Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Danbridge Family Dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was their only patient. The care and attention were truly exceptional. I unexpectedly had a panic attack after being numbed, and the office manager stayed right by my side the entire time, which meant so much to me. Dr. Werthington and Dr. Danbridge are both wonderful, they take time to explain everything and never make you feel rushed. If you’re looking for a dental office that genuinely cares about their patients, I highly recommend them!

I forgot the ladies name that cleans my teeth but she makes me feel at home when I’m there. She asks about how my family is doing and she just helps the process to be calming and very caring. Fantastic experience: The receptionists, hygienists, and dentists I’ve interacted with in this office have always been friendly. They have been gentle in working with my teeth. They were also quick to respond when I had an issue with a crown coming out from eating chewy candy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in this area.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dandridge was amazing! She listened to our concerns, came up with a treatment plan that will work for us- explaining everything in simple details. Her office staff are all so nice as well! They got us a quick appointment as a new patient when other dentists were booked up so far out. Today was our first appointment and they even stayed late to take care of us. We highly recommend her if you don't have a regular dentist, not happy with the one you have, or need to be seen quickly.

Fantastic experience: First visit, but the whole staff seemed kind and caring. Very comfortable atmosphere. In the pre-registration they had asked if there were any accommodations that I needed. I said a pillow for my neck. When they brought me to the room, the pillow was in the chair. I didn't have to ask for it. Dr Dandridge gave plenty of time for my questions and actually explained why some things that had happened with my teeth in the past that actually made sense. I would say that this office is definitely making it a goal for you to be comfortable and provide excellent communication.

I walked into their office four months ago for my daughter’s tongue tie and since then have been for a cleaning and all my teeth fixed/fillings done. The staff is very caring and calm, even with a high anxiety patient. I have gone to two other dentists before her for a consultation and was asked by both dentists to leave because they cannot accommodate my anxiety. I’m so thankful to get my smile back and have a non-stressful way to go and have my teeth fixed without judgement and with a full staff that truly love their patients!! Fantastic experience: I really love the people here at Dandridge dental. I have two kids on the Autism spectrum, and they are not the easiest patients to deal with. Everyone person from the dental hygienist to the dentist themselves has always came with so much patience, and care towards my children. If you have special needs children I highly recommend them immensely.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with Dr Dandridge and her staff. I had a referral from the VA and Dr Dandridge put in an emergency referral for my tooth extraction. When they got the referral back they had an opening for the next day. I took it and it went well. They had an opening for the next day for cleaning and I took it. The is very pleasant and have great customer service. I definitely recommend them. Thank you Dr Dandridge and Ashley and the rest of the staff. I appreciate everything you helped me with.

Negative experience: Not sure who I spoke with, but as soon as I said Medicaid, she cut me off mid sentence and her tone changed and said "No! We dont take medicaid patients" and just hung up. I just thought that was very rude and uncalled for.

Negative experience: Both my children and myself had been satisfied customers for years. However I was just at their office and was told there was a $50 fee to “reestablish” me as a patient. Up to that point I had never stopped being a patient. Nothing but a lazy and underhanded money grab. The receptionist literally reading my personal information off the screen while me telling me I needed to pay a fee so they could put me in the system she was just reading my information from. Well they want to pretend I am not a patient then they get their wish as neither my children nor myself will be returning. There are far too many good dentists in the area to reward stupidity from the greedy ones.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Dandridge for dental work, and I can't recommend her enough! Last month, she placed two crowns for me, and I returned today for another crown. Both visits were the "same-day" crowns. Dr. Dandridge is incredibly kind, patient, and professional. She made sure I didn’t feel any pain throughout the process and took the time to thoroughly explain everything, which really helped put me at ease. Her staff is equally amazing—welcoming and attentive, with top-notch hospitality. From the moment I walked in, I felt well cared for. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares about their patients and provides excellent care. Dr. Dandridge is the one!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Dr. Dandridge for dental work for several years but recently started taking advantage of her esthetician services. She and Brandy are amazing! They always understand exactly what I’m trying to achieve and make it happen! They are quick, efficient, friendly, and most importantly—make you feel comfortable while producing results. I feel 5 years younger every time I leave Dr. Dandridge’s office! I literally had Botox at noon and was back at work by 1:00 with minimal discomfort or evidence that I had spent my lunch break getting injections all over my forehead. Not a bad way to spend a lunch hour!

Negative experience: Strictly money hungry & rude w patients. Teeth cleanings always been good but I made the mistake trusting them to do my root canal and crown procedure & the whole process I wish I didn’t do with them as it went down hill as soon as I paid. They stopped by procedure mid root canal, had me waiting 3 hours because they realized they made an error with my insurance and sent me out without completing treatment. Like who does that to people, shouldn’t even have started it from the get go. Whole process went down hill from there and took monthsss because crown had to be remade as they couldn’t get that right either so good luck. Even the crown they put in now is made too long and they said they would adjust at my cleaning and I showed them my concerns twice that day & the Dr just left out the room without addressing the one concern I came in there with. Britney also mentioned how they are trying to go “only self payment options and not deal with insurance anymore because they tired of dealing with it & talking about it with patients.” Which completely shows in their work.

This is our second time going and Ashley was so great with my daughter, I am beyond blessed to have had the experience that we have had with this dentist. The amazing energy and care and comfort that was provided for my child is all hands down the best. Thank you for everything.
