can’t wait around for 1-1:30 hours, just for a regular check up.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is on the autism spectrum and has lots of trouble with dentist and doctor visits in general. It's been hard to find a place in houston that takes private insurance. Most of the places that help these kids only take medicaid and some take nothing at all (asking for upwards of $7k). The staff here is very professional and always wonderful. They have done the best teeth cleaning she's ever had and we are finally able to get her cavities handled. They have a papoose to put her in so she doesn't hurt herself during rhe procedure. The office is spacious and has lots of things to keep the kids entertained until their turn. I can't express how incredibly grateful I am to have found this establishment.

Negative experience: My daughter was supposed to have an appointment today at 9:30 am when I arrived this place was closed , nobody was in there I never received a call from them notifying my appointment was canceled of some thing like that , my kid and I just woke up early on Saturday , spent money on gas and wasted time for no reason. It was Not profesional at all

Fantastic experience: I was intimidated when I drove up because the name. Once I walked in and met the staff I knew I was in the right place for me. I was so impressed with the kindness and concern to provide the best care. Many thanks to Dr Hashmi, Vicente- who did my deep cleaning, and Fernando the Office Manager! What a great team! You are exceptional! I highly recommend this practice - not only for children but adults too!. Once you walk in the doors, you will experience profound quality, professionalism, and kindness. Thanks for such a great experience.

Fantastic experience: The dentist I have used here is great. The office staff is very kind and truly gets to know their patients. I have always been very anxious before going to dentist appointments and they have eased that and made me feel very comfortable. I love my new smile!

Negative experience: Stagecoach Dental reached out to us to come in for a no cost exam for my son because their previous provider ( Dr. Coe) failed to do his job. He kept telling us to wait or watch to determine if treatment would be needed for his teeth. My son did indeed have cavities that we addressed even with Dr. Coe but he repeatedly said treatment was not necessary. We did end up coming in to have the exam done where we were told treatment was in fact necessary for my son's teeth. He ended up being serviced by Dr. Radford, who was very kind and patient with my son. His staff was also very kind. However, the issue lies in the fact that they told us that after the medication they give to “sedate” him, he would not remember being strapped down to perform treatment. It was very traumatic for us listening to him literally scream for his dad and I for nearly 2 hours. While I understand the dentist has to do his job, my son has never been away from his dad and I. He was not even ALMOST sedated before my husband was asked to leave the room.. The four years we’ve taken to build trust and security with him is now damaged after ONE dentist visit. He was never scared of the dentist before and never gave issues when getting his teeth cleaned. He DID/DOES in fact remember this entire visit and repeatedly after two weeks cries about being strapped down at the dentist and is now afraid of returning back. My heart breaks for him. This medication did not sedate him at all. He was awake the entire procedure and remembers ALL OF IT. ALSO, one of the composite caps was put on crooked.. Dr. Radford said it looks that way because it’s hard to get 6 caps in perfectly because it was all front teeth..I can’t even take him back in to get that corrected because of how scared he is to go back. I just wish they would have let one of us come in even if momentarily, to calm him down. They say they don’t want children to be traumatized by the dentist but again, seeing as though they let him scream in terror for nearly two hours straight while being strapped down, they do not care about children being traumatized about coming to the dentist. Due to this, we will likely be looking for a different pediatric dentist to treat our son going forward.

Negative experience: We miss dr Coe and won't be returning. The new dentist that took over didn't even introduce himself before he started shoving a sleep study in my face. Telling me that bad sleep causes autism and adhd and allergies. And bad sleep can cause the need for braces......

Fantastic experience: My son recently had a baby root canal and silver caps put on his teeth. It went very well, my son was a bit groggy after, but the team of nurses, doctors and receptionist made sure that his stay and aftercare was well assessed and taken care of. 10 out of 10 will never choose another dentist for my kids. The staff is very sweet and understanding and they do amazing with the kids. Thank you stagecoach children’s Dental team for being there and taking care of my kids.

