Fantastic experience: Alex B. We had such a wonderful experience at this pediatric dental office! Our dentist is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about her patients. Everyone in the office is so kind, friendly, and welcoming, making every visit a positive experience. They are gentle and patient with children, helping them feel comfortable and at ease. We’re so grateful to have found such an amazing team and highly recommend this office to any family looking for exceptional pediatric dental care!

Every single person who works here is amazing with kids and so friendly, my kids are jealous when one of them gets to go and they’re not scheduled yet. Even the more complicated/not as fun procedures were so smooth that they’ve never been afraid of coming here (X-rays and a procedure to fix my daughter’s lip tie). It’s a half hour drive for us but worth the trip!

They do a great job of making young kids feel comfortable, even with things such as teeth filling, x-rays, etc. Recently started orthodontics here also which has been going great. Very friendly and responsive staff to changes in schedule. The kids always have a good time and look forward to their visits.

They are so gentle, patient, and supportive of littles. Fantastic experience: Prior to coming to Little Bytes, my elementary school-aged daughter had a traumatic experience with a different dentist and hated going. We picked Little Bytes based on internet and personal friend reviews and we love them! My daughter is happy to go now. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, and goes out of their way to explain things and make the kids comfortable. The office is so bright and colorful and has lots of kid friendly items around to keep them entertained and distracted. So glad we made the change!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter came in nervous the Dr. was very patient and caring , she talked to my daughter through the whole process, the after work and healing process was painless and wonderful for her. From front desk to the back staff were very professional and helpful through the appointment.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful first visit! The staff is accommodating, patient and gentle. My little one was so nervous but everyone around her was supportive of her feelings. We all worked together and made it through a successful visit. Both my girls love the office and we look forward to our next routine visit.

Negative experience: If I could leave zero stars I would. This place is a scam. I initially went knowing they did not take my insurance because my daughter had a cavity that needed to be filled and they were the only place that had availability in the next month. When we got there, they did scans of just her front teeth even though I mentioned the cavity was in the back mollars. Then proceeded to quote me $6k for filling 4+ cavities she did not have and under general anesthesia at a hospital. I said she does not have 4 cavities, she has just the one and would not leave until they took the full xrays. They completed the xrays at my request and lo and behold she just had the one cavity. The quote was revised to $1k. Because I was so upset with how deceptive they were, I decided to take my daughter to a second dentist who also availability. They requested we send the scans from Little Bytes to avoid having to re-do them. Little Bytes made me sign paperwork that they could release the files and I did but when they sent over the xrays they only sent the front teeth scans, knowing I specifically needed the back teeth which were the ones implicated. When I told them to send ALL scans, they emailed back the bite panel but again not the ones I requested, clearly on purpose at this point. The new dentist called them to request the files directly and Little Bytes said they don’t exist. I have never experienced worst customer service in my life!! This place is a SCAM!!! Do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY

Fantastic experience: It has taken this long to write, because I wanted it to be perfect all in the honor of Dr. Michelle Haghpanah. Dr. Michelle is an ANGEL! On October 2, 2025 my son had a non-dentist appointment at a hospital. Upon inquiring if they have dentists for a future appointment; with her beautiful, big, sweet and warm smile, Dr. Michelle graciously gave my son (has special needs) an excellent, perfect and outstanding teeth cleaning! We will forever be grateful to Dr. Michelle Haghpanah, she deserves a Nobel Prize! Helen and Romy

They love coming here, and I’m being serious when I say they literally are excited when they hear they have an appointment coming up. The hygienists and Dr Grover are always so sweet and gentle. My 8 year old just came out of his appointment super motivated to get on a better brushing and flossing routine. I would absolutely recommend Little Bytes to anyone!

Fantastic experience: We needed to be seen immediately due to an accident at the playground while our regular provider was out of office. Dr. Grover and the kind staff went above and beyond to squeeze us in between patients and made us very comfortable with their warm welcoming attitude. They did a thorough examination followed by a treatment plan and referrals. They communicated very well and followed up with a comprehensive report. Their lovely clinic was well equipped and maintained and very clean. We really appreciate them, will be happy to go back, and recommend them to everyone.

Though our kids go to the same school, I have plenty of choices when it comes to Bay Area peds dentists and I choose Dr. Grover because of the specialized care I believe I have received for my 2 boys now 8 and 10 YOs. Fantastic experience: I have two little boys (ages 8 and 4) that have been seeing both Dr. Michelle and Dr. Grover for the past several years. I can't say enough wonderful things about both doctors. The are extremely caring, knowledgeable, and have gone above and beyond for my family. In one instance, my oldest son was experiencing some tooth pain over a weekend. Dr. Grover got back to us right away and walked us through some possible causes. She then arranged to meet us first thing the next morning (on a Sunday) to address my son's dental issue. Lastly, I would also note that the hygienists at Little Bytes are also really great. They know how to work with little ones and can put them at ease during any dental procedure.

