Fantastic experience: Even after it became Anderson they all are great!!!!

Negative experience: Since Jeff Beasley left and Anderson the new owner runs it, this place is not the same. They call the day before your appointment to tell you they have to reschedule 4 to 5 months from your appointment date and that is unsatisfying to me. I will no longer be going to this dentist.

Negative experience: Started out as wonderful and I loved the place, then the front office lady seemed to undergo an attitude transformation. I had issues with a bill for one of the kids. There was some issue on Medicaid side. She let me know to call and talk to them. I did & phoned her back letting her they said re-run it. The dentist office waited too long. So a few months down the road she became hostile with me about it. I naturally refused to pay it- I am sorry but your lack of promptness is not something I will pay for especially after doing my part. From then on, she was rude, argumentative and would actually hang up on me and refused to see anyone in my household. For me, it’s a no. I always wondered if Dr. Beasley knew how she treated me.

Negative experience: I’ve been trying to set my daughter up with an appointment as a new patient and I have been calling for 3 weeks now on various days and at various times and left tons of messages. No one has answered the phone or called me back. I even tried to make an appointment online but haven’t heard anything about it in 2 weeks.

Fantastic experience: All I can say is this is the most thorough Dentistry office I have experienced in quite a while. The staff starting from the front door to the exam room are exemplary. For example on a new patient appointment I have never had search attention to detail. So much so that I brought my son and my best friend over.

Negative experience: I have 2 different insurance and I paid my deductible. They still billed me over a hundred dollars for them to talk to me and spray water on my teeth?

Fantastic experience: My first visit with Dr Anderson was very pleasant. It was nice to see a couple of familiar faces from Dr Beasley's staff. Dr Anderson is very caring about the patient's health. Very happy to see the modifications for wheelchair access.

The Dentist who took his practice over decided not to take my primary or my secondary dental insurance, same with my wife as he was her dentist as well. Dr. Beasley's staff took care of me and my wife and agreed to see both of us and saved us a big headache

Fantastic experience: This is a great place to have your dental work done. One can feel somewhat apprehensive sitting in a dentist 's chair but the staff here make you feel at ease. And you can be confident that whatever you are having done, it will be done well!

Negative experience: Bad teeth are hereditary in my family. My teeth are fake mostly and both my parents had dentures in their 30s. When I took my son for having cavities. They called dhr said I neglected his teeth.

Fantastic experience: Super super nice staff. Been going here since i was a kid and i’ve always been treated with respect and nothing but true kindness. I’m always super anxious and nervous at doctor and dentist appointments but Dr. B’s demeanor definitely puts me at ease everytime and he’s pretty funny.

Fantastic experience: I had been looking for a new dentist office for a while, since I had a bad experience at my last dentist office after my dental hygienist of 16 years had left practice. I was apprehensive about a new dentist; however, I have to say I had such a wonderful experience and felt SO good about my visit on my way out the door. Everyone was friendly, but I especially appreciated Michelle, my dentist hygienist, she was extremely friendly, professional, thoroughly knowledgeable, and set me at ease! The dentist was charming, humorous, a true pleasure to meet them both! WOW, it is hard to say you enjoyed going to the dentist, but I did, and will be back in 6 months for my appointment!

Fantastic experience: My front lower teeth have had some brown spots on them for years and no matter what I did I could not get them off. The hygenist got my teeth sparkling and the spots were gone. Also she was great to teach me how to floss under my bridge. Great educators!

His knowledge of what veterans could have been exposed to during overseas deployments and how they could affect dental/jaw conditions was immediately apparent as he knew what questions to ask. He was thorough in his exams and caring as he performed them. I highly recommend driving the extra miles to see Dr. Beasley if you are given the option to schedule with him.
