Fantastic experience: Truly a step above the rest. They are always polite, caring, understanding, and gentle. They seem to have a good solution to everything, and make even the most involved procedures comfortable. I am very sensitive with my mouth and especially what's being done to it, I've had bad experiences with other practices in the past. But, for the last 10-15 years, i cannot think of a single negative experience with Lindenwoods. No matter if its a routine cleaning or cavity filling im always confident going in and happy leaving. Love you guys keep doing you! 10/10 100% recommend. Update: Still 100% true!

Melissa is the most professional and knowledgeable hygienist I’ve ever worked with. And Naomi, who has supported George through many appointments, always goes the extra mile. She remembers his preferences, keeps him comfortable, and makes every visit as easy as possible. After many appointments, we can say with complete confidence that Lindenwood Dental provides outstanding care. We are deeply grateful for everything they’ve done. They are the BEST.

Fantastic experience: Ladies, if you are sick of male providers and want a practice full of amazing women, go here. From my first consult through the day of my cleaning, everyone made me feel at ease. Hannah did my consult and cleaning. She listened intently to my concerns, was so friendly and easy to talk to - I could tell she had a genuine passion for her work and desire to help people feel comfortable at the dentist. The day of my cleaning, for which I did choose sedation due to cleanings often being painful and migraine inducing for me, they made everything cozy ever single step of the way. Dr. Emily and Hannah were fantastic. They knew when my jaw needed brief breaks before I even signaled. They adjusted their methods and gave me a moment anytime parts of the cleaning and fillings were uncomfortable. I am just so grateful I found this practice. Worth every penny. I came out of that appointment with less pain than I ever have had after a dental appointment in my entire life. Thank you so much to my new favorite tooth girlies <3

Fantastic experience: Lindenwoods dental is the first dentist office in my 31 years of life that I trust. I have a severe fear of dentists due to childhood trauma, but this team makes me feel safe and comfortable and welcome in their office. Melissa is easily one of my favorite people and is just a joy to be around and an AMAZING hygienist. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Fantastic experience: I fell on a Thursday night and chipped my two front teeth. I placed a call to the office after hours and left a message to return my call. Within a few minutes after the office opened the next day, my call was returned. I was able to have an appointment and get my teeth fixed later that day. The entire staff is wonderful and really care for their patients as people. Once, they helped me through a tough personal situation and even followed up with me a few times at home afterward to make sure I was ok. Fantastic experience: Lindenwoods came through for my boyfriend during a crisis. While uninsured they offered him different options, and absolutely no judgement. Everything was explained clearly and consciously. The office staff were very kind and the dentist although I don’t recall his name was amazing, and offered compassion during a hard time. While no one likes having dental issues I look forward to visiting the office again for his future work and will be scheduling a cleaning for myself (: Thank you again!

I was overdue for my dental checkup and ready to get cleaned up, but first my teeth were thoroughly examined, X-rays taken, health history reviewed, intraoral images taken. I feel confident that all aspects of my oral health was evaluated. In addition to my care, I enjoy the way the whole office team works to support each other. Lindenwoods Dental offers comprehensive dentistry at its best.

Positive experience: They did a nice job on̈ refilling a bad fron̈t tooth that was almost gone.But now they're pretty much pushing into getting dentures. It's $20,000 and now being almost 75 I simply don't have it.Does anyone know of a place that goes by your income? I realize insurance is mostly a joke.

The Dentists, Dental Assistants, and Office Professionals have been kind and worked hard to put me at ease. My bridge work has been beautiful. I am very grateful that I also have some Insurance Coverage with my Medicare Plan.

Fantastic experience: The Lindenwoods experience never disappoints. Each member of the staff is personable, professional and efficient. Did I mention that they are also great fun? (I know that might be an odd attribute for a dental office, but still...). Denise went out of her way to find an appointment to fit my schedule and Katie (who was a substitute dental hygienist that day) did a thorough examination and cleaning while keeping me comfortable and informed throughout the appointment. Hugs make it special. This office always rocks!

Not only do they excel in providing top-notch dental care, but the entire experience feels personal and genuinely welcoming. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with warmth, and the women there go out of their way to cater to any and all patient needs and concerns. They are invested in their patients health but also truly care about their patients’ lives and overall well-being, not just their teeth. Since childhood I have always had a hard time with dental visits so I am grateful to have found a place that makes every experience feel safe and as comfortable as possible.

Fantastic experience: I am typically not one who enjoys the dentist, but I recently became a new patient at Lindenwoods Dental and I must say the service I have received thus far has been exceptional. Dr. Emily is AMAZING at her job and is so fun to work with. Also, a huge shout out to Maggie & Marah- they were super fun and helped make me feel at ease. Stephanie, Shari and Denise at the front desk are a delight to work with and super helpful. Long story short... the dentist isn't too bad when you go somewhere with an awesome/talented staff and good vibes. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was a patient as a dentist on call emergency. The WHOLE experience was welcoming, professional and expedient.

Fantastic experience: Never have to sit and wait for appointment. Friendly staff and every procedure was explained before it happened.

Positive experience: Everyone I met was wonderful and I absolutely understand that I am a new patient. I do wish however my current issue involving my tooth could be addressed a little quicker as I am currently in pain. Maybe that isn’t possible as I know theirs a process that patients go through. I just hope it’s not 2-3 weeks before anything is done with my tooth.

Negative experience: The staff was friendly and the service was good until I checked out. They told me I had to pay $350 out of pocket and they would submit a claim to my insurance company who would then reimburse me. I was not told I had to pay up front when I made the appointment. I was also told that they accept my insurance, but my insurance is now denying any reimbursement. So I’m out $350 as a struggling single mom and was lied to when they said I would be reimbursed. I would absolutely not recommend this dental practice unless you’re willing to pay for it completely out of pocket. Again, they do not tell you this over the phone. Or at least they failed to mention it to me. They lack integrity and honesty and I will never go back.

Fantastic experience: This is a practice that is 5 stars from greeting to the goodbye. Good customer service is not so common anymore but Lindenwoods Dental chose well when offering employment. The staff addressed every need I could possibly have with regards to my dental care. I am really picky about my dental care and they hit a home run. I've already started referring folks.

They are an extremely knowledgeable, caring and empathetic group of professionals from the first phone call - front desk, hygienists, assistants and dentists. Everyone is so friendly and kind. I have referred many people to Lindenwoods dental and will continue to recommend this stellar office.

Negative experience: I have loved this office and staff until recently. I received an estimate for $1400 for an up front cost (I will be partially reimbursed by my insurance) for a procedure last year. As I've tried desperately to save enough money to afford it, the tooth has steadily become worse, despite my twice daily brushing and thrice daily flossing. I can understand that, as my tooth gets worse, that the price of the procedure increases. However, I received another estimate this month, and it came to $1917 plus a potential $400. When I mentioned the previous estimate amount, the front desk staff member made a joke about inflation. I have always strongly believed that no situation is hopeless. But I'm at a loss. I realize that the problem is our healthcare system. But it still seems like a ridiculous raise in price, and I wish that this office was more sympathetic to patients who don't have enough money to take care of their teeth.

Fantastic experience: I love this office! Recently, I became a patient after searching for a new office for over a year and I’m very pleased. The entire staff is very welcoming and kind. I get extremely anxious about dental appointments and don’t feel as nervous as I have in the past. Over the years, I’ve been treated poorly and that was never the case with Lindenwoods Dental. Again, very kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They take time to educate/explain everything and you can tell they care about all their patients.