Fantastic experience: Best place to be for children. The location looks brand new and very clean. The receptionists were very welcoming. Then there’s AJ, the dental assistant, who is really good with my son. She sure knows how to pacify him. Not to mention she’s really fun to be around with. She sure knows how to bring out the smiles in you. Met Dr. Grover and she’s a pleasant person to meet. She’s really nice and gentle with my son’s teeth. Looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about Dr. Michelle and this lovely dental clinic. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere. The clinic is designed with kids in mind—bright colors, fun decorations, and even a play area that kept my little one entertained while we waited. Dr. Michelle and her team are exceptional. My 5-year-old had a wiggly baby tooth that needed to be extracted, and I was concerned about him handling the discomfort. I was impressed by the assistants AJ and Lorraine, they took excellent care of him and made sure he felt comfortable throughout the entire process, which is a huge relief for any parent. The front desk lady is also wonderful and she patiently helped me look up my insurance information and informed me of the coverage of the visit. It’s clear they genuinely care about their young patients and their families. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch dental care for their children in Palo Alto. Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience with everyone at Little Bytes! The office is bright, welcoming and fun - which is always a good start for the littles to walk into a happy space. Every person we interacted with, from checking-in, to the technicians who did our x-rays, to our hygienist and Dr. Grover - it was awesome. This is our third dentist in 2 years as our son has a condition that makes it a bit challenging to go see the dentist. We need people who are patient and understanding, but more importantly we really wanted to find a place with the latest in dental techniques and of course the more modern equipment. Our has a terrible gag reflex for x-rays, but they have the one that travels around their little faces so it gets a panoramic view and at least we could get a nice visual of his mouth without torturing him with the film! Everyone was just so kind and they didn't give up on him, just kept positive and were patient every step of the way. We do have to go back for some additional procedures to fill cavities, so fingers crossed its as smooth and seamless - oh and part of the reason I wanted this particular location was the use of laser, which it sounds like they use 50-50 as they do cavity work! As far as insurance, Metlife Dental PPO is "in network" but they will bill your insurance for you, you do need to pay up front and the insurance will pay us back. I am used to this with the previous dentists, so this was not an issue - just more of a FYI for anyone with questions on how it all works! I believe you can submit any uncovered portions to FSA if you have one of those as well!

Positive experience: I’ve never seen a cleaning that lasts less than 10 minutes…. My 9yo daughter had a planned cleaning and fluoridation of teeth and all together it was around 6 minutes Hard to believe it was very well done

Fantastic experience: Dr. Michelle Haghpanah and her team at Little Bytes Pediatric Dentistry deserve more than 5 stars! I have been taking my kids to their office for many years and they are extremely skilled in working with small children, very kind and patient and super resourceful. My son recently needed some treatment that took quite some time and I was amazed how they kept him calm and comfortable in his chair and were able to complete treatment without him shedding a tear or even getting the slightest bit uncomfortable - he is only 4 years old and the experience was very pleasant for him. They are very respectful towards the kids, good at reading their body language, they take the time to listen to them no matter how small they are, and work through the steps patiently and with lots of humor. I have had many friends tell us that their kids needed full anesthesia for dental work, kids older than my son. Dr. Michelle is so skilled in her practice and worked really hard to complete my son's treatment in office while he was awake. My daughters always look forward to their teeth cleaning appointments. I couldn't imagine a better pediatric dental practice for my children. We are huge fans of Dr. Michelle and her team!

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk, the dental assistants, to the Dr. were amazing with my very nervous 7 year old. They made sure to communicate with me different options when available, and let me know during the visit what was happening. I will warn you that it is a very steep price if they aren’t in your insurance network which is the only downside for me. But my child needs some procedures done and I’m willing to go out of network to bring her to Little Bytes because they make her feel so at ease! She loves them!

I took my now 7-year-old daughter to get extensive dental work done over the past year. During each appointment, Dr. Michelle was considerate of daughter’s feelings by explaining the procedures in a simple manner while negotiating the work to be performed that day. It made my daughter feel empowered throughout the process. In fact, my daughter asked Dr. Michelle not to complete all the filings in one appointment so that she could come back another time. After we left the dental office, my daughter told me that she “kind of liked going to the dental office.” It’s a testament to Dr. Michelle and Little Bytes team!

Fantastic experience: Both my kids (7 and under) go to Little Bytes for their dental care. The staff all are great with kids. My kids don’t stress when they get there. Some days seem busier and more rushed than others, but no complaints! The facility is nice and clean. They have TV screens to entertain little ones. We are disappointed to have to find a new place since they went out of preferred network for our insurance.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so welcoming to me and my son. They don't make it feel super intimidating or sterile for kids. He handled the visit like a champ all thanks to staff that made him feel safe and comfortable.

Fantastic experience: I am so grateful that my 6 year old son was treated by Dr. Haghpanah today. Sometimes children get stressed out in doctor offices and refuse to let any procedure done on them. Dr. Haghpanah connected with my son right away, which made it much easier to get all his procedures done in one session.

This place has the best patient care I have ever experienced in my life. My children are everything to me and when the dental assistant catered to my daughter with a popsicle and pocoyo on Netflix, she made me feel proud to be part of Little Bytes family. Because it is a family. Everyone from the administration, assistants and dentist. Everyone speaking and gives you attention exactly how family is suppose to act. Even the landscaper outside has a kind spirit. I notice everything about everywhere we go and Little bytes doesn't miss a beat. I'm completely in Aw of this establishment. I'm extremely impressed on each and everyone who works there. If you want to feel positive vibes and care. Little bytes is the place to always come to. Not to mention, they have hands down the best Covid safety practices. Every step was safety to protect everyone in the building from employees to patients and everything was sterile. I mean everything.
