Today I had an appointment to address an issue I was having, fully intending to have some work done. Dr Merry quickly assured me that I needn't have been concerned and all was well. Fantastic experience: I went in to have a crown, installed originally by another dentist. This was my second visit this week for unrelated issues. In both cases the quality of care was outstanding. In both cases I was greeted upon arrival and promptly treated. They were able to reinstall the crown and took extra care ensure it remained in place. I highly recommend Marcellus Smiles.

As an adult with a lifelong fear of dental work, they have made it so easy to love cleanings & not be fearful of bigger procedures. Their hygienists are gentle & quick, the doctors are great at explaining everything & so gentle when they have to do a procedure. Dealing with various insurance changes has been super easy & the office staff is extremely helpful. I'll never leave this practice!

I really have been more relaxed when going there. They do great work. They listen to your honest concerns and give you a straightforward answer. From the front office, assistants to the Dr.s themselves. So glad I come here.

Fantastic experience: When deciding if a minor should have exrays or wisdom teeth removed, you should consult with the parent. It is not up to the minor or the technician to make this decision. The minor was put in an uncomfortable position.

Fantastic experience: I've been scared of going to the dentist all my life. That's over now. After my very 1st visit to Marcellus Smiles, I was able to go to the 2nd appt. fearlessly. The doctor is personable, caring, and explains what she's going to do at each step of the way and what I'm going to experience. And her work is excellent! So far, during each procedure and after there has been no pain! But also their entire staff is warm and caring,, and good at what they do. Healthcare in the U.S is complicated, but they explain all aspects clearly and are always happy to answer my questions. I'm very much satisfied with my entire experience at this practice.

Negative experience: Last May 2024 I had a dental cleaning that was the most painful experience I’ve ever had. When the noise and pain shot to my ear I had to ask hygienist to stop. I’ve had many many cleanings over the years so I knew this was not right. Her response “you must be very sensitive “. Um no. Found a new dentist and with the continued sensitivity to cold I had resin treatment to 3 teeth and thankfully the cold sensitivity is gone. While it cost a fair amount I’m just happy it could be fixed. My biggest issue- my complaint was completely dismissed.
