Fantastic experience: Wow! The amazing staff here made an unpleasant procedure almost enjoyable. Professionalism, courtesy, kindness and cheerful!

Fantastic experience: I’m a 72 year old male with one lower bottom wisdom tooth left due to complications back in the early 90’s. My doctor recommended Dr. Scott Falconer for the removal, after making the appointment he was able to remove the entire tooth without complications. I recommend Dr. Falconer and his staff for these types of procedures.

Negative experience: Very pathetic if you ask me pay them 8 grand to have pieces of teeth still in my mouth very uncomfortable , unhappy about the experience .

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice from the first phone call all the way up to being wheeled to my car. They did wonderful explaining everything to me and put my fears at ease. I had my top wisdom teeth and 2 molars on the bottom of one side removed. Dr. Evans came and talked to me and gave me a chance to ask questions. The anesthetist started my IV, asked me a couple of questions about myself and next thing I knew I was awake and it was done. Highly recommend these professional, compassionate people. Thank y'all again!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Falconer and his team. Absolutely amazing treatment and service. He truly is awesome in what he does. My daughter could not stop saying how quick her procedure was. She was so worried going in but came out a champ! Thank you team!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Evans is the best Oral Surgeon i have been to. I have had quite a bit of Oral surgery & it's been very painful. However NOT WITH Dr. Evans. He works some kind of magic. Zero pain after having 3 teeth cut out. Dr. Evans is the ONLY Oral Surgeon I will consider using period !!!! He has done work on me several times & I highly recommend him. His bedside manner is second to none. His staff is also wonderful. So Thank You very much Dr. Evans & Staff, I love y'all ❤️

Fantastic experience: 5th time is the charm apparently. Was finally able to have my broken tooth removed. Highly recommended if you need oral surgery. Very pleased with the experience. Little to no pain and very swift. Didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. Simple tooth extraction. As a Veteran on a referral i was treated very well here.

Fantastic experience: Went here for my wisdom teeth removal. Very friendly people all of the nurses and the doctor doing the surgery explained everything simply for me to understand. Gave clear instructions for after surgery care, and didn't get offended when they were trying to get me out of the wheel chair and into the car. (Apparently I didn't want to listen to them after coming out of the anesthesia)

Fantastic experience: An emergency situation was handled by Dr. Falconer and his staff with the most sincere compassion and empathy. They have my highest recommendation and genuine respect. They followed up which made me feel that their concern was real! I can not thank them enough for the professionalism and personal care they provided —they went beyond the parameters of their daily schedule to assist me. They are the BEST!!!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I got all four wisdom teeth removed in about 15 minutes. I had never had any surgery before and was nervous about being put under but Dr. Evans and the two ladies made me feel very comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Leading up to the appt, the office staff was great at letting me know pricing & what to do/not to do before my extraction. I was so nervous walking into my appt, but from start to finish everyone was so kind! The girls in the back that got me set up were great! The few minutes I was awake & met Dr. Evans, he was nice. The extraction went great & other than normal soreness, I feel good!

Negative experience: Worst surgery ever. My disabled son had surgery here. Before surgery I informed them we had FL Medicaid. They said we MIGHT get a charge for anesthesia. After surgery incompetent Dr told us he put in dissolvable stitches and no need to return unless issues came up. Well there were issues. My son struggled for a month with food getting stuck and non dissolving stitches being ripped apart in his mouth. I was cutting long pieces out of his mouth. He was very upset and confused about what was going on. When I took him back they lied and said he was supposed to come back for stitches removal yet they had no record of an appointment being made by them at the time of surgery. Then they charged us $551 for anesthesia for a 10 min surgery. They didn't ask us anything about the type of anet

Fantastic experience: We used them for our 17 year old to have her wisdom teeth extracted. The price was reasonable after insurance $868. They saw her in less than a week after we called. Appointment was for 1:30 and we were driving out of the parking lot at 3:30. They explained everything about the procedure and the aftercare to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for anyone work you may need done.