Negative experience: Made up fake cavities. This was a great office before the former dentist retired. New staff is the most unorganized people you'll ever meet. I had to remind the dental hygienist multiple times to take my youngest daughter's x-rays, as well as remind her to give her fluoride after the so called "cleaning" that didn't even include flossing. But most importantly, both her and Dr. Rayfford told us that my 14-year old daughter (who's never had a cavity) suddenly has 6 cavities. We went to our old dentist in a different city for a 2nd opinion and surprise surprise, NO cavities. They even had to take a new set of x-rays because they said the x-rays that Stagecoach took was unreadable. Stagecoach is avoiding my calls and will most likely not comment on this negative review, but they will not hear the end of this. I've filed complaints to my insurance, Board of Dentists, I'm warning my Facebook community page, as well as NextDoor community, all of my mom groups, etc. I can't believe they wanted to drill 6 unnecessary holes in my daughter's mouth that she would have to deal with for the rest of her life.

Negative experience: Stage Coach Dental may have glowing reviews from years past, but that trustworthy team is gone and has been replaced with a very unprofessional staff. After years of cavity free visits and consistent dental care, I was shocked when the newly staffed office claimed I had six cavities. Their x-rays were blurry and poorly done, and the overall experience felt rushed and suspicious. I really miss the previous experienced staff ☹️ I sought a second opinion from a reputable dentist I’d trusted before. They confirmed my teeth were in good health and found no need for the aggressive treatment recommended. They also pointed out the x-rays were unreadable—making the initial diagnosis questionable at best. Don’t risk your dental health or fall for these profit driven practices. Always get a second opinion when things feel off. Stay safe out there. I don’t recommend this dentist anymore especially when children are the ones getting their teeth messed up for life over shady diagnoses.

Negative experience: I have never been so disappointed with a dentist visit in my life, and I am in my sixties. My grandson needed four cavities filled, and when I took him in for an examination, the dentist said he would require three fillings and one crown. I asked for a treatment plan and the price, and for an unknown reason, they pretended they could not provide this information until they contacted the insurance. This seemed reasonable at the time. The next day, my son took my grandson for the treatment, expecting to receive a plan and a price. However, they did not provide any information. Instead, they told him to let my grandson go to the back to start his treatment. When my son asked for a treatment plan and the cost for the three fillings and one crown, he still received no clear answers. To our surprise, the cost amounted was $1,200, and we were expected to pay it all that day after my grandson was already seated in the dentist's chair. When I inquired why they hadn’t provided the cost or the plan beforehand, they claimed they did not have the insurance information. This felt like a textbook example of misleading a client to coerce them into spending more money. I thought I could trust this dentist, but clearly, I was mistaken. Now, I am taking my grandson to another dentist to have all the poor (silver caps) work removed from his mouth. Please find a better location for your children! I will add a photo of my grandson's mouth tomorrow because I am hight upset that we did not catch on to this game that was ran on us until it was too late.

I was literally in tears—tears of relief and gratitude—because Dr. Radford didn’t just care for my son, he helped calm me when I was at my most concerned. His patience, understanding, and compassion made all the difference. Thank you, Dr. Radford, for taking such thoughtful care of our son. You’ve given us the confidence to move forward without fear.

Negative experience: I took my daughter last year here, and it was okay, but this year, I was very disappointed they didn't do a cleaning at all just fluoride no flossing either. I paid cash for the visit, and honestly, what they did was not worth what I paid. Also, the staff seemed very frustrated, and my daughter even heard one of the xray techs cursing, which is very unacceptable. I'm not going back there again, and it's very unfortunate because I like how close they were from where we live

Fantastic experience: Dr. Coe and the entire office staff at Stagecoach are incredibly responsive, polite, proactive and professional. They handled all issues with insurance ahead of time and we were able to schedule my daughter's visit for her baby teeth to be pulled next week. Our first visit was today. The pediatric dentist we just left had a 3 month waiting period and rescheduled on us twice. So happy to find such a great team to handle my daughter's dental needs!

Negative experience: I was so disappointed because I thought this place would be a great dental office for my children. Although they close at 5 PM, they are not very accommodating to new patients like other dental offices. I wish they were more flexible within their business hours. Again, I am very disappointed.

Starting with the front ladies who were very welcoming.They all were very nice and patient with my son. The entire place was very clean and spotless. Dr. Coe was very professional and explained everything, and answered all of my doubts and questions. I extremely recommend this dental center for your children. They also had a movie playing in the waiting area and video games they can play while the parents spoke to the dr. I recommend it 100 percent!

Positive experience: It took longer than expected, but it's essentially a new office and they are training, as well as learning a new system. However, I feel like Dr. Vahdani was very thorough and gave me time to make choices, without being pushy. I will definitely be back and I plan to make an appointment for my husband, as well.

Fantastic experience: We've been to this office once before and are going back again tomorrow afternoon. Dr. Coe and his staff were very professional & worked well with both our special needs son (age 4 and almost 5 now) and our Neurodiverse son (Age 11 and age 12 now). Our youngest has Level 2 Autism, is nonverbal, has sensory processing disorder, feeding issues, and doesn't like the dentist office. Dr. Coe was so quick but very sufficient when cleaning the residual off of his bottom front teeth. He knew our son was getting overwhelmed before I had to say anything and was seeking approval to continue as he was almost done (like 30 seconds from completing) and I nodded my head yes to keep going. He also used manual tools which I sincerely appreciated so he wouldn't be afraid of the noise and additional vibrations in his mouth. Dr. Coe showed just as much care & respect to our other son too. I would definitely recommend this office for a variety of reasons including great bedside manner, prompt service, carefully thought treatment, and overall great experience. Him seeing special needs kiddos is a plus and I'd highly recommend him for your children's dentistry needs

Negative experience: RED FLAG . Our initial visit for my 2 & 3 Y/o went good it was quick just check no issues everyone was nice & location is clean. Went in last week for our 2nd visit with my son this time he needed his 1st set of x rays & cleaning. I was told I could not go to the back with him for this I had to wait in the lobby . I was NOT ok with this he is 3 years old & I need to be a able to see him at all times . I expressed my concerns to the assistant and she said that was their policy . So I asked if there was any other option or at least a place I could be where I could still see him . She went to talk to her manager . The manager then told me exactly this “ ma’am you can call around and see who accepts your insurance & this visit is done “ no other type of conversation or attempt to figure this out. I then just told her to remove both my kids as patients I would not be returning . I was not rude or disrespectful I simply needed another option and they were not willing to even speak about that with me . I have since found a new location that has an open concept layout and policy I can go anywhere in the office with my kids at all times as I should be able to.

Both my girls loved there visit. My little one was scared of her previous dentist she went to. She was not scared and even did all her x-rays!

Fantastic experience: I have gone to a few different dentists looking for the right fit for my children, my own experience as a child was always being terrified to go in, getting in and out quickly without even speaking to me about what’s happening, my parents not knowing which dentist was going to see is that day, etc. we’ve been coming to Stagecoach Dental for roughly 2 years and I LOVE this place. It absolutely blows my mind that my children WANT to go to the dentist. Dr. Coe makes my children feel comfortable and lets me know exactly what’s going on, what they’re doing, how they did. Everything gets explained by him, he answers all my questions without making me feel like I’m asking a lot. The nurses are all wonderful and sweet to my kids, they love it. I know it can be daunting sending your kids alone to the back, but it’s never an issue, my kids like to feel independent and it gives them confidence. And the other dentist I’ve gone to where I’m allowed to be with them, they were frightened and made me hold them the whole time. Now my 7 year old is like see ya later mom and happily goes. Honestly it’s a great dental office and I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a dentist who actually cares about his patients and makes the experience a blast!