Fantastic experience: I loved this place, the people were nice and welcoming, any questions I had was answered, I was able to call and pay over the phone before my appointment which I liked since I live an hour away to be able to do that in person, they also calmed me down despite being nervous

Very sweet nurses made me feel so much better and the dentist/oral surgeon was very understanding and professional. Definitely recommend. Negative experience: Very rude staff. My grandson diagnosis was in his chart and they refused to do the procedure after we with held his medicine and they were very rude to us.

Positive experience: Mostly ok. They aren't in any dental network so it costs you more. This implant I was woken up before they even finished sutures. Didn't like that and they wheeled me straight to my vehicle. For $2100 I deserve to not be rushed out like cattle at the livestock yard.

Fantastic experience: Awesome people Dr falconer is the best. Miss Cindy is beyond caring, compassionate and trustworthy. Everyone I met is great I suffered from bad teeth from years of sickness and antibiotics and basically they saved my life yesterday. Seriously I'm very sick I see a ton of doctors and kinda live in the hospital. I know if a place is good or not. And take my word they will take care of you in the best way possible. They listened to my concerns my heart is weak so we didn't do general anesthesia just enough to knock me out. 10 stars all day long. Also watch antibiotics a life of constant antibiotics oral or iv will destroy your health so be careful. Respectfully Johnathan berry.

Fantastic experience: Had my wisdom teeth as well as tooth 1&18 removed by Dr.Falconer yesterday. It went amazing only took about an hour, as of today i’m not feeling much pain so that’s awesome. Overall an amazing experience. PS. the nurses are also great they eased all of my anxiety, i’m very prone to fainting with needles and that didn’t happen for what might actually be the first time in my life . 10/10 experience would go back no doubt.

Positive experience: Overall experience was great. I wish I could have scheduled oral surgery since this tooth is giving me alot of pain. I'm waiting on the office insurance lady to call me. My insurance covers 100% is what Humana told me when i called. Thank you

Fantastic experience: Very efficient process and they were busy that day. When they took me to my exam room they wasted no time getting me prepped. Everyone was nice and comforting knowing that I had a bit of anxiety going in, especially the nurse and anesthesiologist. They were so sweet! The anesthesiologist got the IV in my scrawny arm on the first try before I even realized it. I even thanked her for doing it so well and not making a mess of my arm lol. My mouth is small with big teeth so I expected a ton of swelling and bruising but it’s day 2 and so far so good, I’m barely puffy, so Dr. Evan’s was gentle as he could be. You’re in good hands here.

Fantastic experience: Just had my wisdom teeth out on 3/18. I’m so bad about having anxiety when it comes to the dentist but this was literally the best experience I’ve ever had (could be because I was knocked out but still) Dr. Evan’s was the one who did my removal and I’ve had absolutely no pain and minimal swelling!

Negative experience: Anesthetists had horrible attitude when I informed her I had a few sips of water due to severe stomach ache 6 ½ hours before proceedure. Tried to explain what led me to believing i should be well in the clear. Told me despite what ASA, UCLA, ESAIC, ERAS, McGill University or Dr. Google as she called them has published that she knows more . Had no ability to explain her reasoning other than I went l school so I know all. They was another nurse standing over my shoulder that was mean mugging me from the time she walked in till going under(also had a "I dont want to be here and dont really take my job serious" attitude). only reason im giving two stars is the Surgeon came in with a smile on his face and was a very pleasant person. Also we're 4hrs post op and still no pain. To sum the last two sentences up: DR. Evans: 5 stars all day Anesthetists and the nurse mean mugging me 1 star only because I feel generous.

Fantastic experience: I had two teeth removed at Southeastern Oral Surgery and was very pleased with the professionalism of the office, nurses and my surgeon. I was informed of each step leading up to the surgery and what to expect post surgery.

Dr. Falconer and his assistants were professional, patient and kind. The anesthesiologist was excellent, listened to my concerns, and very understanding. She explained the iv sedation used which was reassuring.Received a call from dr. Falconers office the day after procedure to check on my progress. Without hesitation, I would recommend Dr. Falconer and his team.

Fantastic experience: Everything went overall smoothly. I wasn't wild about the "drive through" discharge instructions but they did give us written instructions prior to surgery and verbal instructions when I picked my son up. They did provide some home care supplies which was very helpful. I purchased from Amazon a wisdom tooth ice pack for when I picked him up. I recommend doing that.
